The belt is not removed, it's phased into oblivion. Magically hidden. As such it's still there protecting. For example: If using SLaVE, you won't lose virginity. Toy Story teaches you the lore of this "phasing". :D 

  • Whorecux is not receiving the "vaginal penetration" event as long as your belt has Block Vaginal, which you can check using MCM - Toys Worn Tab - click on toy for detail
  • Now that said it's possible Whorecrux is not using that event and just looking at orgasms or climax, which would mean it does not matter what happens to a belt

If you don't like the phasing, or think it actually does effect Whorecrux, then you can change it to never hide toys, at the cost of limited scenes that can play.... Toys MCM - Love Tab - Exclude Scene or Phase Toy

Phasing is happening regardless of what setting i have it too, i think it said something about a bug with 2.4 which i am using so i am going to upgrade to 2.5.

Yup true. With 2.4 that slider setting was not reliable.

Even when this now works, I suspect Whorecrux won't do anything different, as mentioned above.

Was wondering if in a future version of Toys and Love or in a separate mod we would have the ability to edit toy properties in game without having to use the creation kit.  Like some others I have a pretty difficult time modifying anything using the creation kit.  Being able to edit toys in game or through a separate added mod in game would be really cool.  Just a thought.  What do you guys think?  And what do you think about it VirginMarie?

Might help if you defined a bit more clearly what you want to edit? I assume you are referring to effect on a given toy (like having the protective powers of one of the harnesses applied to nipple piercings instead). That can be edited with SSEEdit (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/164) rather than the CK, SSEEdit might look equally daunting at first, but doing simple edits with it is much easier to learn than with the CK (and it does not tend to muck up everything with some random changes elsewhere in the mod ... unlike the CK).
It's likely possible if pretty work intense to make that in game editable. I wouldn't hold my breath for it, you might want to try mods that allow you to swap enchantments (like: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/23091), didn't test if that works on toys, might or might not.

It's always been in the plan. It's designed for it. You can imagine that in the MCM, you'd click on the toy in Toys Worn, and in that detail view, things would become editable. Add effects/buffs, change other properties. There'd be a way to flag a toy as "user can't change", so you don't break quest toys.

 

So yes, I will probably do it eventually, no promises, this would be time consuming to make a good UI.

On a similar subject. Submissive Lola allows you to put two renamed meshes into a folder for a custom collar. Both 1 and go. I put the two meshes contained in Workshop for using the Princess Collar even though the Princess Collar mesh has a generic name. In Game I equip the Princess Collar but it is not recognized by Submissive Lola. Other Collars do work as a custom collar so its not a problem with Lola. Is there a different mesh for the Princess collar? Or is there a work around?

I don't know what Lola is doing. 

If Lola is setup to do this for DDs, well... DD has a very different system. Each device is made up of two parts... a Rendered and an Inventory. Toys&love toys are standard setup same as vanilla armor. Or it could be its only setup to accept certain keywords. Whatever the case, it is a Lola issue where maybe you should not expect it to work.

I would want to edit key words so I could change what certain toys did "I don't know what all the key words are or exactly how to do it with the creation kit".  For some of the toys I would add the rousing effect, or pulsate effect like you have with the chastity belt or certain piercings "I would probably add those effects to all the belts and piercings".  It would also be nice to give every toy the hardcore strip effect.  Giving all the toys a time lock would be nice to add to all of the toys instead of having to have the right key "something I would do for my personal game if you could edit stuff in game.  I'm playing the Skyrim LE version.  SSEEdit will work for mods for that game too right?

Aye, it will, but what you want will require a bit more than just adding a keyword. You will have to add the correct property. It's not really that much more complicated and VirginMarie made a pretty good guide on creating a new toy box that you could use (actually should use, it would be better to either create your personal toy box or at least create an override plugin aka a patch. Else you will have to redo your changes everytime you update T&L.)

What I feel is missing is a MCM option to disable this mod, and maybe toggles to quickly disable and enable features.

I tried to use it alongside sexlab, and it's way too invasive for that.

While I agree that a toggle might be handy occasionally (though it applies more often to Toyful Temptations and there one can make do with setting the slider to zero) it can't be shut down completely without problems. I would appreciate some (or most) of the sliders actually going down to zero, instead of insisting on a minimal chance for an effect to happen.
Completely shutting down the mod seems not a good idea though. What if another mod tries to start a love scene? What if another mod tries to check on rousing? Those functions can't be disabled without repercussions.

I also wonder how this mod would interfere with Sexlab? I can see collisions with other mods that use Sexlab, but Sexlab itself? Care to elaborate a little, please?

I'm trying to find a description of each toys, can't find it, especialy the one in the base mod.  toy without key i can't get them off no matter what, so to see if it a bug or not i need description. website very confusing and has very little description about the actual individual toys,

If you put on a toy yourself you should be able to take it off again. There is a checkbox in the T&L MCM: Setup Menu, right side Self Bondage "Leave unlocked if self-equipped" make sure that is set. (It is by default.)
At any rate you can always remove a toy using the Toys & Love MCM. Click on "Worn Toys", then click on the Toy you wish to remove, then lower right side "Remove Toy".

I actually think the website contains a lot of info. (Not sure on the Toys themselves, but I usually find the tooltips you get from hovering on them in the inventory sufficient, one need to understand the toys terminology though, like melting, etc. That certainly can be a bit confusing at first.)
I agree though the website is a mess and makes it very hard to find something unless you know exactly what it is called or where it is. I've pondered offering VirginMarie to create a better Website, however I've my hands full, with a website I'm getting paid for to do, currently and which needs to be done before christmas. Perhaps next year I might find the time.

That sounds like a bug, I've never had toys inject orgasms into a sexlab scene.
Not sure exactly what the problem with the rousing widget is. Sure it will update during a sex scene, but it should not interfere. I've mine tugged above and partially behind my compass and it never interfered with a sexlab scene either.
Really sounds like something fishy is going on in your game.

Like Talesien said, you don't' just disable a framework, not fair to the mods using it.

Every feature has MCM options to adjust. Most let you disable.

With the following available, there is no reason to do it on the website...

  1. Click on the toy. Every toy has a description in game, usually what key is needed, and hints on how to escape
  2. If you don't' have the key when you try to remove it, it tells you what key you need
  3. For every detail about a toy... MCM - Worn Toys tab, click on a toy worn, you get the detail view. This tells you all.

Rousing bar updates if your rousing changes, more so if you synced Rousing with Arousal. This can't "interfere" and should actually be useful. You can remove the Rousing bar in MCM using the OpacitySlider.

 

MCM - Rousing & Denial tab - Use Denial in SL Scenes - You would want to turn this off. However, this does nothing unless you press the denial hotkey, so maybe you have this on (the default), and don't realize the hotkey is the same as one used for SLSO. Beyond this, Toys&Love absolutely cannot in any way touch Sexlab, with or without SLSO.

Another stupid question of mine, how do you play the mini game,

is there any clue as to when and how long should you press the deny or fondle key ? 

 

I started a game, did get ensalve at level 1 send to dark club,

Can't fight shit, but that my problem, so loosing all the time in the arena, debt accumulating fast, 

but can't win the damned sex mini game, so make the mystress and boss very piss off , accumulating debt, and so the never ending circle of debt .

 

No clue as to when and how long you should press those damed 2 key...

I get the theory to be in sync, but how?  no visual or audio clue.

exept the gauge filling up or empty.  

 

Also in the club no food and water for survival... no bath either.  

 

also skyrim being the cluster #uck of bugs that it is, maybe having more debug fonction,  like a way to change bounty or debt ? 

 

In a game that is so buggy and where the consol is a key press away, having mechanics imposed (as in cannot be change in mcm) is beyond me.  

and is one of the reason I don't use D.D ecosys.

  • Does not require Sexlab
  • Does not use Sexlab
  • Does not touch or alter Sexlab

Is an alternative. They can run side by side.

It does not take over anything.

Don't expect Toys&Love to magically replace Sexlab. A mod like SLEN made for Sexlab, cannot work with Toys&Love, unless the author updates SLEN for that.

Visuals are the 2 rousing bars, and there's visuals for climax. 

There are notifications for successful denial or caressing.

 

DDC's MCM does let you change some aspects of debt. But you won't need to, if you fulfill your clients' desires like a proper little bitch :P
