@hotNess16 I realized that way I replaced the new character/res_cmn folder with my older version that contained the mods was causing glitches. It may be worth your time to make a folder structured the same way as the game folders but only containing the mods you want to be active. if you spend the time to set it up right, it will save time next time we get an update.

I'm not sure I understand. So you are saying to just create a new character file, only having it contain the mods and nothing else?

Yes, outside of the game's folder I have a folder called Active Mods that has the same folder structure as the game folder but only modded files are inside.

Here is an example:

Active Mods

   -Data

      -x64

         -character

            -pc20a

               pc20a_model.elixir.gz

               pc20a_model.g1t

            -pc20a_wet

               pc20a_wet.elixir.gz

               pc20a_wet.g1t

         -res_cmn

            -ipu

               still_mix_result_02.g1t

               still_sleep_02.g1t

            -ui

               a22_chara_stl01.g1t

               a22_chara_stl02.g1t

               a22_chara_stl05.g1t

               a22_chara_stl07.g1t

call me a moron but along with the update today seemingly breaking PS4 buttons, I cannot seem to notice any panties or any of the mods I've been able to get my hands on. I try the unpacking thing but I cannot seem to repack things, if I am supposed to be doing that.

I'm not even sure where you guys are finding all these things or the first thing about making them work or installing them. I'm like, super lost and I made an account just for this haha

Ah OK thank you. I should've done that from the start.

Do you have gust tools installed? You need to install that and extract it into the game folder. Unpack PACK00_02.PAK by dragging it to the gust tool pak exe. There will be two data folders, move the one inside the original data folder to the game folder in a way where you merge the two together. You then take the mods and find two files both having model in the name like pc20a_model.elixir.g1t and pc20a_model.g1t. Copy those and paste it in the corresponding character folder. Let's say you have a mod for pc26c. Take the two model files inside the mod folder, copy them, and paste them in the character folder of the game inside where pc26 is. Be sure to backup the files you replace in case something goes wrong. I would show some screenshots, but I am away from my PC atm.

看起来很不错! 我可以不知道如果我可以帮助,因为我的中文是坏的

我也许能帮你把你的问题翻译成英文. 对不起,我只能这样做。

Our friend spirtie here did the sleeping ryza and the exposed chest ryza stil (at the alchemy pot) himself but does not know how to either bring those images here to the lab or is having trouble sealing the packets. (Not sure what that means but modders may know) the best i can offer here is to be a translator since i have never actually edited images myself. However, that seems to be the issue.

Yeah, I got that but like, how do I repack them? And where do you guys even get these mods from? Are all the costumes from DLC or something, or am I too early in the game to use them?

I forgot to mention that after unpacking them, you need to rename them. So for PACK00_02_PAK you would rename it to PACK00_02_PAK.bak. To unpack them, just rename it back to PACK00_02_PAK. That's just one example. The costumes are not from DLC, so you should be able to use the mods once you get the Atelier.

Did you get the original files from switch versions that were posted here? Because when i tried to edit them and repack the textures i kept getting error both using repack tool and gust tool.

i wonder if it's  because the dds is not compressed properly, the default one are at 682kb while mine is 1.33 mb

i've just been using an online png to dds converter, never had any problem till now

so like, if there is no "repacking" I just need to put the mod files in the right places, and the game directs itself to them??? is THAT how it works? also I still cannot switch costumes
