Figured out it's DynDOLOD, so I got to update it and now it's screaming that I have form ID errors with Creation Club content provided by AE. I've used SSEEdit to Auto-Clean them. Following Sheson's increasingly cryptic advice, I replaced the scripts in DynDOLOD Resources with the new ones provided by DynDOLOD DLL. He also mentions replacing PapyrusUtil with DynDOLOD DLL, but this doesn't seem to make a difference (and I'm very hesitant to believe that's a "solution" I want to try anyway). TL;DR - Has anyone gotten DynDOLOD to run correctly with the CC? I know there's a solution, but nothing's worked so far. Edit - Okay, looks like I might be running but it took a lot of changes. @Aylis, maybe this will be useful when you start to mess with the tornado of donkey dicks that is modding Skyrim post-AE. THIS IS ONLY FOR AE * Manually download DynDOLOD DLL SE - Scripts from https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/57264 * Copy all of the files to the DynDOLOD Resources scripts folder and overwrite them. * Download DynDOLOD DLL SE - SKSE64 Plugin (same link) through MO. * Put it below PapyrusUtil. Disable PapyrusUtil and enable DynDOLOD DLL SE - SKSE64 Plugin * Delete all Creation Club content. Download them again through the game menu. Close Skyrim when done. The content will be dumped into Overwrite. Make a mod out of it (or split it up, your choice, but there's a trillion of them now). * Dunno if this step is necessary, but I wanted to manually do it myself because of the form ID errors. I disabled @jaeos's pre-cleaned DLC and cleaned it all myself. If you do this (SSEdit Quick Auto Clean), it's recommended you quick-clean Dawnguard twice. Why? Fuck if I know. Clean Update.esm first, then all of the DLC esms (Dawnguard, Dragonborn, Hearthfire) DynDOLOD ran after this. Really scared of what changing to DynDOLOD DLL will do. Unrelated/related - I really like the sense of cooperation and civility I find on this board. Most of the people here like helping new modders and sharing information. Browsing the STEP forums for hours makes me appreciate it even more. Unrelated/related - I got bored this weekend and downloaded AE on my PS4. The game is fugly, but worked. I just wanted to remember what that was like. Edit 2 - So far so good. DynDOLOD working. All of my expressions and lipsyncing in Sexlab is still working. Old save still works. I had recruitment dialog issues with her where she just wouldn't respond. In the posts it's frequently mentioned but the author says it isn't the mod's issue (author's response put me off this one). This is the only follower mod I've had an issue with. With this mod load it may not be an issue.

The difficult part are the visual updates, those can be tricky (at least last time i checked). The sad thing is that she turns, after her questline, into a 'standard' companion with all its limitations. She'd be so much better if there was more to her later (like the one for FONV (don't remember her name, but i'm still collecting pencils) or Ivy for FO4). Edited December 28, 2021 by Aylis 1

I'm not sure as I never mess with that setting but its definitely something with its own settings that is resetting it for you .

It happened to me and it took me ages to work out what it was, I thought it was a Dripping while aroused bug. Any clue what could be causing this? Yes, its a mod i recently added. You, and your enemies, need a certain skill level before a spell can be cast perfectly every time. I included it to balance Odin as that mod gives its spells to NPC too (which can make the game too difficult). My advice: train more. 1
Jessica_Degurechaff Posted December 29, 2021 Posted December 29, 2021 @Aylis @Auxitism I do use M'rissi and use one of this 2 replacer to update her looks (lets face it, her base looks are as ugly as vanilla races) Fluffy M'rissi Replacer or M'rissi Tails of Troubles Replacer, theres a third one but i do not like it ( M'rissi Renewed) Then i throw in Mitsuriou's Follower Bodies Overhaul (I recomend installing it regardless if you use M'rissi or no, then do not pick the followers who you want to leave them using their base bodies, the mod simply adds those followers to Bodyslide, you can finetune them there) I also use Miri - Hybrid Khajiit Follower thats basically Mrissi but simpler, i personally prefer her looks imo but im too lazy to get Mrissi to use the looks of Miri. Anyway, thats what i use to "fix" Mrissi, there it used to be a mod that make it so she remained an "special" follower at the end (like sofia) but it dissapeared from Nexus and i do not have a copy, i will see if i manage to find it in certain LawLess Land (coughs in Shacken mods) Happy new year! 1

Oh I know it's an intended effect, I thought it was a bug because it was happening below the arousal threshold, and I remember going through that process when it first happened with DWA. Having said that, I'm still getting the blurriness. This time after sex when arousal goes back down to 0/I get the message "your desires have been satisfied". It's very annoying, and I can't seem to get rid of it.

Or something from the ENB/Reshade (the thing that makes everything distorted if you look something up close, i forgot the name)

Tried to mess with the Imrproved camera ini files by setting fov override to 0. Hasn't changed anything saddly. Edit : Actually I wasn't messing with the right ini file. Clean Update.esm first, then all of the DLC esms (Dawnguard, Dragonborn, Hearthfire) Because Bethesda did some shady ass shit with the dawnguard dlc when it came to itm. you gotta remove references that turn around and make ( i think like 14 or 24 or i just don't remember right) pop up, it was the only dlc they did it to, possibly because of the race changes with vampires. You could probably have gotten away with just cleaning update and leaving the dawnguard.esp alone but yopu did go the safer route to getting things working again.

It's apparently a pretty common thing for visual effects like that to get "stuck" and then persist even if you disable the mod etc. I had to use this script, which fixed it very simply. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/29360?tab=description Just in case anyone else gets the same issue: it's mentioned in quite a lot of the posts in the drunk sex mod, so worth warning ppl about.

I want to add and edit some keywords of some vanilla armor and clothes but for those keywords to appear i need to add the mod as a master to (in this case) the master of the vanilla armors. Skyrim.esm is the first plugin to load, you can't load anything before it. What I did: I created my own mod containing keywords and functions for those keywords (e.g. perks). Then I copied every Armor and Armor Addon record into a new mod (patch), added the master and used the keywords in the patch letting it override the vanilla records. 2

I already aded them to "extra" armors like Ciri and etc, but since i cant add the mod as a master to skyrim im stuck You can not add a mod as a master file to skyrim, that is the base master file, what you would have to do is copy the armors into a new esp, then add your file to that as a master then add those keywords to the base game armors in your new esp in effect overwriting the base game stuff with your new mod. 1

Gonna be testing this today. Continuing AE testing, everything seems to be working great for me. The only crashes I've received after a week of playing AE were because a werewolf mesh is still borked (not related to the list) and the stupid Windhelm door to the docks, which was the case before with SE. Was worried about DynDOLOD DLL, but it seems to be doing just fine. I've done a run through the Companions, and most of the main quest and Dragonborn. Rode my horse from one end of the map to the other with no crashes. I've scaled my loadout back so YMMV, but most everything I've removed was stat-changing and shouldn't matter one way or the other stability-wise. I like MLU, but not having it makes opening chests fun again. I also decided to scale the game back to 1080p and regret nothing. Can't tell a difference in visual quality with all the 4K textures, and I now get a solid 70 fps outside and no slowdown at all in Riften or Whiterun. @jaeos That makes sense. I'm figuring out more and more that whenever I have a question like "why is this weird" the answer is usually "because Bethesda." Edit - Also, should've mentioned I'm having some random missing textures for really weird things. Windmills, iron arrows, and wolf boots. Super random. But I'd count that as a small error. I've completed up to the end of the Creatures section, and decided to take it for spin. No crashes, no hiccups, no errors, no error logs.
