As for the ND MCM quest, you don't it starts automatically, if it doesn't or fails to initialize properly the problem is elsewhere. You could check the status of the quest in the MCM 'sqv nade_ConfigQuest'.

Guest Posted April 14, 2025 Posted April 14, 2025 No actors found - sabrecat defeat. Defeated, bleedout, goes to the blur screen then aborts. Two consecutive times as I could not run away. Up to now with draugrs and humans, defeat has worked correctly. Sabrecat within 20 -50 ft of player during defeat process. Papyrus.0.log

If Vortex, try "purge mods" then redeploying. If that fails, remove (completely including the archive), DL fresh, purge again install, deploy, sort, check again. if that fails ... I'm out of ideas. perhaps a Papyrus log might shed some light on it, but I kinda doubt it.

MO2 saved me from quitting Skyrim. It took me a while to learn it but that modlist on LL that is linked a few pages back explains in detail how to get a new game started with MO2. With all of the complexities of a modded game, I needed the hand holding those instructions provided and I don't think it can fail if you follow it exactly and I needed something so specific my hormones could understand. You will never ever ever have to wipe your modlist again once you get the game set up right. All you do after that is add, remove, improve and life is wonderful. 🥰

Sabrecats didn't have a specific creature toggle from what I remember. Large creatures toggle was the applicable option. I will add the json from ND for you to see. I'm going to re-start anyway. Funny Business anims or something is preventing me from selecting Billys and Anubs animations when I try to change in the middle of a SL scene. Humans so far are being blocked. I'm only seeing two modpacks. Never had that happen before and it is unplayable like that. It might be I have too many animations now but I don't know about such things. I hope it is not your SLATE patch. I just can't take it right now being locked out of the better choices. FB human and creatures are really not good compared to Anubs and Billys. EDIT: Sabrecats was checked. It had its own toggle. My mistake. Restarting and testing the toggle on and off after the profile thing. I misunderstood your directions. I am so sorry. I will save the profile and upload it as you requested. FYI - the only animation options with the SL hotkey are Nymra foreplay and Funny business anims for standard vag sex. I do have tags set in ND but one is blank. Restart - toggle off Sabrecats, exit MCM. Open MCM and toggle Sabrecats. No change. I don't have a profile folder in the SKSE folder in ND. The problem in this case is definitely not Vortex either, it's something you did at some point that now rears it's ugly head in your Vortex LO. If it were Vortex we had WAY more such reports (I'm using Vortex and don't have that problem). That state it probably going to pay to learn MO2. What you absolutely should do is take it more slowly, first calm down (easier said then done, I know). Check a guide for MO2 and don't just follow it blindly, but try to understand WHY this or that step is taken. If necessary, even research it. Yes, that will take a lot of time and effort, but it WILL profit you in the long run. Alternately, if you want to keep using Vortex and the steps I outlined above don't help, use the nuclear option. Uninstall and delete everything that Vortex touched (i.e. do not just uninstall, but find all those folders Windumb/Vortex leaves behind if you uninstall it, particularly delete C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Vortex and your Skyrim folders (after uninstalling Skyrim) in both i your steam/gog folder and in Documents\My Games, also delete the ini files left behind). As stated that is the nuclear option, you will have to start from scratch including DL your Game again. So it also wastes a lot of time, your call. I would definitely try the purge options first.

The Slate Pack cannot be the cause. Sexlab is horrible in randomization. Currently I call only few FunnyBiz anims, so if you just disable them for now you are fine. I know they have alot that are dated and bad, but they also have the most for brutal stuff, executions, sleepy and stuff like that. You can also remove the FunnyBiz again, its currently not breaking anything. I want to have "fallback" options for all scenarios using Anubs and billyy in the future anyway. Most mod just create the new json profile in the overwrite folder. I just hated that lol

Thanks to everyone for being understanding. I was seconds away from erasing my saves. Then I thought of resetting the animation loader and not loading the FB or Foreplay. I have my options back. Blonde moment not thinking of that first. It's OK about the Sabrecats. Worked before the new versions were posted. May just be a bug. Spiders and draugr work. Just not very far into the game to test others. Sabrecats were ENABLED. That was the profile I attached and it showed a "1" for sabrecats. Tried the disable,exit MCM, enable. May try the disable, save/exit, load and enable next time it happens. Will let you know. Should have tried that but I was not in a state to try. I will probably be the only one with weird animation choices in the middle of a SL scene. I don't know anything about tags. I only know to hit a hotkey to see what options are there. If an animation pops up that I don't want to be there, I disable it so I don't see it again and move on. I would trust other user experiences instead of mine. I didn't even have foreplay enabled in ND and the anims were there so its on my end I'm sure. I won't delete the FB pack yet. I'll wait to find out what I need for variety based on ND features and only enable those. Thank you for the update. Regarding the ND profile location being in Overwrite. I'm barely walking with MO2. If something goes into Overwrite, I don't know safely what to do with it so I leave it. I'm at my limit understanding it for now. I just need to remember to search there. 🥰
Nymra Posted April 14, 2025 Author Posted April 14, 2025 (edited) For people who dont like the crawl animations: I made these files (female only) out of this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/83709 which is itself based on gunslicers animations. you dont need any MCM changes, just replace your crawl files with these (or use these if you dont have crawl already). I m taking suggestions on which freely available animations I could provide as an "easy to use" Extra Download. EDIT: forgot some files in the zip, download "fixed" version a few posts below. Read its "How To" or watch a video -> install it in Mo2 Correctly (tutorials for setting up Pandora in Mo2 Exist) -> run it, profit.

Thanks for the help. make sure you have hotfix 5.251 it fixes an issue with public punishment. For setting it up: Enable Info Messages in MCM System (orange) [x] Set the General Exposure Chance to 100 and set all the Weights either to 10 (you dont bother much) or 90 (punish me for it). (for example 10 for barefoot and 90 for naked etc.) Timetick I would start with 3 seconds. YOu can see a small % value below "General Exposure" showing you the % chance to get punished per tick. With a 5% chance and 100 General Exposure you should be punished with a 70% chance per minute roughly (if Chat GPT is right)... Meaning that is a rather high chance. But chances are one thing, personal feeling the other. But I would prefer to work my way down from higher settings to see how the stuff works first. I for myself have 400 exposure chance and 5 second ticks but I am too good now at evading punishment so I will increase the difficulty by raising punishment for sprinting per tick to 10 (in nadeConfig.json) since I want to be forced to walk through populated areas.
