You're on LE, so DiaryofMine.esp is expected. The ESM version only came with v7.

 

You need to check the nif file with Cathedral assets.

 

Last ressort is open DiaryOfMine.esp with xEdit and check the head part names are the same as in the nif file. Otherwise report them to me and I will make sure they match,
