The patch became obsolete at some point, don't remember which; I'd inform whoever put the modlist together about that. If you can use it manually from here then here it is, otherwise it's my problem or the mod pack makers', and I choose theirs.

It's weird as fuck that it got Brunwulf and not the others somehow lmao. Ah whatever Papyrus. I think I can solve it it just won't be fun. Will get it into v1.2.1 with a guard greet rework

This mod and Sexlab Survival are two of my favorites to see getting updates.

 

I'm hoping that we see the Slaverun Standalone Guards mod truly branch away and be independent of Slaverun (nothing against Slaverun, to the contrary I always had high hopes for it - but it seems the creator has moved on, and unfortunately unless it got a redux or a "lite" version and improved dialog, I don't know if it will make its way back into my mod list. On a similar note, Thief is a lot like Slaverun, though the translated version has much better writing, still it's just too heavy handed. Maybe someday those mods will get lite versions using the new SKSE placer plugins to clean up their scripts and esp to make them essential as well)

 

Having standalone guards mod interact with SLS and PW would def get it added to that list. SLS and PW both add content that effectively puts features from many other mods into the game loop...

 

Thinking about my comment about Slaverun and Thief... Does Powerofthree's Base Object Swapper, Keyword Item Distributor or similar plugins offer PW any interesting features in the future, or simplified design?

 

Anyway, thanks for the new content, look forward to testing it out!

Just to see if I could get past 3/4 I teleported Balgruf into the room but he has no relevant dialogue and just walks to the exit.

 

Edit so as to not make another post:  Figured I should give up on Windhelm until 1.2.1 so I went to Riften to try to find the guard that has the greeting and can't find him.  I still think that the Thanes should have dialogue to sign  you up when  you are already eligible but have not talked to the guard.  (I tend to cancel the forcegreet if I'm in the middle of a quest, but then its a pain to try to find what guard has it.)

When I was running tests on the SE version I didn't run into any issues getting events to register for the quest. Once it did fail to produce a prompt in the center of the screen. I did check my quest log and saw that it was updated properly so I assumed I must have just missed the prompt.

Ooo.. How nice, but how unfortunate... It's my first time trying to get mods working, but the pack requires Public Whore v1.1.2 SE... Is there possible sneaking one here? ;/
I don't reaally know what im doin so my only help are packs >.>

Forgive my ignorance, I've been wondering about this for some time now. Id "Hero Fame" a mod? The MCM and some comments here certainly seem to imply so, but I searched for it quite a bit and never found anything of that name anywhere (the bad search feature on LL doesn't help). So I assumed it's probably something to do with the PC's level or something. But the recent mention of a patch made me wonder, again... So, is this a mod, and if so, could someone please provide a link? Thanks!

Public Whore was fun to play.  I'm thrilled to see an update.

 

Can anyone confirm (or deny) via actual testing that Public Whore 1.2.0 Beta works with the very latest Skyrim AE, SKSE64, and SexLab Framework AE versions?

  • Skyrim AE [1.6.640.0] (with all Creation Club content)
  • Skyrim Script Extender 64 (SKSE64) [2.2.3]
  • SexLabFrameworkAE_v165

If Public Whore was not developed or tested on the above versions, what versions were used?  (I do not want to encounter any glitches due to fundamental version mismatches.)

Welp, it's time to reintegrate this fantastic mod  to my  mod list(also thanks for implementing my suggestions and an even bigger thank you for suffering in CK for our enjoyment).

Dialogue options and approach no longer activates any scenes, no matter where in the LO. FNIS is good and everything worked previous version, not sure what the issue is now.

Minor detail, in the Quest Log, the description of Show Of Strength right after reading the invitation and the quest begins says, "I declined the Jarl's invitation to a gathering.  It was a strange but short series of events."

Great new quest but I would replace the imperial jarls since they wouldn't be very welcome in Windhelm.

And why does sexlab always cooses the same zap animation? The player is only wearing a gag so all body positions should be avaible.

Report Windhelm quest as author wanted - No civil war, no high hrotgar, just level 33 and 1st dragon killed.  SE.

Passed Windhelm quest 2 times (reload) with no any problem.

One time choose submissive line with full content, another time tried to become free, but both pathes leads to one end.

Didnot took knife, two times picked wrong answers. Dibela promice may be undone by jarl in both ways.

Returning of equipment now works fine (bandits not checked yet). Scene uneqip quest items, but leave them in inventory, not problem.

 

Dont understand what mean that Dibela thing?

And Jarl not want to dominate again, maybe need time, or it is repeat of all event if released?

After this scenes with all Yarls awaiting their attitude to dragonborn had to be changed in futher updates. Maybe this must be 1st introducing quest of mod unlocking other events?

In other way there would be many discrepancys in dialogs.

As on my mind in Windhelm quest must be more sex or other scenes instead of black screens.

 

Anyway this quest makes mod much better, awaiting updates.

@Naps-On-Dirt or anyone else who gets a minute and only had 3 guests at the party, could you test if it's working in this copy?

 

This isn't a supported release so remove it when done. If they still don't appear, a Papyrus log would be appreciated.

The oath is a stamina regen buff in exchange for being unable to refuse the Jarl in PW's dialogues. The post-quest outcomes in general could use some expansion, I'll probably keep working on them in future updates.

 

 

Upgrading An Existing Save

Should be done by save cleaning if at all, which does not guarantee safety. I've added an FAQ for it now so I'm not gonna address it in the support thread anymore

Installing now...  (and then was immediately called away to do tech support.)

 

Yep, the missing guests are no longer missing.  :)   I didn't do a clean save or anything, just uninstalled 1.2 and dropped this right in.

I noticed this yesterday but forgot to mention it in earlier reports, the three added NPCs (the Duke, Sultan, and Earl) all suffer from Greyface.  The three NPCs that already existed in game are fine.

 

I was able to run through the quest fully this time.  Still wish that there was more sexlab action than fade-to-black.  ;)

It just occurred to me, when the PC blacks out, when trying to run away, should this not add a few points towards punishment? This may be an easy addition, and it would make sense, wouldn't it?

I got the same issue. When I chose any dialogue option, i got a blank dialogue scene. Hope to receive solution for this. I really enjoy this mod content btw!
