Very likely the reason it is now hidden on the Nexus. Darkone is still cleaning up those files that were yours. If there are any other files on the Nexus that were yours it is likely those will be hidden/removed soon as well.

 

People wonder why Kendo isn't releasing some of his work...  People take it and claim ownership. Entirely un-necessary in my opinion. At least give proper credit even if you don't get proper permission for uploads. It is disgraceful to the individual that tries to pass of their work as someone else's work.

 

Shit like that is the #1 reason for mod content creators to quit /or go underground. The end result is you have to know the individual or belong to closed groups to be able to get the content and then only if you are lucky.

I see some bits and pieces of my meshes from time to time.  I'm not registered at Nexus so I don't know the extent of what is and is not being hi-jacked by people.  Even if I did know, I doubt the staff would do anything about it.

 

If anyone sees what they can 100% identify as my content uploaded to Nexus, do me a favor and report it.  I'd like to see what they do about it.

 

And the poaching is one reason why carywinton is the going to be the only person allowed to host my older Type3 content.

I want to try out his mod for but i'm having difficulties contacting him, not sure if he's still in working out his mod. thanks for this info

I have a request, if anyone knows how to do this sort of thing. I'm looking to merge The Halfway House (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/50010/?) with the Leveler's Chamber (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/13632/?), moving the Leveler's equipment into the Halfway House chamber. I've tried to do it myself, but nothing works right when I finish. Can anyone help me out? I haven't received any permissions from either of the authors as I only want this for personal use. Thanks in advance.

A few days ago I saw a mod on Nexus that adds a vending machine to Mothership Zeta that exchanges alien crystals for other alien gear like ammo, biogel, epoxy, etc. It's since been removed for some reason. Did anyone by chance get a copy before it was removed that they'd be willing to share?

Generally TTW mods will appear on the Vegas nexus, since TTW turns all of FO3 and it's dlc's into addon's for FNV.

Is there a mod that fixes the Tribals from Point Lookout from their nippleless, black underwear wearing forms and into actual nudity for TTW? I installed the Type 3 armors that the TTW site linked to but that's only for clothing. If there is, that'd be great but if not, it's not big deal, just a small texture I'd like fixed.

For some damn reason, it started to nag at me a month ago. Why aren't there any Bow mods for FO3 and/or FNV? I'm pretty sure there should be at least ONE mod out there, with standing/sneak idles and different arrow types like Standard, Explosive, Plasma, etc...
 

Either my Google-Fu has failed me once again, or I'm just NOT looking in the right places. Anyone know of such a mod? Or am I just throwing pebbles into the Grand Canyon to fill it up?

If you mean a body texture, all you need is to add the body texture (possibly body mesh) into the dlc it corresponds to. I don't remember if they have their own or if they share the same as the raiders from the wasteland. I know the armor is unique specifically for the DLC. Like the bombshell raider armor.

There is a crossBOW mod for New Vegas. Dunno if that's good enough for your desires, but it's there.

Here, I just threw this together. It has a tribal-style male texture, and a tattoo'd female texture. If you have a preferred texture to use for either, just follow the file tree and copy the files.

 

After you drop them into the data file for the game, you'll want to toggle archive invalidation to make sure that the game looks in the right place.

There is a bow mod, it's just that the mod author is not comfortable releasing it right now. So it's private now but hopefully maybe soon...

Yes, the nexus search engine is junky junky junk. Use google instead and put nexus in your search term. 

 

..Actually, google tends to be better at searching LL than its in built too. I guess some things are easier when you have ~2 million computers lying around.
