Is something supposed to happen when my day count reaches 0 (or lower)? Nothing ever does, I can just continue until its complete with no consequences. I also get the same punishment every time, and punishment effects never go away on their own. Tattoos aren't applied. I suspect a lot of the features are broken for me. I did check that I have all the dependencies (including soft dependencies).

I am having a similar issue. When I was approached by guards from multiple holds, I said I would go to the Jarl later, since I was in the middle of a quest at the time and I wanted to see what enforced mode does. Now my Hero fame is around 3500 and my day counter is showing something like -140 days. I have not been approached by guards for multiple saves, many in game days. Is there a way to fix this? what could be the cause.

 

Would sqv and setpqv commands be a method to fix?

edit: I found one of the guards, so I guess i just have to hunt for the individual guard that stopped me in each city

 

But now I have another problem. for the punishment scene where Im in a X cross in the dungeon, the guy just stands there not moving. Now what could be the potential causes of this bug?

The sqv command will show you internal quest variables, so things like integer values, references, aliases, etc.  The setpqv command lets you change any of the primitive variables, but not the aliases and I think not the references.

 

If you're lucky, you can use sqv to look through the quests added by the mod until you find a variable with a value of -140, and then you can setpqv it to the right value.

 

Due to the way that Skyrim scripts handle tracking of time, it's also possible that there will instead be two variables that are counts of the number of game days passed since the start of the game, in which case -140 will be the difference of one counter subtracted from the other, but it will be much harder to identify.

It does subtract, something like (quota day limit - (current day - quota start)). If quota day limit and quota start are both 0 it will just be -(number of game days passed)

 

The day counter is a separate mechanism from guard approaches, guard approaches should happen every 24-25 hours if there's a guard around

Now it seems like I have a different bug. I've posted before that I had denied going directly to the thane for multiple holds, choosing the I will see them later, and the guard replying with "well I dont have the authority to arrest you etc...". I was hoping to finish the quest I was on then go back and enjoy a more "restricted" experience with the mod. However I was not able to prompt any guards to approach me. It appears that only the guard that approached me is able to reinitiate contact with me, as I scoured all of solitude and a single guard would consistently approach me every time I tried reloading a save and wondering different routes. 

 

The problem is, I have not been able to find the guards for any of the other holds, rendering the entire mod inert.

Is there a way to debug this? like a way to find the initial guard that approached me? going through the posts, I saw some mention that potentially a mod adding more guards can result in an added in guard prompting the dialogue, then despawning.

 

I am using populated skyrim which I think adds a few more guards, as well as some other mods that add additional guard dialogue, mostly from this site

Hey, after I accepted the "Peace Offering" quest to calm down the bandits in Redoran's Retreat, every bandit I encountered become friendly (they won't attacked me even if I hit their friend beside them). Is this because of the quest? If I completed the quest, will it be back to normal (i.e. bandits will attack on sight)?

Yes, once you complete the quest and turn it in it will go back to normal.

Can someone help me I've had a headache trying to get this to work on Skyrim special edition can someone post links to all the mods I need to get this running?

 

Side note: Is it possible for someone to just send me there Skyrim folder and I can use that or is there a reason that you couldn't do that?

Two reasons thats not feasible:  First, it would count as piracy which is frowned upon here, and second, my LE installation of Skyrim with all my mods is over 120 gig. Not at all practical for anyone to do.

I get it that makes sense even if I already own it, it still would be a copy of the game.

There was 1 successful duty quest in Dawnstar that i finished, and after long while of playing one started in Whiterun too. After guard took me to thane and quest started, when i go out to town the guards always talk to me again to go talk to thane, who starts quests again and then guard brings be back to him again and again...

 

I went to MCM debug menu and cleared status in Whiterun and they stopped approaching me at least.

I'm having some issues getting the mod started, im at the part where you help the shopkeepers in whiterun but belethor's part won't progress, i ask him if he need any help then agree to help but never get any objective

Even at a positive value for the day counter decreasing towards 0, the ineligibility status does not change. Changing the fame lockout to 1 day and clearing status in debug will change the counter, but still never becomes eligible again. Clear eligibility counter in debug controls does not seem to affect anything. Seems to be one and done unless you force eligibility again through debug. I am curious if there is a fix to this or if it's already a known bug.

I'm stuck at the Belethor quest. I just stand there and one person enters but just stands at the door. I've tried doing the quest in a certain order as was suggested earlier in the thread and that did nothing. I've tried pressing escape and leaving it for a bit, but that also did nothing. Are there any other solutions

I also got stuck, what fixed it was before the person enters, move to the door. It takes time to run the script.

As for me it goes ok. Even if interrupted by SL scenes from other mods. I just save and reload and it proceed futher.

Shop had to be entered earlier daytime.

Which mod is overriting which? They probably both edit the bandit faction.

The tattoos worked fine for me, have you tried applying them through the slavetats mcm? That might tell you if the problem is the tattoos themselves, or the scripts that apply them.

I actually figured out I had the wrong version of Fuz ro dah in. After changing that, everything worked smoothly. For anyone else having trouble with the Belethor quest, make sure you have the right version of fuz ro dah in, particularly for Se 1.5.97 its version 1.7 I think.

Check inside the spoiler dropdown here (under Change Log) for the correct version of FRD for your Skyrim runtime.

Whoah, something really weird is going on.   I'm PW of Markarth via PW fame start.  I have all three "setbacks" set to 5%.  I've serviced five clients, and _every_single_one_ has refused to pay.  And I think every one has made me beg for it.  Something must be broken or stuck.  :/

 

Edit:  The streak ended with a couple clients paying, but more refused.  Something is going wacky  with the calculations.

 

This brings up an issue I thought of but forgot to post about.   Right now you get punished for being short on gold regardless if its 1 piece or half of what  you owe.  I think the punishment should closer reflect how far off the mark you are, so for example missing just 1 client's payment might add a few more clients to your quota, missing a few might get  you whipped, but missing a large percentage of what you owe could get  you the public rape punishment.

5% mean that in 1 ocasion of 20 you will have something. But if you had this in 1st ocasion it doesnot mean that now you will not have this 19 times. You may have this in next situation with same rating and it will not mean that now you will not have this 19 times again. Bad luck. Ask yourself why))

Not sure if anyone had similar problem but i found 2 issues so far.

1. Is that i have started the Improving Whiterun quest, went to Alchemist and started helping her out, had to log out in the middle of the quest, so i saved and came back later. After coming back i dont get any dialogue option to continue.

2. After starting helping Belethor, he strips my character and just stands there while Nazeem is standing in front of the door. Cant do anything, nothing happens - checked via console that he is using a Package from the mod so thats propably not the issue.
