I just changed the colors. The orginal textures should work, just over-write. More than one type of empty black soul gem? or in general ie filled with different soul types, doesnt surprise me really, having a strange one with some of the lolilabs stuff when i try and upgrade, i have 100 smithing and every smithing perk in the tree (earnt without cheating by creating armor i may add) yet some items (boots being one) wont upgrade beyond flawless unless i use a magic potion even though other items upgrade to the max, why is this?

I have added enough armors and outfits to my games and the amount of armors and outfits I have added I never use the crafting for most of it unless it's in a different langue and have no clue on what the item name is as I would be there forever trying to get everything needed. My guess is if you can't upgrade something or can only upgrade it to a certain point then the modder set it themselves as to how far it can be upgraded. Many times I just use the console and type in help boots gloves shoes dress outfit pants shirt bra underwear and so forth for finding the stuff that I have added to my game.
cassss Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Personally i prefer to craft items rather than giving myself things through console as otherwise for me it takes the fun out of it, anyway was browsing and on this page http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Nightingale_Armor i found the following: Smithing All pieces can be upgraded at a workbench with void salts and the Arcane Blacksmith perk, however they do not benefit from any smithing perks. This means they cannot be improved past flawless quality without boosting the Smithing skill over 100. This can be achieved by using enchanted items and/or blacksmithing potions to Fortify Smithing. So i wonder if its a similar situation, guess i could look at the items in question in the creation kit and find out for sure
smsbassist182 Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 I'm curious LDW or anyone that might have tried this, if I downloaded your male armor pack and equipped them on a girl, what would happen? Would it change the model and make her look "bigger" like the males, would they look exactly like the screenshots but just fitted to the female model?
myuhinny Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 If a armor is set as male and a female were to wear the armor it would probably make your players body invisible or CTD and I have seen before when you wear a male armor that uses a male in game armor if worn by a female character that armor will appear as the in game armor and not the males armor.

The guy's bodies are less curvy with broader shoulders, so the look is a bit odd, but you don't get invisible bodies or any such thing.

Is it worth it to switch and will LDW's armors fit on those models?
myuhinny Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 No clue I haven't used COTS in quite awhile been using daughters of venus there shouldn't be anything wrong with the redone I think it uses the same stuff it has just been modified.

myuhinny Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 There would probably have to be a shit ton of modifications done to all heads bodies hand feet hairs would also have to be all readjusted along with anything like eyes teeth mouths eye lashes and such I think something like would be too much work for anyone to really ever do as it would take a huge amount of time and effort to do.

Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 Well CoTS R2 with some slight modifictions on body types i use(UNPetite or True Daughters of skyrim)and some skeleton patches plus using RCoTS latest patches CoTS R2 who have still best and MOST options for tweaking to your liking(still by far best child mod) for your character. I only use as main RCoTS followers and friendly npc's plus armor pack-lolilabs and LDW x117 armors i have enough. RCoTS is nice but the changes in last updates is not what i want i stick with CoTS R2 for now.

I want to make some parts of an armor (mainly the underwear ) interchangable with another mesh. So I have a complete set of armor (consisting of body, the main armor slot 32 and the underwear slot 53) and a mesh only consisting of the underwear (slot 53). Thought equipping the other mesh would override the slot 53 but well.. it doesn't :/ Instead it equips only the new mesh with body. Tried some other things too, but nothing works out as intented . Does anybody know a way how to get it to work ? ^^

myuhinny Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 You can use these armors with anything though they might look weird on a adult or nasty on something that uses CBBE. I use a different child race then COTS but my race is still UNP so the armors look great even though it's not a COTS race. If the race you use isn't UNP and is CBBE then it will look nasty as you will get nasty discolorations in the chest area and hips.

Is that just mythological? I think someone is working on one. I saw a mod awhile back that had hair and scar growth. I saw it on youtube but i cant find it now also i dont think there was a racemenu slider but it showed aging in face Hair and beard, and also gaining scars in game. I found follow this guy on youtube
