I think this mod needs the same type of patch as Blaze69's races to allow AAF to see the characters as human cant use the sexual harassment mod without adding the races in this mod to it individually due to AAF not registering them as human also all of the children birthed from family planning enhanced are human not anthro for some reason.

There is a patch for the sexual harassment mod here. You can find the patch on Discord. To make NPCs from other mods anthros, use FO4Edit and the Furrifier script to create a patch. It's not very complicated and you can also find instructions on the Discord channel here: https://discord.gg/rWf92R9

I'll tell you rn the problem is not with AAF at all, it's with mod authors who hard-code races into their mods. AAF does have to know what to do with the FFO races, but that's been done already, and AAF itself works just fine and mods like MCG work just fine. Other mods like Autonomy need a patch. Do stupid things, stupid things happen. (But I can't rag on them too much because they made their mod extensible (sorta) and the patch is easy to make. )

I'm already compressing the facegen texture files. I haven't tried the other archiver, I'll give it a look.

Try this out as a fix for the hair. Goes in Meshes\Actors\DLC04\Character\CharacterAssets\Hair\Female.

That hair is supposed to have physics.

DLC04_FemaleHair40.zip 1.04 MB · 1 download

There is still a problem. I think the original vanilla hairstyle has no physics. It's a bit strange because the other vanilla hairstyles have physics. But this hairstyle is from the DLC, so it's possible that the physics weren't already applied to the hairstyles here.

I'm based on the finding that when I save a modified vanilla hairstyle from the base game, I get a message asking if I want to apply physics. This DLC hairstyle does not have this message. From this I concluded that he did not have physics.

If you add physics, it could be that problem.

This would all be easier if I weren't stupid. Here's a fixed file. I gave you the wrong filepath--put it in Meshes\FFO\Hair\Female.

I was trying to put ponytail physics on the hair. I think I used the clothextradata from another hair and I don't think that's allowed. I think each clothextradata is made for the set of bones it's going to animate. If I took it from the ponytail hair file and weighted this hair to exactly those bones it would probably work. I tried that but I was screwing up so many different ways it wasn't a good test. I might try again when I'm firing on all cylinders. The files I gave you just take the physics off, and should be fine.

I knew the correct filepath, I didn't even notice you gave me the wrong one.

Thanks, now the hairstyle works without any problems.

Just a question, should the hairstyle change shape along with the shape of the head?

Thank you also any idea what would be making the kids that my character gives birth to grow into humans instead of following the mothers race like there supposed to.

Tried re-compressing the archives with BSArchPro without downscaling the textures or anything, just straight up unpack -> repack.

The full "base game NPC replacer" package (the 2 BA2s + the plugin in game-ready form aka outside of a .7z or whatever) now weighs ~3GB, down from 9.64GB. The "DLC NPC replacer" is now ~815MB, down from 2.63GB. Actual final size once packed into a compressed archive might be slightly lower since 7zip may be able to squeeze out a few extra MBs here and there, but still.

So... yeah, you definitely want to use BSArchPro to pack the files for the next update, lol. Hell, maybe even repacking and reuploading the current ones may be worth it, to reduce the frequency of the "quota exceeded" issue, lol. ?

In theory yes, but I don't know that I was good about copying those bone weights over.

Does anyone here know why the babies born from my character are not anthro and when they grow to  kids they are a fusion of base FO4 kids and furry i cant provide screen shots right now due to doing a run of the shark race.

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but my gam keeps crashing when i get to downtown boston. like anywhere near Trinity Tower. i've ran over there as just the male player character and things seam to work though the super mutants have purple heads. when i turn on furry fallout the game crashes. i've switched out furry npcs 2.1 for 2.0 and things seamed to work just fine. i think something in particular is wrong with furry npcs 2.1

V2.2 is going up now. Mostly it's for smaller files using the BSArch tool, but it also fixes the specular on the brush tails. Not all files are updated--just the main, NPC, and DLC NPC files.

Still seeing crashes related to the 2.2 NPC files. I rolled that back to 2.0 and can continue on fine. This time was a single SM corpse on the bridge South of Bunker Hill with 3 mole rats present (if that narrows down the encounter table / instance).

I was wondering if the patches on the main page for other mods are still working with the newest version of the mod, because I'm not sure if they're causing crashes or not.

I'll be in Sanctuary and after it starts to get dark there's a point where out of the blue where my game crashes.

Hey is there way to add peens to female player, like schlongs for females in skyrim. I dont use NPC replacer, just player replacer. and now trying lupine race from nexus.

Just wish there could be more variations in character creation (colors example), haven't figured out all yet.

Everything works in AAF animations theres strapon automatically added and theres strapon mods and some futa mods, but I didnt fint similar to furry female character.

And great work I  just decided to start new game and dl this, and boom next day there was new version already.

Ok so here is what keeps happening i thought our player would give birth to a child based on what ever character we are using from this mod here is what i keep getting  also the kid becomes a regular human adult is there a way to fix this or does this mod not play all together nice with family planning enhanced.

I do not think this will work without major patching. Family planning is either going to make the child human, in which they should be human, congratulations, or it's clever enough to try to follow the race of a parent. But your picture suggests it's picking up human meshes and furry textures. I would guess they're trying to copy textures from the parent in some way to make the child look a little like the parent. Fixing this is going to mean opening up their scripts, figuring out what they're doing, and trying to patch it in some way that doesn't add up to re-writing the mod.
