dapood Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 Say, does this mod affect the player or npc mouth position or animation? I'm not complaining; I'm getting this on characters whenever the arousal effects hit. I'm thinking its from interaction with other mods, but ABBA (this version on SSE at least) is the only new one I have. I also recently converted Shoutlikeavirign and it does some strange things with faces - so it could be an interaction with that. I'm trying to build a patch to fix this but I'm not seeing any mouth tri or expression records in your mod. Anyway great mod - I've been using it since the first version and now with the custom body it's very impressive!

Edit: I'm not sure if shoutlikeavirgin and abba will play well together unless you are using slif since they both do things to boobs! 1
dapood Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 Found it. SLAV adds animations to various Sexlab voice effects. So turning off sexlab voice in ABBA fixed the problem. Another question, since I have your attention: Your body mod is incredible - I don't understand how you were able to pull off the physics and collision - it took me weeks of f**king with HDT to get not nearly that far with oldrim. And you did it all. DD Heretical has this crazy "BB Body" morph that works for rope and chains and stuff. Would there be a way to import that morph into the ABBA body? I tried exporting the obj file but when I tried to import it into the ABBA body Bodyslide said the bones were different. 1

Unless there is a version of DD heretical that uses the SE version of CBBE you might have to manually add the slider which by the looks will be far from trivial to pull off. PM me the relevant files and I'll see if I can figure out a way to add it without re-inventing the wheel! Edit: Glad you figured out the voice thing I'll add a note about this at some point.
dapood Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 It appears that all the DD conversions out there have not updated the skeleton from LE. I made my conversion myself since I have customized the ESM's and some of the textures. It all works but NPC's with the DD body mesh don't work with ABBA until the armor is stripped.

dapood Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 Also - here's a gift. I recently re-textured the areolas from the fair skin tx. I like em big. FS Areolaz.7z

Haven't seen that yet. Since I turned off Sexlab voice in ABBA it stopped for me. 1
Caenarvon Posted August 19, 2019 Posted August 19, 2019 Hi again Yinkle. Recently I've been using that Milk Mod Economy thing and it seems that ABBA is incompatible with milk mod breast scaling. ABBA's scaling seems to take priority or outright overrides the milk mod scaling so the boobs in my game only scale with arousal level, not with milk level. Is this supposed to happen? Is there a way to make them compatible (like scaling from both factors) or this is something I have to choose. Keep up the good work

Keep up the good work ABBA isn't directly compatible with any other mod that does a similar thing, ie scaling of breasts. There is a mod called Sexlab Inflation Framework (SLIF) which a lot of mods including ABBA have support for. This mod can help solve conflicts of this sort as it takes control of all node/morph scaling that other mods would normally do themselves (if they have support for SLIF built in). I've never tried Milk mod so I can't comment but SLIF would be your best starting point for trying to get them to behave well together.

I'm using both MME and ABBA together and they work after you convert the outfit to the ABBA body reference. I have been slowly converting all my outfits to this body.
dapood Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 As I said above I'm converting all my outfits to ABBA. But I'm having problems with piercings. Even when I conform all there's this gap on most outfits. For clothing I have simply created a new slider to adjust. but with piercings it is very painstaking and often still creates the gap especially when in-game morphs (abba arousal) apply. Is there an easier way to make these work?
dapood Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 I got this one to work with a custom slider but it was a pain and took forever... And when the morphs apply the piercings get swallowed up. I checked the bone weights and they are fine. Any ideas?
DerpedPerd Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 is it ok to just download the "Arousal Based Breast Adjuster SE 3.2.1.7z" only or do i need the other mods to work? and what do the "ABBA Outfit 3.1.7z" & "Sexlab ABBA Voices.7z" do?

Yes, you can use ABBA on it's own. the other files are addons, an outfit and extra voices for sexlab. 1

The ABBA outfit can be used as standalone clothing, or it will integrate with ABBA if installed. The benefit of having it installed is that the special version adds certain buffs to enhance gameplay. It is awarded to the PC after the very first dragon soul absorption. If you have passed that scene add via console. ABBA voices are just some additional voices used during sex scenes. 2

That someone says it's great and is very happy. They then send your work to other people to do what they want with your creation with no written permission. You complain about this and then get ridiculed and threatened. What would you do? As I said before I understand and support your position. I will say though that there are many, many people who really appreciate the modding that you do. Remember those rather than the idiots who have to plagiarize. Unfortunately life is full of idiots like that and always will be. That's because they don't have the talent to do it themselves. Try to look at it as a backhanded compliment. ? As for being reported to LL, I am sure quite a few people here would support you. ?
Yinkle Posted August 28, 2019 Author Posted August 28, 2019 Appologies folks, I'll keep my other stuff out of this thread from now on. I deleted my recent posts about plagiarism and will only post here for ABBA related issues in future. I do have plans to make some additions and improvements to this mod as well as my ABMM and SLLMU mods so please do stay tuned! 1
Bopplehunter Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Thank you very much for all your amazing work. I appoligize in advance for noob a noob question and mean no insult if I really misunderstand. It seems to leverage the arousal level and will parse its way through multiple NPCs and apply and update changes to the appearance. Amazing! Is it possible to link it to an item, spell, or ability to give it to a specific NPC rather than all NPCs? Thanks again!

Interesting question and everyone was new to this at some point so don't appologise! Specific NPC rather than all NPCs would be tricky and require changing functionality that lots of people are happy with. I could make a spell to exempt npcs from the abba effects, that would probably be the simplest way and least intrusive. I'll have a think about it and we'll see

Please, only think aboout it as long as it is fun I love the idea of the mod, the breast growth spells and rings back in classic were a lot of fun, but these dynamic / organic changes are even cooler!
PepperDog017 Posted September 10, 2019 Posted September 10, 2019 Any plans &/or timeline for making this "compatible" with the new CBBE 1.5.4 Body Special SMP? (Not exactly sure what & how much work that might entail) That said, and slightly OT, has anyone tried this new CBBE full SMP body? I did, but quickly ran into issues with custom outfit Bodyslides not properly conforming (ABBA outfit was my first test case in fact...). As much as I'd like to try/use this new SMP body/skeleton with added breast bones and collision proxy meshes, losing proper bodyslide support is a deal breaker for now.

It "should" be compatible as is although I've not tried it. The exception being the silly huge asymmetry slider. I might add a feature so this gets adjusted automatically with the silly huge slider in a future update. To be honest I'm surprised that they added this and didn't just change the silly huge slider.

I am discovering is that the new mesh bones and bone weights of the new SMP body don't match up with the older CBBE base shape. So it's really just a bodyslide problem, in that any outfit that references a base shape that is not the new SMP body does not work as expected in-game. I am far from an expert in these things, but my thinking is any pre-SMP body bodyslide files need to be updated to SMP body versions so the outfits include the new bones & weights. So it's really just a specific visual problem only if trying to bodyslide to the new SMP body. Everything works, just doesn't work (look) exactly right. Your ABBA body (that I do use) also lacks the new SMP body added bones. I had hoped you might create a new one based on this new SMP body, but until bodyslide files work correctly with it, it's sort of a non-starter. My guess is eventually "new" bodyslide files will begin to appear soon (if my guess of the problem is correct). I've tried to mess about with a few BS projects to replace base shapes & add bone weights, but haven't used to software nearly enough to have the level of expertise to get it right.

This sounds like an SMP xml config issue. You could try re-naming the CBBE shape in the new "3 boob boned" body meshes as well as the correspnding xml file. Then edit the renamed xml file and defaultbbps.xml accordingly, this way all your CBBE outfits without all the new stuff could still point at the old xml file.
