I also noticed that a lot of hair .g1m changed in 1.20. 2

He just says to update it but I don't see a link or anything to update it so I can't play Dead or alive 6. This is now been a month for me not being able to play and not a single person is helping me.

(REDELBE v2.3 - DOA6 v1.20) I get this message at startup (and it doesn't start) Failed to appley Layer2 "FixRandomGlasses". - I checked in REDELBE.ini and it's correct. enable_random_glasses = false - I checked dinput8.dll in the installation path OK! Usage: drag and drop a .bin file that has video (see below) to the progam. If it doesn't exist, the program will create a directory with same name than the file (minus the extension) and store the .wmv files there. .bin files with videos: At the time of writing this, these are the only files with videos: - 03/03.bin -> most story mode videos - 13/13.bin -> snk characters story videos - 17/17.bin -> a Nyotengu/Zack story video that for whatever reason is in its own file. ----------------- And there are still people that use wmv format..... ...................................................... ...................................................... ...................................................... ...................................................... 2
RandomPhail Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 Hey, I'm posting this again since it got overlooked the first time x.x: Can the following bug be fixed on Redelbe's side?: Kasumi's wrestler outfit has a bug where her mask appears in online play even if the mod being used removes it; I can tell this is an error because the mask is removed correctly in solo-play (like it's meant to be), but not in online play (it even overwrites custom hair if the outfit comes with that). The only time I've seen this error NOT occur is whenever the mask is simply retextured by the mod, but I don't really think that counts (since there's still a mask on her in that case), lol... The reason I'm thinking this is a bug that Redelbe would have to fix is for two reasons: 1) My ~10 mods (all from different modders; some paid, some not) have this issue in online-play, leading me to think that they either all somehow made the same mistake, or it's a bug. And 2) While I don't necessarily think this is a bug Redelbe CAUSED, I think that - due to the nature of what Redelbe does - Redelbe would be the thing that can fix this issue. Let me know if you think it can fixed or not! ^.^

That would resolve the two current problems: problem 1) the one you posted, problem 2) breakable/transformable costumes won't load I know a way how to fix 2) but I don't like that way. I am attaching the log file section below. The LEI_COS_037.mtl is a copy of HON_COS_037.mtl. I used the method before, and REDELBE will load the internal MPR_Muscle_Character_HONCOS037_a01.ktid .... but this time it went directly back to the default MPR_Muscle_Character_LEICOS037_a01.ktid set. Dose this a bug or the way it goes from now on. Also, I just noticed REDELBE can now scan the sub-folders to load mods. I was using the lower level folders to save unfinished mods, they are all popping up now. Just wonder if REDLBE will scan the whole "layer2" directory tree for mods now?

Since several versions ago, REDELBE can now understand one more depth level, but not more than that. About the other, there hasn't been change in REDELBE with that, if iti s a change, it is in the game. But afaik, loading the mtl of other character has always been problematic (but doesn't happen with ktid/kts), I remember to have done tests like that in the past, when the format was still the text one, and I would always end with no textures, the game always refused to load the ktid specified in the .mtl. Edit: try copying the main .ktid file (HON_COS_037.ktid as LEI_COS_037.ktid) and test. There is at least one mod (but probably more) from 用户名623 that use something like what you want to do (and it still works in latest version). For example, I'm seeing his christmas outfit for Rachel (normal christmas one from revival, not bikini), and I see he has a custom .mtl that gathers the .body from Rachel, but it gathers all the clothes textures from some other character in the game that originally had this costume. He also has the .ktid of that costume there, so maybe it is that what makes the difference. 1

This one can do a full string crack when converting from binary to text, instead of a crack based on current filename. ------ Some notes about the new exe: - Initially, fid_utility_full tries to do the same than fid_utility, and if at least one hash or more fails to be cracked, it enters in full crack mode. - The full cracking can take some time. In worst sceneario, a .ktid where some hash cannot be cracked, it could take 30 minutes before failing. But usually it will be better than that, like 30 seconds - 3 minutes being more accurate. .MTL cracking is faster than .ktid. - The full crack is not prepared for items/glasses .mtl/ktid, so it is better that you don't use on them, or the crack will be in the worst case scenario and it will take a lot of time. - The main usage for fid_utility_full is for .mtl/.ktid from mods that have used/modified the files from other characters, which is somehthing that makes the original fail. 2

You will see two REDELBE. 0.9 and 2.3. Download the 2.3 one. The 0.9 is a file that got stuck there for unknown reasons (forum bug?) and will show unavailable. I don't know how to remove it because it doesn't show when editing the post. Spoiler 1

But i didn't test in the lastest patch yet, if you want I can try
