Is there a way, if you have aliens who have a tentacle world preference in your empire due to immigration to settle them on tentacle worlds in your territory?

Yes, you resettle them.

It's a vanilla game mechanic, if your empire's policies allow for it you can force pops to a certain planet manually.

In the window you get when you select a planet ther should be a button labeled "Resettle".

Ahh, ok, they just can't set it up as a colony

I'm posting this not as a slight but in case anybody else can think of something I'm missing.  I've previously made a couple of posts about performance issues but I've only been playing on an off so I hadn't put much effort into figuring it out.  But, I stopped using LV last week after determining it's what's been causing my performance woes.  I've got a sizable mod list, so it may be a conflict of some sort with some other mod, but disabling LV fixed all my performance issues.  I initially thought it was just the pop growth and and overall galaxy pop count.  However, after several rounds of reducing both, performance was still unplayable in my book.  I disabled LV, started a new game, and all my performance issues are gone even after far exceeding the pop count where I started seeing performance decrease with LV.

My suspicion is it's too many pop/job related calculations.  Between all the +1 to jobs every X number of pops (which completely break the game with Virtuality), all the modifiers you can stack to LV job outputs, and all the LV pop events (invasive breeding, etc), I think the engine can't keep up.  It's a very specific behavior of ever worsening stalls on two days every game month.  But the same two days every month without fail.  It starts off with just a slight stall on those two days reaching the point where it's a 30+ second stall each of those two days.  The rest of the month is fine but that's unplayable in my book.

Tried this again after a while, and

despite the changelog saying the ravage bombardment stance will actually abduct pops again, I'm still having some trouble with it.

Either it just doesn't work or there are some other factors at play that I'm not aware of.

Playing as a gestalt conscious empire.

Ravage didn't do anything from the start, besides from the microscopic damage.

Killed all the defense armies. Still nothing.

Got the devastation up to 25%. Now the pops started declining, but no abductions.

Ended up deleting a capital planet's worth a pops without it ever triggering.

I'm also running the citizen's sex rights mod, which apparently, also adds another sex raiding type stance. Not sure if that would interfere for some reason.

What kind of gestalt are you playing as?  Is it possible it is actually abducting but they're being purged after being abducted?

I was using a Hive-Minded with Broodswarm. Considering broodswarm gives you the ability to use the ravage stance to abduct pops, I would have assumed it would work. Besides that, normally you'd still get a message that a pop was abducted, which I'm not. And even if they were getting purged, I'm pretty sure it's not instant.

Edit: So I tried this again with the same setup, but I disabled the citizen's sex rights mod and it started working for me.

Edit2:  I just deleted the bombardment stances folder from the citizen's sex rights mod, and it will work like that. So, currently abducting pops will break if you use these two mods together.

Edit3: I am stupid. After it stopped working again, I'm pretty sure the issue was that the default species rights would randomly be determined to slaves or undesirables. You need to make sure it's set to slaves or else pops won't get abducted.

Hello, I am wondering if this mod is going to be updated for the latest version of the game as it doesn't work for the latest update.

What's broken for you?  We already have reports that the current version works with the latest version of the game, so it's likely at least partially working.

Let's see black pictures and non of the traits working. It works fine on the previous version.

They changed how the pictures work in the last big update but LV does not come with a lot of pictures. That is another mod.

Yeah now it's working for some reason.

I'm having issue with the gender patch, all my portraits seem locked to male during species creation, and during game I'm still getting portraits of both genders regardless of the fact my race is supposed to be locked to female. I've tried adjusting my mod order and all, and SE Restyled Plus Plus and it's related mods are really the only mods I have besides the LV mods.

What's going on with Lithia, she hasn't been active at all recently. Any news from the discord on how she's been?

She got into a minor car accident earlier this year, and was only able to stop taking pain medication last month. She seems to be working on stuff again, but is currently focusing on her ck3 mod.

Hi there. i encountered problem with modded custom empires not spawning even with "forced spawn" enabled. Most likely, it's Paradox fault, but still.
Empires spawning with LV traits, origins and most other things that i currently tested. But game refuses to spawn empires with LV portrais, or on LV planets (tentacle world).
Tested in small galaxy with 1 AI empire. Any help?
(I'm not using last version btw, but i almost sure that this behaviour still present in last)

They spawn just fine for me so this is very likely a user error.

It often happens that people create several empires with the same spawn point. Iirc you have to set the home system to random.

EDIT: The precise name is the "Starting Solar System", if you got more than one on the same kind of solar system all but one will be blocked.

The last version is from May which is already pretty old for a mod that touches as much stuff as LV does.  How old is the version you're running?  Are you running other similarly out of date mods?  There were large changes to portraits either this year so that's very likely a factor.

Just tested newest version. Bug still here. It worsk as intended with mods that don't add new portrait "types" though. Maybe i'll add LV portraits to existing types for my races, but it won't fix problem with starting system.
UPD: Another mod with new portrait type works normal… Have no idea why.

I'm now uncertain what you mean by "LV portraits".  Unless my memory is failing me, LV only has two portraits, the tentacles and the sexbots.  Are you saying if you try to use one of those two it doesn't work?  In any case it's likely user error and/or conflict with another mod.  Literally every game I play I have multiple races with LV traits and starts without issue.

Just tested with ONLY LV loaded. Sexbots and tentacles not appeared.

Is there any way to turn agricultural districts into milking districts ala anglers and fishing? I turned a planet into a milking planet and all it seemed to do was give a boni to milking buildings.
