ikarn15 Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 (edited) Currently having issues making SSEEdit work with this. I used MO2 to install Fallout4 mods, then uninstalled Fallout4 and started modding Skyrim SE, now SSEEdit keeps checking for mods in the Fallout4 directory, how do I change this? MO2 instance manager shows the correct path for Skyrim, tried opening Skyrim's launcher as some research on Google told me to do, opening SSEEdit from MO2 as well, but it keeps telling me it can't read the directory. Â On mine its installed in MO2 tools subfolder and I run it from within MO2. But for some reason on yours its launching FO4Edit? I would try to add as a executable in MO2 and add the following arguments from within MO2:Â Â -SSE -D:"C:\Pathtoyourgamefolder\skyrimdirectoryname\Data"
SurverX Posted April 22, 2022 Posted April 22, 2022 Hi, i have the issue that if the SkyFem mod is active the Animal SoS mod does not work any longer. Is this a known issue and is there a solution? Thanks for any hint.

From what I remember skyfem turns all males, even animals into females, so chances are yup, best bet would be rebuild your skyfem patch and leave out the animal stuff if you still want them to be male. 1

ikarn15 Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 How do I remove masters from Skyfem? I've installed hydra slavegirls, now I want to remove it but then Skyfem won't work anymore because it says it needs the .esp to work.

In SSEdit the Clean masters option is used for this, but it won't work if the esp edits records from that mod. Probably better off just re-running the patch, but others in the thread say the mod skyfem still works without the esp as long as its lower in MO2 left panel so could also try that and delete any hydra slavegirls meshes and textures from the skyfem files...

I've tried cleaning masters, rerunning the patch multiple times, but it still says it requires that master and I can't uninstall it. I've also read on the internet that it's not wise at all to manually delete stuff

And yes you're right it's usually wise not to unless you know what you're doing.
Ruby Arziendy Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 What I do when I need to remove masters for that mod is that I always keep an ultra basic .esp plugin file of the Skyfem mod in a backups folder and I simply copy/paste it to the main folder replacing the previous, that has the masters requirements. You're gonna be forced to re-run the patch all over again afterwards but for me it works basically just like the process of uninstall/re-install the mod entirely without most of its hastles. Unfortunately thats the only method Ive seen that seems to work and anytime you do that (at least on my build), the males that get replaced end up getting a new random look. Â I know is tedious but for now is the only effective method I know. Anyone know a more efficient way to do it or to simplify/shortening the process? I get the same headache anytime I merge mods and while it ends up working in the end it takes a good entire hour just for the Skyfem patching part alone ^^'
ikarn15 Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 Is there any way to have all of the Skyfem feminized characters have different hair than vanilla ones? I've installed KS Hairdos for NPCs but so far only actual female NPCs have different hair, feminized ones still have vanilla hair and it's downright nauseous.Â

The last step has to be different. After you run the script go to the dummyoutput folder and pack the meshes and textures folders with 7zip and install with vortex overwriting the game faces.
musicman019 Posted May 15, 2022 Posted May 15, 2022 why no answer? is there a plan for a male version?Â
Shalolaa Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 @devildx Greetings!!,  How do you make the male voice female? i thought skyfem doesnt technically change skyrim gender. do you perharps replace the male voice training data to female ones?

I edited the doublecheeseburger script from his tutorial to make you own voice files:  https://www.loverslab.com/topic/168547-doublecheeseburgers-xvasynth-based-mod-voicification-thread/page/3/?tab=comments#comment-3415080  For example the Malenord voice. The script assigns the xvasynth SK_Malenord when detects the Malenord dialog (sk_malenord=malenord). So I changed to use the femalenord instead (sk_femalenord=malenord). You can basically put any other skyrim voice present on xvasynth to replace a voice from the plugin.  Also works for custom voiced npcs like a npc from 3DNPC mod. You extract the .bsa files with BAE https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/974?tab=description go on the voice folder to see the voices for the male npcs and put them on the "list of voices that will be used to generate" and the "voices that will be reconized as male voices" in the script.  A example for the argonian TwoTails:  In the mod files his voice files are in the folder "twotailsvoice". Since he is a argonian I want to use the femaleargonian voice so I put "sk_femaleargonian=twotailsvoice" in the "skvaVoiceIds.CommaText" list and the "twotailsvoice" on the "maleVoices.CommaText" list. Now when I use the script on the 3DNPC plugin will generate his lines in a way that the xvasynth app will generate the femaleargonian voice for them.   Â
XZANTAl Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 Where do I find  SOS - B3lisario UNP Addon.ESP SOS - VectorPlexus Muscular Addon.esp When I added the mod to Mod Organiser it said that SkyFEM SOS patch was missing these two things.

You need to select it when installing SOS. The Skyfem SOS patch needs all default addons installed to work.   I recommend that you don't use the patch that comes with Skyfem and use Zedit Skyfem Patch that makes your female addons (ERF, TRX, Horse, etc) work for both genders.  https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/14168-skyfem-sos-zedit-upf-patcher/  With this you will also save some plugin space since you will not need the 3 male addon plugins installed.

You might want to ask for them in the Male Content Call Out Thread, though.
XZANTAl Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Is there a way to make the player a male while all the npc’s are female? 2
DarkFireTim Posted June 3, 2022 Posted June 3, 2022 Apologies if this has all ready been answered and I just missed it in my search. I'm running into the "to many masters" masters problem and was wondering if its possible to make multiple patches? As an example could I split my load order into two or three and make "skyfem npc patch 1" for the first 200 or so mods then "skyfem npc patch 2" for the next 200 or so? Or is it important for all the skyfem stuff to be in one esp?
