AwfulArchdemon Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Okay, looked through thread couldn't find an answer. Is there any way to find where the Thugs are in "Paybacks a Bitch"? I have the quest, saying they have taken over a bandit camp but I dont have any indicator on my map... I was wondering the same thing. I've even gone out searching camps at random to try to find them. Don't know what I was thinking. This is the biggest game ever made. I'll NEVER find him that way. So, I installed the mod after I completed "A Night to Remember." Is that going to be an issue? Nope. Anytime is good, whether it be at the start of the game, right after the aNtR mission, or near the "end" of the game (wherever that is...).

I think you should see a marker. Many people in the tread have reported having found them i Solstheim! You may want to check there and see if the marker does happears. Btw, any of you manage to get out of mistwatch? When I've got realeased by my master I found myself locked. The front door is locked and the ladder near the cage is a master level and Im tired and out of lockpick

I'd like to know who my master is when I get beaten by a huge crowd of people, so I don't get dragged to him/her as soon as I'm enslaved. If I get dragged, it means I've already managed to piss master off, and am going to get whipped (which doesn't always work. It gets stuck in that situation a lot, with master standing there, with the whip still on masters hip instead of hand). Finally, I may know what my whipping problem is with masters. Sometimes my weapon doesn't unsheath properly, meaning I press attack or unsheath, and then my PC will unsheath a "fake" weapon. Fake being that it's still at my hip, instead of in my hand, but I'll be standing in attack position, holding an "invisible" weapon. Sometimes I can even attack with the fake weapon, but some other times I can't attack at all until I equip a spell, or if one's already equipped, equip another. That tickles it, and then I can fight fine. I think the same's happening to my master, thus leaving them standing there, instead of whipping me. I've never seen that happen to a different enemy or follower, though. Sup with that? Oh yeah, and sometimes I'll get into a fight, and I'll just die. No warning, and no reason, I just die. They'll hit me maybe 2, 3 times, and that's it. I've even died out of the clear blue for no damn reason, but that's extremely rare. I've also got a bug that makes it so every brawl turns into a weapon wielding fight to the death, but I think that may be caused by that Wet and Cold mod, maybe. Now that has to change! Sure as hell not uninstalling that mod though.
ToWannaLive Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 For Payback's a Bitch, I stole some things from Anise's Cabin, and ran away with her yelling at me and then waited by the sign in front of the carriage driver at Whiterun. Use Wait until the thugs appear. They spawned right there for me. They walked me to Mistkeep and turned me over to a new master. I have Sexlab's Working Girl and was able to turn the master into my follower and the enslavement ended. I didn't have the key to get out though. I only had one lockpick and the exit had a Master lock. I'm decent at lockpicking but that was too much for my low level character. I ended up using console commands to get a Necklace of Peerless Lockpicking and 20 lockpicks and then I escaped. I was directed to Faldar's Tooth to recover my belongings. Maybe some of this will help someone else? Good luck. It was an interesting quest.

That's the place/fort? by the water you can go by when leaving Riften. They have pit wolves at the door and set them on you when you're going by. It's not a low-level place. I'm not sure how to use the coc command except for coc WIdeadbodycleanupcell and I did still want to kind of stay within the questline since I only wanted to do it once. That long walk to Mistveil Keep was a one-time thing. What would have been the coc command I could have used? Thanks.

Here's what I do know: coc riverwood coc whiterunbreezehome coc riftentempleofmara coc qasmoke (the test room) Those are all I've tried. If you just try specific places like that, you're bound to find a bunch more. Maybe coc solitudeproudspire, and coc markarthunderstonekeep. Not sure, but it sounds about right to me. I never get a quest marker for my Payback's a Biotch, but it could be in Solstheim. I should probably go check on that soon. Still curious about the marker for master though...
Regallag the Perv Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 If you can't get out of a locked room and you don't want to use the COC command you can use UNLOCK. Just open the console, click the door, type UNLOCK, and you're good to go. You can also unlock chests the same way.

It only seems to happen when I'm being commented on by others. Is this when the quest is suppose to trigger? Because I can't get farther than just getting the spriggan armor on...

CGi Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Not much.The armor will just force your toon down on her knees more and more often.The bonuses gained by the armor should raise. Not really sure, so please correct me if i'm wrong about the bonuses.

I have gotten further I have the quest to return it to the grove but what I am asking is what happens if you don't return it, ? At some point, I think after taking the Flowering Spriggan to the grove so she can become a Matron, I received a Call Spriggan summon spell. I can summon one anytime now.

The scripts unlocks the door and disables the farmer waiting next to it (for that other quest in Mistwatch) so you can walk up to the master, but it locks the door back once the transfer of ownership is complete. That door should really remain open for that sequence to be more playable. Food for thoughts for SD2

I am also having a problem where i am not being enslaved even when kneeling. My last two problems is that surrendering won't work, and sometimes i go into god mode.

You may be trying to get enslaved by someone who can't enslave you. Not everyone can. A quest giver will sometimes be marked as "essential", so if they can't be killed, they can't enslave you. Delphine and Ancano and people like that can't enslave you, and there are other exceptions. The Redgaurds at Scoundrel's Folley, during Saadia's (in Whiterun) quest, for example, can't either. Don't know what's up dancing not working or your God-mode issues though...

Is it one of my other mods, or my computer can't run scripts fast?

I've had this issue before, and somewhere along the line I managed to solve it, but I think I might have simply done that stuff wrong, which is why I ask. Pretty sure (if I remember correctly) that this was my issue. CGI and jbezorg would likely have a better solution, but if I'm right, then you'll probably have to reinstall the old version and do the uninstall process from there. And make sure FNIS is up to date, and load order is BOSSed.

Anyway, Whenever I "talk back" to the master I get engaged in a sex act and then immediately freeze in the submissive position on my knees with the master in an "aggressive" weapon drawn stance, and from that point all character control is lost. I can rotate the camera, time passes, I can rest/sleep, I can access menus and activate different idles using console commands, but I appear to be frozen in that location permanently. It does that to me too. I stand up pretty quick though. I don't think it's a bug, unless it takes you a couple seconds to get up and walk. Also, you should remain kneeling when not moving.
