rob36 Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Is there a way to use sexout with the various pose mods which are around? It would be really nice for screenshots to use sexout in addition to pose mods ingame.
Kaloshnikov Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 Any plans to include bloat flies as potential rapist creatures? The latest version of Sexus for Fallout 3 has bloat fly animations and I notice that a lot of animations in Sexout have been used from Sexus. I'm always looking forward to seeing new creatures added to the mod. The latest version of Sexus even has little maggots that are birthed if the player is impregnated by the bloat flies which could be a cool addition to Sexout Pregnancy. I've attached the files in question if you need them.
Guest user29 Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 I think it's relatively easy to get FO3 animations working in NV but they do require a small amount of work. I don't know anything about animations or I would do it myself.
Chbaakal Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 The animation files are in the Sexout Data/Meshes already, but aren't functioning. I had the same idea myself, since installing the Monster Mod from Nexus (it adds mosquitos and other bugs that use the similiar Blowfly anims). I wanted to see if the meshes listed would work by adding them, but I've hit a problem with the GECK. For some reason the Geck locks up completely, even with only Sexout.esm checked but not listed as Active. Everything else I load works fine, but now I have no idea if the blowfly anims, or any anims I want to check are functioning or even to change actor positions. To answer rob36, many poses/animations seem to clash with each other, causing CTDs and other problems, due to IdleAnim similarities and load order control (one mod overrides another). I DLed the Face Aches mod for changing facial expressions (thinking to try to link some emotional faces to Sexout sex acts) and found that animations override many of its functions (load list order makes no major difference) or freezes occur.
Wessex Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 You aren't the only one with this problem. When I try to load sexout esm my geck always crashes.
cespoulli Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 I apologize if this has been answered somewhere but I can't get the datapack to download, it keeps saying server reset or something. Is there a mirror for just this file?
Guest Donkey Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 You aren't the only one with this problem. When I try to load sexout esm my geck always crashes. Are you loading geck with NVSE active ?? without it geck would crashed. I don't know anything about animations or I would do it myself. I've actually tested the animations out using the tutorial posted in this thread to add new animations and the bloat fly anims work perfectly. They take some repositioning to line up correctly of course' date=' but the animations themselves seem to work fine. The animation files are in the Sexout Data/Meshes already, but aren't functioning. To load Sexout in GECK I'm pretty sure you need to load it using NVSE. If you create a shortcut to your nvse_loader, right click and go to properties and add -editor at the end of the target path and it'll load the GECK with NVSE. You should then be able to load up Sexout and mess around with it.
Halstrom Posted April 14, 2012 Posted April 14, 2012 Well if Prideslayer adds Bloatflies & other Insects as sex partners, I can certainly add them to Pregnancy But it's when he's ready, he's prety busy with actual income producing work at the moment
EvilBastard Posted April 14, 2012 Posted April 14, 2012 Terribly sorry if I missed this in an earlier post. I've been using the latest sexout files, combined them with MCM and brutalrapers (since sexout rapers is discontinued for the time being). At this point, the attackers/stalkers runs up, use chems and then my PC collapses, and nothing more of it. Anything special I've missed with the mod? I used FOMM to insert the various mods. Is it better to do this manually? I nothiced that some mods installed with FOMM were installed in the Data folder or with a second Data folder instead of their proper folders, like Meshes and textures in most cases.
saladboy21 Posted April 15, 2012 Posted April 15, 2012 you don't want data folders in your data folders or anything like that, and all meshes in the meshes folder but no meshes in the meshes folder, etc.

Yup, I recently reinstalled the game, brought home the NVSE and the plugin, placed it in the correct map (following the guide on the page) gonna do some testing and see if anything in your post will rectify the trouble. :edit: nope, nothing new, just the usual fall down and then reset, no sex.
Fredfish Posted April 15, 2012 Posted April 15, 2012 Do shouldn't havea data folder in your data folder, my path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\Data\(meshes, textures etc.) I suggest you cut the data folder i the data folder and paste it over the data data folder in \fallout new vegas, It should give you an option to overwrite common files or not. I suggest keeping the latest file.
prideslayer Posted April 15, 2012 Author Posted April 15, 2012 Sorry for my absence (again!). Going to try to bang some stuff out now / today. Astymma if you catch this, PM me; I think I lost the positioning download..

prideslayer Posted April 15, 2012 Author Posted April 15, 2012 V2.3.60 Plugins download in OP. - Integrated Astymma's positioning changes. Thanks! - I think there were a few other things as well from beta (60b1). Thanks Astymma, and sorry for keeping everyone waiting again! Astymma, the new ESM just has the entire script copy/pasted, renamed to SexoutNGAnimPositionSCRIPTV2 (note: V2), and the item updated to use that script instead. Easier than me actually testing the thing right now *ducks*.
4nk8r Posted April 15, 2012 Posted April 15, 2012 My Sexout version is showing 2.3.58 in the console despite my upgrading and replacing all the files. I downloaded from the OP sticky, so perhaps I'm missing the update somewhere earlier in the thread? Would it be possible to include some version info in the file names for clarity?

Guest Loogie Posted April 15, 2012 Posted April 15, 2012 Thanks Pride! Glad to see you're still around. I just startedca new character at 0.95 scaale, we'll see how it goes.
sullivan Posted April 15, 2012 Posted April 15, 2012 Am i really the only one with the problem that the nvse extender does crash the game? (described on pages 219/220) I've been modding since a few years, and not once did i ran into a problem that i can't solve no matter what i do when it is working for everyone else. That's really frustrating.

That's really frustrating. [/quote'] You might have a corrupt save regarding Sexout variables. I occasionally have similar issues between updates until I do a clean save. I hate losing my experience data (and it wipes out my pregnancies), but at least I can continue playing after. 1) Disable all sexout esm's and esp's in FOMM/NVMM or whatever you use 2) Start the game and load up the most recent save that is crashing 3) Click OK to the message about missing data and see if the save loads OK. 4) Save again into a new save and then exit the game 5) Enable only sexout.esm and reload the game + save. 6) If no crash, save the game once more and exit. 7) re-enable all your sexout plugins and reload again If step 7 still produces a crash while 5 does not, it could be load order of the mods. The downside to all this is that this resets everything associated with Sexout, but if it works you know the save is the issue. Another tedious way to test would be to disable all the plugin ESP's (leave the ESM's loaded), then load 1 at a time and seeing which one causes the save in question to crash.
