ALWAYS a new EP in November, gives the kids something to ask for, for Christmas.  Although I don't think there's many kids playing TS4.  Then you can count on an SP or GP in February or March, something bigger in June, and something in September.  They've been pretty consistent like that.

Hey, so they fixed the "can't get married because they're your employee" bug... again...  Wonder if it's really fixed this time?

Huge number of bug fixes, hopefully all REALLY fixed, because of course we're gonna get new ones.

 

And remember kids, offline mode, don't get this update until your mods catch up!

Oh, that´s really a massive bugfixing patch. If this does, what it should, I am starting to become a fan... I mean, real bugfixes, features, that make sense, a new addon with real content... Is this really Maxis?

The first bug fix they listed;

 

Freelancer Sims now can complete Gigs they have signed up for and harvest the fruits of their labor. Simoleons, Simoleons, Simoooleons… SIMOOOLEOOONS.

It really is Maxis. Lazy as I am I planned on reading the German version of the update note. Guess what? Not yet online! Still wishing a happy hispanic heritage month...

And: I can easily wait, this update isn´t running away, that´s for sure. A lot of mods are definitely broken, including TOOL, most UI-mods, or skintones, and I also read, that a lot of players would have issues with the patch in general, cause it seems to collide with some windows updates, and their game won´t start at all.

 

Whatever, we all know EAxis, and I am a rational consumer of an industrial product, not a fanboy of any sorts. I can wait, and I will.

I'm going to wait on doing a game update at least until after the next bug fix patch.

Plus the 'Control Any Sim' mod gets fixed as I won't play without it.

I've come to like it so much it's become essential now.

I´ve got an error warning after updating, and it said, my windows C++ distribution would not match with the one, the Sims 4 uses. But I was on the sunny side of the street, the game started, and I was able to even play into the new addon, cause I´ve bought it for a small price this morning. And at least the build mode items are very nice, and some of the featurs are ... okay. Most of them should have been released for free though, especially those newly introduced "lifestyles".

 

Now I am waiting for the new hotfix destroying everything again. It´s EAxis, and the addon isn´t as good as any game changers tell, that´s for sure. And so are their patches, that mostly only make things worse, if they were bad before. This in mind, I love playing a completely modded Sims 4. And like I said, luckily I can...

no, there is even glitch when your toddler carry in arms another toddler for skiing

no anime jacket like in trailer

no climbable rock wall in build mode nor debug mode

lazy animation when your sim take off their shoes. Paralive has a better animation for this

That´s why I said this. The most of them are hyterical fanboys and -girls. But EAxis loves to have followers, who never ask critical questions, cause the devs know, that their game is crap. I only play Sims 4, cause there are some really good modders, and I never would pay the full price for any product, EAxis will make. Long ago, Maxis was a trustworthy name in the gaming industry but nothing is left from those times exept a slowly fading memory.

They're just as quick to CALL OUT EA as they to PRAISE EA so I wouldn't underestimate them.  That said, I wouldn't overestimate them either

Nah, when I see Konyoku (mixed bath) in their trailer, it proves they know nothing about onsen, except from some Japan porn.. Cause Japan Porn used mixed bath. They should separate Male and female onsen, 'cos THE SIMS 4 Rated TEEN, not 18+.
