Guest Loogie Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 If you're using it without SexoutLegion.esm, any of the esps in that plugin pack are going to crash. It's clearly explained how to use them in the OP of the thread.
ThePhenom34 Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 yeah..and i followed every step..everything else in the pack is working..this is the only one that does not...i tried putting it in every loading order possible..no move
prideslayer Posted March 30, 2012 Author Posted March 30, 2012 i have the skeleton file..now the MCM works..just two mods that don't..one of the is the powdergang sexout from the Sexout NG datapack...is it important ? If there is a powderganger ESP in the sexoutNG datapack, I fucked something up BIG time...
Guest Loogie Posted March 30, 2012 Posted March 30, 2012 Yeah, I didn't see that snippet while browsing on my phone earlier. Tryouts and NG are seperate.
ThePhenom34 Posted March 30, 2012 Posted March 30, 2012 hmm..maybe i was wrong then..but it still won't work...when everything else well mostly works...
sbseed Posted March 30, 2012 Posted March 30, 2012 it is possible to add scripts into the resource files to create a more realistic scenario... IF player raped by NPC, get NPC ID (save to float file or something) change NPC faction (maybe do a enemy status change as well from current) remove NPC faction IF NPC steal on rape, add to NPC infamy etc. not that simple i know, and though its a pain something similar could be added to make it so the one who rapes you and/or steals from you could have sorta realistic consequences... probably wouldnt want to do it exactly that way, and you could even do something similar for the PC so it lessens the impact on a particular faction or remove repercussions for rape while still having something for stealing. or something lol
zippy57 Posted March 31, 2012 Posted March 31, 2012 If you have a problem with SexoutBrutalRapers then you should post in the SexoutBrutalRapers thread. This is not the right place.
sbseed Posted March 31, 2012 Posted March 31, 2012 that too... specially since its easier to fallow problems and fix them when they are in proper threads. speaking of which, i might need to move my reply there as well lol.
Ozlander68 Posted March 31, 2012 Posted March 31, 2012 Nope, no problems just an observation but moved it per request! lol
diel Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 I've updated a number of sexout things (including sexoutNG) from a month or two ago and now sex doesn't work. It seems to set actor a and b correctly and then immediately set one of them to Re-installing F:NV and all the mods fixed it last time, but that takes a rather long time, so I was wondering if anyone has had this happen before and found an easier fix.
Guest user29 Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 So what would i have to do to get this dance animation mod http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=35297 to work with sexout? As I understand its knock down idles conflict with sexout's? How would you go about renaming them? Or if someone wants to do it real quick if it's something simple it'd be much appreciated.
Guest Loogie Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 Should be able to use the same instructions as the Groovatron. Instructions for that can be found in the OP.
Guest user29 Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 ah read right over that. I'll have a go at it.
Guest user29 Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 damn, I know nothing about FNVedit and it looks like it'd be easy to screw things up. I don't suppose someone could edit that esp for me and upload it. Pride seems to think it would take all of 2 seconds to do it in that post of his.

Open "Idle Animations" in the tree. 3. Delete anything with a non-white background (modified).
Guest user29 Posted April 1, 2012 Posted April 1, 2012 That was ridiculously simple and the mod itself still works fine without it. So why was it in there in the first place? Just sloppy modding or what?
prideslayer Posted April 1, 2012 Author Posted April 1, 2012 That was ridiculously simple and the mod itself still works fine without it. So why was it in there in the first place? Just sloppy modding or what? Short answer, 'yes', sloppy modding. It happens whenever you move an animation group in the GECK.. it modifies the groups 'around' that one, to record the position you moved it to. Lazy modders do this so their animations will appear at the top of the list, so they don't have to scroll. Then they get a double word score on 'lazy' for not making sure the animation groups they added will exit cleanly if no suitable animation is found. Result: Any animation group AFTER theirs in the list gets broken by their mod, if the initial conditions for their group are met.
Niobia Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 Is the positioning suppose to work. The body mesh my female characters don't quite match it in most of the animations usually clipping inside the NPC.
Guest user29 Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 They're suppose to be and most of them are pretty close. If you're not on level terrain that tends to mess things up a bit.
Niobia Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 I meant the positioning that you can control via the MCM menu. I guess I'll just have to use the body suit or whatever it's called because I could never get it to work whether I manually set the offset positions or tried to use the arrow keys.
Guest user29 Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 I dunno if the it uses the offset variables anymore. That might just be old stuff from the old sexout.
Mickster Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 I remember someone mentioning that the positioning feature was disabled but cause while fixing some animations it broke others because the position was stored globally not on a per-animation basis.
astymma Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 I remember someone mentioning that the positioning feature was disabled but cause while fixing some animations it broke others because the position was stored globally not on a per-animation basis. I am currently working on a dynamic positioning system plugin for Sexout. My RL is kinda busy so don't expect it really soon since my free time is somewhat unpredictable. It will allow dynamic positioning of any sex act the player is a part of and will include XYZ motion and XYZ rotation of both individuals involved and the entire group at once. It will also allow movement and rotation in both world and local coordinates.
Slammer64 Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 Bless you astymma, take your time, we know that r/l is a pain at times.
