hey guys,

 

wanted to say thank you to all of you and everybody else who is supporting me in one way or another, comment, like, patreon or even by still downloading and using my mod :)

Naked Defeat is the one thing of dozens of projects I did or still do that really gives me some form of affirmation/purpose (dunno what the correct english expression is) for me because I feel like in this case I am really doing something ppl actually like. It keeps me going and on the other hand it really drags me down when I m not able to work on it. 

So again, thank you all.

Now back to hunting bugs and adding features. I was working behind the scenes on the death/execution bit quite alot and maybe I can release the improvements soon. 
Downside is, that the whole scenario will be based on SLATE and the Sex Tags that I manually add to my Nymra Action log. 
So for the foreseeable future this will not be easily compatible with Sexlab P+.

At some point I hope we can get a more simple and faster way to register Sex tags from SLAL packs to SLP+. I dunno why they changed it and I had no time to work with them on the matter. But since I dont want to work against SLP+ (on the contrary, I wish to switch myself at some point and make Naked Defeat work smooth with it), but at the moment this is not yet possible. And there is also nothing I can do from my side to achieve it.

I'm so sorry you're struggling with depression... my wife does too.  Don't beat yourself up - defeat mods are notoriously difficult, because they have to handle all kinds of situations.  This is the best one out there, and that's all because of you.

@Nymra I feel you man. Had the exact same frustration with my mods, and CK, except I gave up, and it was much earlier. It takes a special kind of resilience to be a Skyrim mod developer. Do not despair! Maybe, at some point, we can let an AI do the debugging... or all of the work. We just describe what the mod should be. Wouldn't that be nice, for a change!

  1. I know a bit of the struggles you're talking about, and I want you to pull through.
  2. I've had hours and hours of enjoyment out of ND. I - like many others - appreciate your work.

I sort my priority the other way round, so I always get confused when I first look at that :)
But yes, this is correct. 

In general: All Extra mods from Naked Defeat should overwrite the Base Naked Defeat (in this case the 4K Tattoos overwriting the base 1K ones)
As for forced foreplay: this should have no important files that is shares with the main mod, only the "SLAnimGenerateForMNCv12.pyw" that is used for SLAL anims.

Installed last version + hotfix. started new game (just time come to refresh all)

now no afterlife or other bugs that were before. thanks for this

but sometimes ND starts and if i dont detected it continuous and slowing game critically especially if location change

and then it takes very long time to confirm as game is little freesing while ND scenario is going

at the end finaly shortcut begin work and i launch afterlife - had teleported to blades hq as in previous versions

but now no chanceling message, just no mesages and no actions

I need a papyrus.0 log to make sense of this.

Also make sure you deleted all scripts in the game folder of the 5.27 base version (important!) and then install the hotfix on top. 

Without a papyrus log I cannot do anything. The described situation never happened to me.

I think the words you are looking for is Self Actualization. One of the top tiers in the hierarchy of needs. Your modding skills are exemplary and I can see this hopefully you have some support people around you. Keep up the good work for its one of the top mods on the site. Thanks.

Thanks for the update.I'm not sure what Naked Defeat will look like when it's finished, but it's already pretty functional.

I don't think anyone would complain if you took a break or slowed down, so take care of your mind and body.

Heyo, I've only recently gotten into mods so it's highly likely that I messed something up but I am experiencing issues, specifically with the Public Punishments part (Everything else works fine and is great) but it seems the PublicExposure just refuses to go up at all no matter what I do (even with the values all set to 100) and all I get is a notification in the top left saying "PublicExposure: 0 --- Reason: , , , , " every time a scan is triggered

Could you check your "General Exposure Chance" on the left side of the Public Punishment Options?
If it is NOT 100, try setting it to 100. 

Explanation: If you set General Exposure Chance to, say, 500 and your punishment for beeing naked to 100, you only have a 20% chance to receive a punishment for that.

Apart from that I currently dont see an issue. Report back with your findings. If this does not solve it I put up a hotfix for you to try.

Thanks for trying to help, General Exposure Chance was already set to 100 since I was trying to see why it didn't ever trigger/if the chances were just too low

Found an issue in the new version

 

The mod author seems to be very hard on themselves and not giving themselves enough credit for their hard work they offer all of us for free. 

I know this is kind of a big issue and hard to fix on your own, but people around you are more willing to help you thank you think. Friends, family, work colleagues, costudents, even teachers. Asking for help is no sign of weakness, but a sign of you getting ready to fight that thing that darkens your life. 

 

You keep coming back to us. You keep updating. You keep listening to the community. You are not unreliable. 

 

I, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your hard work and mostly, not giving up on yourself.

Good find. Seems this is on me. 

Somehow a managed to break Public Exposure scripts again ^^

 

This should fix it... 

(overwrite 5.27 and older hotfixes --> delete 5.27  script folder)

Just solved problem (as i hope). Had unlimited time to start scene and missed ND message about defeat, and after some location changes things go bad. Game become very very slow and even after i found problem ND keys didnt work (or i just was bad in waiting)

So now had set waiting time to 0 and launch all mesages. will test (had no time yet)

Sorry for disturbing, i was fully drunked and become mad about slow performance after long afforts of perfect game starting

Hey I got a question. So i am using sexlab 1.65  with no utilites plus and the other hard requirements but DD SSE instead of NG. THe reason being my game is at 1.6.640 for my collection to work. Should i keep using the older version of ND, as seeing the jump to SL 1.66. and DD NG in the post made me unsure of whether the new version will work or not.

you can just disable all DD related stuff. 
Or test it all with 100% probability and see what happens. In theory it should all be compatible, just might look odd at times.

you were "downed" by Naked Defeat and asked to find a spot? (Crawl). Then you crawled like through many different doors or tunnels to other locations?

if that is the case: just dont do it. that is not how its meant to play out.

the function is there to allow you to find a good open space in the close vicinity, just to have the sex scenes play out nicely and not half burried in a wall. 

do not use doors etc.

DD NG does work with .640. Sure did for me when I was still on .640, but that was admittedly a couple releases in the past. Still the idea of a NG Mod is that it works with any SE version from 1.597 to 1.6.1170 (and in theory beyond). So there is no reason to get stuck with the non-NG version of DD.

Can confirm:  Not using it currently, but was as of a month or two ago.  I run 640, and was using the most recent version of DD NG.  Worked well, no issues around versioning.

So i updated the mod recently i'm not saying it's yours but i'm getting a strange notification since i updated it saying "THIS MOD FUCKED EVERYTHING UP ResetMFGSmooth". Which I don't understand my game runs fine and there's nothing out of the ordinary it just happened when I updated your mod for some reason and it keeps spamming the message every 20 seconds or so. Just trying to find what's causing it since the message is very vague
