What are you calling "orgasm registering during animation.", which animation? Nothing was changed in this part of the code between 5.3 and 5.5. Transferring back and forth only cleans a few factions and reset some flags. Are you sure you're not telling your slaves not to orgasm? You can check it with the wheel menu or the dialogue. Also, sometimes this was attached to the "O" key, together with "Open inventory", check your MCM.

By "orgasm registering during animation." I mean that during any sex animation in which there is an orgasm event triggered by SexLab, either due to SLSO condition or end of animation, and the appropriate SexLab orgasm sound and visual effect is played, DoM doesn't recognize it as an orgasm. Meaning, there is no widget announcement on the left side referencing "XXX squirms as your orgasm submerges you" or something to that effect. This also occurs if SexLab triggers an orgasm for the slave, with the appropriate sound and visual effect, and DoM doesn't show any widget announcement nor are you then able to praise the slave for "being a good fucktoy" or anything like that. In either case, the slaves associated sex training doesn't go up either, possibly because of being unable to praise them for it?

 

Checked hotkeys, the "Allow Slave Orgasm" key is unbound, and the "Control Orgasm" is verified off via the Wheel Menu and dialogue. Also worth mentioning that I do not have SLSO installed, but rather the built-in P+ Seperate Orgasm feature enabled and a dummy blank SLSO .esp installed to be able to enable "Use SLSO" in the DoM options. However, this issue is present regardless of the SexLab orgasm type settings (SLSO, Animation Stage, Animation End), and regardless of the DoM "Use SLSO" setting as well. Almost as if DoM doesn't realize that there is an animation playing.

 

Using FillHerUp Baka, it recognizes the orgasm events in SexLab animations and correctly inflates actors. Not sure if that information is useful. I also have no idea why swapping slaves to/from PAHE temporarily fixes this... Just that it does.

DOM doesn't support P+ because the events are different from the original Sexlab. What you're experiencing is an event conflict between SL and P+.

Kind of suspected that, but am a bit puzzled as to why DoM works just fine a whole play session after doing the transfer to/from PAHE, and only breaks after reload requiring the transfer process again.

Sexlab events being re-registered make them work for a while, then P+ events renaming rendering them useless.

If i promise to sacrifice them, is it possible that they dislike it or be afraid of it, or do they take every promise as something positive and it only matters if i break it?

If promises can be liked or disliked, what would be the indicator for that?

Promises gives answers through topic info. If you cancel a sacrifice promise you'll often get a positive answer to that, unless the slave is properly brainwashed.

 

All promises have different effects while waiting for it to happen, and different outcomes once cancelled or realized.

Another data point: If the slave is left in PAHE and you trigger a SL sex animation via the DoM wheel menu, the appropriate Sex Skill training goes up after the animation. If the slave is transferred back to DoM and another animation is triggered by SL, the sex training does not increase even if DoM recognized the slaves orgasm.

What version of DOM are you using and are you still using P+?

I can't comment on anything P+ related. I am afraid it's not compatible yet, and not on top of my list.

Yup, no worries. Not complaining or anything, just providing information in case it ends up being useful. Like I said, enjoy your mod and will continue using it even if I have to keep swapping slaves to/from PAHE in order to get it to mostly work. Keep up the good work!

Hey Troll, quick question. I recently installed Spell Organizer to hide some of the less immersive spells provided by a couple of mods (that I would nonetheless still want to have available).

It works quite nicely, I wanted to try to use it on a couple of spells provided by the mod such as Slave Info, Abuse Menu, etc. (they are already provided in a much more palatable fashion through the wheel menu).

It would seem that the spells re-appear every time I reload the game though. If I may know, where is this behavior defined? The plugin file? One of the scripts?

DOM_Core.psc script is making sure all spells and tools are given to the player. Some have toggles in the MCM. I could add an option if you need one.

Thanks, I'll edit and recompile the script. You can add an option if you would like to, perhaps other people would find it useful.

Version 7.1.2 is out. This is still a beta version. It is recommended to use a clean save without any trace of DOM, you can still send your slaves to PAH to save them.

 

What's new in version 7.1.2

  • DOM is now an ESM. This means you might have to check your load order after installation and restart a game or clean it with resaver. Also if you use DOM Stories, you'll need to install version 1.0.71. Another consequence is you might need to rename the voice directory from DiaryOfMine.esp to DiaryOfMine.esm. If you're a developper and use GetFormForFile you'll also need to change the plugin name.

  • PAH is now a soft dependency, DOM can run without it, but you still need PAH if you want to use its addons like HSH, AYGAS, ... Transfering slaves from/to PAH was not tested.

  • Force greet: When entering a cell with slave's family members, one of them will be selected to force greet the player and try to settle the situation.

    • There are 5 ways to settle the situation: Convincing, giving a compensation, freeing the slave, accepting a ransom, or abduct the complainant.

    • This behavior can be turn on and off in the MCM menu option tab.

    • Only one slave at a time will be checked for family members.
    • Once the situation is settled with a particular slave, all family members will accept the outcome.
    • Trying to keep the slave without paying a compensation will trigger an assault alarm, unless the family member is also friend with the player or the slave is brainwashed (see below).

    • Family members will always accept a broken, loyal or in-love slave situation, without asking for compensation.

    • Player's friend will accept a slave situation if they have a low relationship with the slave.

    • Player's lovers will always accept the situation.

    • Often the slave's mood will be set to shock after the situation is settled.

    • If the situation is not settled yet, family members will be reactivated when punishing the slave.

  • Witnesses: Abduction will now check for witnesses.

    • In case of a positive line of sight, the capture will be canceled and an assault alarm will be sent.

    • As a consequence it is important to close doors or lead the actor to some secluded place to avoid possible witnesses.

    • Witnesses can be turned off in the MCM Capture tab.

  • Follow me: Actors with relationship higher than 3 (close friends and lovers) can be tricked to follow the player, to wherever (maybe a secluded dark place).

    • Dialogue saying "Follow me I need to show you something" should become available once the relationship is high enough. One way to increase the relationship is to chat with the actor.

    • This behavior overrides the current actor package. You can always turn it off with the dialogue "You can return to your duties".

    • After tricking a friend or lover to follow the player, new dialogues will appear, they are "wait here" (stand still) and "surprise!" (enslave).

  • The "Let's have a chat" dialogue offers different options depending on the relationship level with the player.

    • The more you talk to an actor the more chance you get to increase the relationship.

    • You need to use the highest level dialogues to increase the relationship to its max.

    • There are two types of dialogues: personality and feelings. Both have a chance to increase personality traits and training stats respectively.

  • Personality and feelings are now included in the diary last pages.

  • For a more SFW startup, the initialization text was changed to use Readers (meaning slavers) and Writers (meaning slaves).

  • Slavers also have their own diaries now.

  • Recruiting slavers now costs less the higher the relationship. It's free for lovers.

There is a file in the downloads section called DOM Dependency Scripts. Should this file and scripts overwrite (take priority) over all the other mods?

They're only used if you want to edit and compile DOM's scripts. You don't need them if you just want to use the mod normally. If you do want to do the former though, then yes.

Exactly. Also I updated the file with a few compiled scripts needed by the CK for those who want to make addon plugins.
