The one I'd make for the rpg that is Skyrim, without all these sex mods, which is a male either Argonian or Selachii
Or the one most matching what I'd be looking to see if this was just adult film, a female using the Nymph Race mod.

neither, I see only as a game where it is possible to make a beautiful character, have sex, make children, eat, drink, ... so make the game as realistic as possible. Porn movies and games can be found anywhere

I had some promising combos for a more RP Skyrim Setup, but then I just always overdo it by trying to have as many LL and Nexus mods in one LO.

Even if it works I won't be able to play with it all, it would take months... wait, now that I type that ?

I have Succubus Heart as a fixed mod in my load order, so for me it's basically both at once. The idea is that you NEED to have sex on a regular basis, so it's as much a titillating animation as it is a gameplay factor. And, I mean, there's certain expectations when playing as a succubus, hahaha.

I also use RP mods like Wintersun (worshiping Sanguine, Molag Bal or even Dibella for the connection to the sexual sphere - Dibella explicitly requires you pray to her in the nude too), SexLab Approach/Aroused Creatures (being a succubus, my character's mere presence should cause the baser instincts of those around her to flare up, and those mods help), and SexLab Achievements (gotta have a reward for fucking everything, ya know?).

 

It's a lot of fun, and I also strategically use SexLab Defeat to exploit my character's succubus nature and win battles I'd normally have lost via lethal life drain.

I'm similar to you OP, but going either way I play Skyrim as normally prob, like leveling, weapons, etc (I have TONS of weapon and armour mods, I love them lol), just when I play with the female character sometimes I do sex scenes for fun, when I play male I get more into amorous adventures for example.

 

But game as Skyrim first (leveling, ton of armour and weapon mods, gameplay changes), then probably visuals, then porn

Why not both? Make two separate characters, one for rpg and another for porn, and control the content using Wrye Bash.

I swore I posted to this thread already but mine and a few others seem to be missing on my end. So here goes, I mostly play the game as intended but I do have several adult mods installed since they add to the flavor. Sexlab Approach, Beeing Female, defeat, Sexlab Random Sex Attack and a few others as these are things that can actually happen however random attack in my game is set with a very high arousal setting and massive time between attacks. I am always surprised when it does happen because of this. Depending upon how long I am out questing it may be two or more game days before anyone attacks. So while porn content is prevalent in my game it is not the main thrust (pun intended).

For my main game it is clearly RPG first and that is indivisible from the porn/sex/love/whatever aspect that e.g. LL mods provide.

The RPG part may even include things that I don't like or prefer, but which I feel necessary to play the character, have interesting obstacles to overcome, maintain the thrill of hidden dangers, etc ...

That aside, I have my personal preferences of things that I love to see in my naughty Skyrim. But again, they have to support my character.

To be fair, you are roleplaying as a demon who literally feeds on sex, so it's pretty normal that if you spend time doing nothing but screwing people to death you'll end up being exactly as monstrous a being as your 'status' implies.

It also offers some amusing diversions when playing Vigilant, when Molag Bal is in full King of Rape mode and I'm like "Really? You do know I eat people like you on a hourly basis, right?" XD

Heh... I'm facing this issue right now. I'm a total noob - I got Skyrim (SSE) about a month ago. It took me about two weeks to iterate through nexus mods and get somewhere stable that I kind of liked. Then I installed flower girls, and enjoyed that for a while... but that, inevitably, led me here and to sex lab and to another week or more of downloading, testing, tweaking and so on but I think I'm mostly squared away now I think (or maybe not, lol).

 

In any case, I think I'm going to run two games which I'll play depending on mood and who's around. Both games will be fairly heavy on the survival/ immersion/ slow levelling/ de-levelled world side of things

 

The first one - based on my earlier game - is definitely Skyrim gameplay first + adult flavour when appropriate. Jezebel is a one-hand+shield/  wizard type who is clearly a hero, and she'll be following the main quest line. Along the way, she'll probably take some lovers and otherwise enjoy life - but on her terms (meaning I can play the game even when the family is around, because any porn content is going to be when Jezebel feels like it and can make it happen).

 

The second game is still rpg first, but the settings will put the poor girl is likely going to go through a lot. Maer is an aspiring wizard starting off in SD+ slavery, and I removed the starting spells as well. Her first struggle is going to be to escape and make her way across Skyrim and study at the college in Winterhold. This is going to be complicated by the fact that I don't know where she's starting, I haven't played Skyrim long enough to have any idea where anything is outside of Riverwood and Whiterun, and that I'm playing with Sexlab Survival, so I can't see the map until I purchase one somewhere. I'll have a good chunk of the Sexlabs SSE mods with complications for female characters running, though I'll try to tune the settings so it's more of a "it's a tough world and bad luck and poor choices equals notable setbacks" rather than "constant assault". Still, the poor lass is going to try to follow the long hard road (ahem) to college and eventually pick a side in the civil war and all that, even if she's starting with a bare minimum of assets. That's the plan anyhow.

I pretty much turned skyrim into a slaver's paradise! Any major slaver themed mod from PAHE, slaverun, Hydra Slavegirls, Evil Lair of Hydra, I pretty much rebuilt from the ground up to suit my rpg elements of half naked slave girls running around everywhere, I put slave markets and auction is almost every major city. Training captured forsworn women into sex slaves is the best rpg part of skyrim. Some of my favorite mods that set the scene are PAHE HSH and AYGAS by musje that ties all the other mods together!

My interest in adult orientated mods came about because I'm obsessed with the layering of details upon each other, which in the case of my PCs, tends to manifest as a sort of matryoshka-like satisfaction. It's a kink, but not a sexual one. I'd like to play through the game with adult content, but after a while it's just a distraction. I wish there was a mod that actually implements sexlab into the gameplay. A skilltree for sexual acts, actual gameplay effects and such. Like a base thing of giving oral to a shopkeeper would give you better prices, having sex with an enemy converts them to your side for a time, getting stat boosts aftr having sex, a perk like, masochist to get boosts even if getting raped, and such. And it being balanced as well.
I wonder why no one did a mod like this? I mean, look at Ordinator, they added a lot of extra things to the skill perks. It shouldn't be that hard. 
In this form, I can't really PLAY the game with sex mods, I just drop in, fool around, then switch back to my vanilla modded game, to actually play it.

I'd say maybe you're not looking at it in the correct perspective.  Instead of wanting a mod that gives you discounts for sex acts, consider just roleplaying with a prostitution mod and using the funds you received for servicing that vendor a moment ago?

 

Look at Sexlab Survival, and all the mods you'll end up installing to support both its hard and soft dependencies, as a way to bring more integration of sex and gameplay together.
