Recently updated and noticed since 8.3 that npcs no longer walk up to you to ask why you enslaved one of their siblings/lovers/children.
Guessing this feature was removed?

I'd still like some help regarding my query here please Pretty please
Thanks for all the work you do on your mods. Especially the botox upgrades. :)

They should though. I will check. It can also be turned off/on in the MCM.

I need advice on updating. I just translated DOM 8.4.0. Now I need to translate 8.4.0c again. Or is it better to wait for 8.5?

There are almost no differences between 8.4.0 and 8.4.0c. It should be very easy for you to update. Just check the changes in the .PSC files if you need. I recommend Notepad++ compare files tool.

how does one update from version 7 to the latest 8.4?

Cross fingers and go for it. It's good to have a papyrus log and be patient for all initialization to finish.

hi, what may be the reason for potato face to show up on Kimli in DOM version 5.2.5_LE ?

Check her face mesh with nifskope. It's in: meshes\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\DiaryOfMine.esm

Also run Cathedral Asset optimizers with convert to LE option, maybe it's an SE version.

Please move the posts to the correct thread. Also is that from the updated esp in the DOM 8.4.0c fomod or the old one?

That esp does not exist in DOM 8.4.0c.

Is there a limit to how high you can raise certain values of normal NPCs depending on personality?

Personality Traits (HEXACO) and Prisms are always between 0 and 100. They are stored in factions and can be used to choose from different dialogue reactions. In scripts DOM uses Facets which are made of a combination of traits and prisms, stretched between 0 and 500% for more dramatic effect, and you can not change them.

Sorry I wasnt really clear in the formulation, I wanted to ask if there is a limit to the training stats achievable for normal NPCs, depending on the personality. There are some NPCs where those training stats dont seem to change anymore when reaching a certain limit, for example submission wont go over 89.

updated from DOM 8.01 to 8.4 (first time using this without PAHE, HSH AND AYGAS, they gave me too much stress on papyrus) and the mod just don´t work, i mean, i can´t enslave anyone, options shows but it does nothing, same with enslave spells. tried this on a clean new save btw, any help? should i reinstall pahe?

The limit is 100. Then another 100 for the 6 love/loyal stats. Combat also can go up to 127.

Are you slaves being trained? With HSH they are limited by the trainer's stats.

You should wait for all mods to update then save/reload. For a new game you should get the DOM message boxes (2) and the DOM MCM. If either doesn't show up, your game is screwed. Usually because you don't have Papyrus tweaks installed.

They are not slaves yet but free NPCs. I used flattering to increase the training stat, so at one time there should appear the dialogue for more advanced options right? There should also be the option to ask them to become your slaves willingly. But since the training stat wont go higher than 89, the topic for that wont appear. If I change the "max stat threshold for abuse" in the NPC tab in the MCM is lowered below the 89, this option also appears. Using flattering however, the values just stop going up at a specific (for every training stat unique) value. Just wondering how this works

I will try it. about Papyrus tweaks i got it, and almost anything required/suggested. As I said, DOM was ok before updating and deleting the mods from pahe family

For NPC the computations use integers instead of floats and it might stop increasing once the increment value goes below 1. Adjusting the threshold is the right way to do it. Later I will add a bit of randomness for increment values below 1.

All looks good but DiaryOfMine.esm folder had .esp extension, i red on this forum that this may be the cause of my problem but i dont know how to fix it.

That makes sense, thanks for the explanation.
