OH.. when this beta (and future versions) are released, astymma's skeleton will be required! It is the only skeleton I'm aware of that has both BnB and FAFF bones.

Ah what the hell.

 

BETA 2.4.65b1 ESM download in OP.

- Masturbation random picker fixed.

- Merged FAFF (facial animations) into sexout (not yet actually animating, but the files and idles are there!)

- Added SexoutSlavery.esm to load order checker.

 

FAFF idles can be played manually exactly as the FAFF page describes.. e.g. "player.playidle fe13" for an "o face" ;)

I'm still noticing that the Male clothes menu in SexoutNG's MCM menu is still labeled as "Player clothes" at the top of the screen.

 

"Still"? First I heard of it, ;) but fixed now in my local ver. Next beta or release will have it corrected.

Sweet face animations would be nice and thanks for the quick update on threesomes a few days ago I thought the problem was on my end works perfect now. I might need to start a thank you thread or something on the main sexout page but I just wanted to say if ppl didn't appreciate the work you guys were doing they wouldn't be down loading it. I don't know if you need to here it but thank you, all of you.

I suggest the following offset changes:

603: fHOffsetB + 7

701: fHOffsetB +3; fVOffsetB -3 (didn't mention that one before - it just had the female floating slightly above the surface)

709: fHOffsetA -3; fVOffsetB + 10

712: fHOffsetB - 7, fVOffsetB + 20

721: fHOffsetB - 7

722: fHoffsetB - 12

723: fHOffsetB - 11

 

Tested with T3 base & T3M. Some screenies attached for those who wanna know what I was talking about (not all included).

Sweet, this is an sign for me to reinstall new vegas. And get this up and running again.:D How does the new facials look in game any sample pictures ??

I don't think it will work right till prideslayer add slider to switch i in game itself. some animations where created with BNB so if your using Type 3 berry it will have different offset then others who uses bnb.

Well at least Sexout is now a million times ahead of any other sex mods that I know of. None of them have facial animations i believe.

So I have no clue what went wrong. Ever since first upgraging to the fomod version, whenever my character tries to have sex, I get a loading screen followed by a crash. I tried everything I could think of. Even using a fresh install with only the necessary mods running it still happens. The only way that worked was rolling back to 57. Everything past 59 had the same problem or a 9.2.

Not sure if this will help, but do you have NVSE_extender installed in

FalloutNV/Data/NVSE/Plugins? The Dll file should be in the plugins folder.

First problem is how do I even enter that code in the console? Its 3 lines of code for 1 on 1 animation. I tired to use the bat method by making a text file and sticking it in my FNV main folder and trying to run it that way but it didnt work either.

The three lines bit looks like information the game gives you (when it starts) that you need to use to edit the four lines version. (You need to replace the .. part with 03 or 09 or whatever, depending on your load order.)

 

And you should be able to just type them into the console, one line after another? Note that you have to have the npc selected before you type them.

What does it mean when I try to run a pair of animations and the player(Taker) stays frozen and the NPC(Giver) does not do any sex animations and continues doing w/e idle he was currently doing before being forced into a sex animation? Is this an issue with the idle animation in geck not being formed properly or does this point to a problem with the animation itself?

 

Overview of things so far:

Giver animation is existing FNV animation(_Male\IdleAnims\Dog\FromBehind1M.kf)

Taker animation is new custom animation Im trying to get to work.

New custom animation works in geck, no identifiable problems in blender/nifskope(not that I'd know even if there was one :dodgy:)

In geck, the custom animation cannot check the "loop forever" setting, its grayed out.

Neither giver nor taker animations play out when forced to run through the console.

 

Im nearing my wits end here. Its been a month and I still havent got any new animations successfully running in the game yet. This latest effort is the closest I've come. It runs in geck which is about as near as I've gotten to having any animation running in the game but I fall at the last hurdle. Now idk if this is a geck issue of me not forming the idle animation tables correctly or FNV just does not like my animation.

 

If anyone has ever managed to get new animations running in the game properly, I'd be grateful if you got any advise to give. What am I missing here? I feel like Im not seeing something important or maybe my animating methods are wrong or its something to do with geck??? Im gonna try to make a simple new animation again after I post this and make sure to follow all the steps, hopefully now that I know the steps to take I can tackle it with a more focused approach.

Oh, looks like the load order thing was stumping me. I wasnt sure if I needed it since the original post makes it seem like I dont need to enter it in but on further reading it may be I had interpreted it wrong. I guess that's what happens when you dont explain things out with the lowest common denominator in mind:s In other news; looks like the bat method works which saves me alot of time.

no bat works it is when i test new animation quickly and don't need to type all of that just type bat 1 or whatever you named your bat file to.

 

make sure when you start you have first selected the npc to have sex with,

 

open the console with tilde key ~ click on the npc with left mouse button so it is selected then type the name of the bat file and the bat file will take care of the rest.

 

As for getting new animation ingame. is not just adding them to idleanims screen. You need to change the scripts to add the new animations in it so when use the bat method they know what animation name is and how far it needs to be placed etc..

Did you create this animation yourself ?? if so what tools did you use if it was blender you forgot to add anim txt file and add this line to it.

 

1/start

1/startloop

30/endloop ; part depends on how big the animation is if it is 60 use 60

30/end ;same for this one.

 

if the loop is not in there it will remain greyed out in geck.

the only thing left is open the file nifscope click on NiControllerSequence => click on + to open all folders then scroll all the way down till you see NiTextKeyExtraData

 

you will see that behind Num Text keys the value is set to 2 change it to 4 right click on the 2 green arrows behind text keys click on Array and use Update now you will see

 

Text keys value has changed from 2 to 4

 

click on + to open the folders of text keys.

you will see the first value for text keys == 0.000 and under it is start this is fine leave it at that.

 

click on the next text keys you will see the value for end change the value to 0.0000 and change end to startloop but remember the value of what is for end.

 

click on third text keys change the value from 0.000 to whatever it is for end from previous screen and add in the string endloop

 

and in the 4th do the same but instead of endloop use end.

 

and this will allow you to use loop in geck.

Ungh, I have to mess with scripts too? Exactly what I was hoping I did not have to do except for maybe the positions script. So which is the script or scripts in question? The post about adding and testing new animations did not mention any script tampering.

 

Any clue why the "Loop Forever" setting is grayed out? Idk if its important but all the other anims have it checked so I wonder if not checking it will cause problems.

There is folder in idle animations named SexoutNGModders these numbers start from 10001 to 20000 these are numbers used to test new animations in game.

 

once you have added in there open the script named SexoutNGAnimPositionScript and SexoutNGAnimPositionScriptV2

 

ad the changes in there. make sure you khow far they are. then save the scripts.

 

open the game and use the bat file you created earlier.

 

The reason why the animation is greyed out it is missing the loop in the text file. read my post above yours.

Thx Donkey, I'll try again tomm and see how it goes. Yes, I didnt add the start/end loop line in the anim text. Again this seemed like something some animations have and other dont so I didnt think it was necessary, I'll will add them in tomm.

 

The nifskope thing is new to me, dont think any tutorial I've used even mentioned that, thx.

Just playing around with it, I had an oral sex anim show up in the vaginal sex random. Oddly it seemed to run the default time (15 sec) not the full time (40 sec). Also this may or may not be important but it only happened with Sunny Smiles. I have the companion mod if that is significant.

 

Also, no big deal but a caravan guard was buck nekkid. Just one.
