Also curious if there is a way to alter the "weight" of the breasts, aka keep their shape but let them bounce. https://www.loverslab.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=1573410&key=4460e6dde7b7de1a554e859e335b347b

cableguy7uk Posted August 17, 2023 Posted August 17, 2023 Tried the dll seemed to work but ended up doing horrendous things to sims. Reduced boobs, body malformed. OK when removed

fanbongo Posted August 20, 2023 Posted August 20, 2023 Observed a few things with the experimental dll in my game. - Sims are harder to click on unless the camera is zoomed in on them. - Sim faces on the bottom left hand side appear bugged. (screenshot) - Some clothing/meshes are no longer compatible (no physics) anymore. This is a common thing with every new release and I've adjusted by changes meshes every time. I was using an older dll uploaded by a user here because I liked the way things moved. The physics in the experimental dll is acceptable with my current (not super realistic) settings but I always adjust with every release anyway. The Sims™ 4 2023-08-19 20-14-40.mp4

alexlll Posted August 22, 2023 Posted August 22, 2023 Could you please add a setting to enable and disable angular physics in setting.ini and add more settings for it. Spoiler 1

I'm going to switch the log and settings file to somewhere in "My Documents". That should fix any permission related problems in future. downloaded the new version, everything works, commander works, there is one tiny issue, sometimes my game screen gets the black fuzzy lines across the screen. like weird outlines of some sort.

It's hard to tell what's happening in your video as it's quite pixelated and unclear.

That's a new one. I'll try to reproduce this bug on my system and hopefully I can come up with a fix.
fanbongo Posted August 29, 2023 Posted August 29, 2023 I encountered an error with the experimental release. Screenshot and log attached. Log.txt
Turisas Posted August 30, 2023 Posted August 30, 2023 I don't seem to be getting any Y-axis / up-down response with the physics of my sim's animations... testing with jogging and dancing, breasts seem to only sway side-to-side. Up-down still works using the RTBP Commander to test it.
SixThreeEight Posted September 1, 2023 Posted September 1, 2023 Any chance the missing faces was fixed yet? or the glitchy outline bug?

Once again, I forgot to comment out some experimental debug code that seems to have interfered with the game's rendering loop. Please try out this DLL and tell me if it fixes anything. It could take a while for the sim portraits to change and the faces to come back. Since the Sims 4 caches a lot of data, it might use outdated sim portraits. Try changing the outfits or emotions of your sims. I hope this does the trick. Please keep me updated. RTBP v0.4-p6 2023-09-02 (Experimental).zip 1

alexlll Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 The last update works very poorly for me, breast physics is almost not configurable. The problem with the avatars may have disappeared but it didn’t bother me, at all I’m much more worried about the problem with the butt physics (the butt section does not move and the inability to turn off the butt physics for men) because of which I had to turn it off.

Shoot, you're right about the butt. RTBP seems to be erroneously detecting male butts as female. This could be because of the switch to ray casting. I'll get to the bottom of it as soon as I can. Sorry about that. 1
alexlll Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 Maybe I'm talking nonsense, but what if you tie the butt physics not to the bones of the butt, but to the bones of the chest? The chest will be responsible for the butt physics and the physics of the chest, and since men do not have breasts, the butt physics will not work for them.
Sutsiua Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 Instead of taking out physics for males can there be a toggle instead? I like having them

I like having them That's just the point that the switch does not work. Maybe it makes sense to make two versions, one only for women and the second for all. This is what my game looks like with the penultimate version of rtbp. the chest is a little too mobile, but this is to make the movements look better during sex. The Sims 4 has different rigs that it binds to the meshes, depending on the context. Butt bones don't really exist in normal game play. When WickedWhims starts a sex animation, the rig is swapped out for another modded one that includes butt bones. RTBP has to intercept the mesh data and modify it to create butt bones that will work in normal game play. 16 hours ago, Sutsiua said: Instead of taking out physics for males can there be a toggle instead? I like having them There are settings to enable/disable butt physics by gender. The physics can be fine tuned for female and male butts individually as well. The problem is my old method of detecting a sim's gender isn't working anymore, most likely due to my switch to ray casting. I am working on it, and I'll have a fixed DLL available as soon as possible. 3
