One last thing I've noticed if anyone knows, so far the Bound Girls I've come across, the gags on their face device seem to be under their lip rather than in their mouth. I had a problem before with Bras/chastity not showing, so I ran through bodyslide and it got fixed. Not sure if that could be a cause for this or what may help? Or maybe they have the gags, just aren't wearing them? But I doubt that's the case.

 

tl;dr Certain gags (whichever the Bound Girls use) don't seem to be in the mouth and under it instead.

Mmmm the modlist was a bit different, but regardless, on LE i started with just DCL and Zaz and all the other necessary mods and the straitjacket just works. I add alot of mod on top of that such as SD+, Defeat, etc. But none seems to affect the straitjacket when it comes to sex scenes. In SE However, i started fresh and the straitjacket never works, i add SD+ and other mods on top of that too, and all devices seems to have a sex scene except... for the straitjacket. If it was marked as chastity atleast there should be an animation in which my character would look down at her chastity. On SE... iterally nothing happened...

Do you have mfg fix installed?

Do you have billyy's bound animations installed? For SE, LE, or both?

 

DD included billyy's bound animations if iirc, so I wonder if this could be a factor. Nothing was modded in the DD/DCL ESMs or scripts that would account for DD itself handling things differently.

    As far as I'm aware, the patch has not been tested with SE versions of DCL and iEquip. If it works, report back please.

  • Some chains are broken / don't connect right.
    This is a limitation of HDT SMP that can't currently be fixed.

    Do HDT chains work for SSE version? I think the DD AIO package for SSE includes Heretical.

During the shopping quest, after I give the list, they say they will have sex for payment but it doesn't actually happen. Sex animations were working fine before, but inbetween now I may have also downloaded something that interfered (Haven't tried sex outside of the quest after noticing it not working, but will do after I finish it); however, is there a known bug with this?

Hiyya! I've had billyy bound animation before, and ive also tried it without, just straight up zaz. Billy animation doesn't seems to work too with the straitjacket! I've tried leito and anubs too, none seems to be able to use the straitjacket sadly... In LE however, i only uses ZAZ with no other animation pack and its works fine.

I can swear in DCL 8.4 SE was straitjacket sex animantion. I remember have sex with shopping quests. Or... maybe... then i have zaz 7.

i use Billyy's mostly, as they are very good and diverse, but yesterday while testing the straightjacket issue, i noticed something, so maybe you can try this out to see. whenever i am indoors (cave, housing, dungeon..), i have no issues having sex with a straightjacket. i have Devious Cidhna installed, and i get accosted consistently  with the pirates, vampires and bandits. when i am at an inn and choose "working girl", i wear a straightjacket and solicit successfully.

 

but when i am outdoors, for whatever reasons, the jackets (all of the styles), i get ignored. it's like the animations are getting blocked and the jacket is being treated as some type of "ward against sex". console messages make no sense to me since i don't get the language/messages yet, but i keep seeing "no valid npc found" messages and the animations are aborted.

 

can you and Elsidia confirm you're able to get have sex indoors at all with the jacket on ? maybe this will help in some way to track this issue down ?

But at least i spend about 3 hours to study DCL and DD animation filters.

As example i use shopping quest.

And yes... if i write there i found was guilty.

 

Not sure how it must work but in DD animations filter where i found scripts NOT include straitjackets. I don't know how it works before. But in that part what i see if you wear a straitjacket script not select a bound animations. It's know that you are bound but no animations filter for jackets...

 

I test and found how it can be fixed.

1) Rewrite zadBQ00 script and add straitjackets to allowed list - i can't do it - this mod not my.

2) Open xedit and add to straitjacket rendered device keyword zad_deviousarmbinder - it works i check it. But it can break other scripts because game thinks that you wear armbinder and jacket. Why know how it can end.

Hello,

 

DLC has a bondage lover toggle.  The toggle slowly fills my inventory with devices.  Since Devious Devices says that interacting with a device when you have more than one can cause problems, could you modify Bondage Lover to only prevent the last device in a stack from being transferred?  Thank you.

I will look into this. The filter should just ignore straitjackets as they do not require special bound animations.

Might just be horrendous lag with the scene starting - that's a sexlab bug. Have you tried opening the menu or console?

I want to ask DCL users: any have a problem with slow appearing solicitation option [Sex for keys]? When i choose it - i need wait long time while i get choose. Even chat close by timeout. I found only one cure - turn off papyrus log - then i have a chance fast press first option on border of chat close.

Also when i try find problem with straitjackets i disable zaz - i suspect that is guilty for no sex in jackets. And then!! This menu is fast as hell. But without zaz i suspect not work some statics dd animations as tied hands.

Maybe in load order zaz need be lower as Skyrim UI or DCL?

honestly, i have never seen this option in the chat at all, so i can't really answer that one.

i'll give it a try today and see what happens. any specific scenario you want me to test or play with ? have to be careful too. i don't want the shackles ctd's to start again since i accidentally fixed without any clue as to how lol.

I am experiencing kind of the same issue, I was looking for a solution a bit everywhere before posting but couldn't figure it out.

All animations are played correctly when not bound, but as soon as I bound myself or start the shopping quest nothing works as intended:

- Shop owners tell me they're about to have some fun, and just leave me alone.

- When raped on the way, all the rapists gather, everybody freeze, and then nothing I can just load a previous save.

- A single time the issue was a bit different, after everybody gathered and froze I could just walk away after hearing an orgasm sound.

 

Sorry if this already has been answered or (most certainly) if this was a personal mistake at some point =/

I just don't know where to look anymore...

Open a console and while start raping - there you can see load progress. Also if you have straitjacket on - no sex

If no progress in console - you have something install wrong - after all installs you build animations in FNIS? - bound animations are got from DCL - that means it must build later install this mod. Also not sure maybe animations are in DD - after install need build too.

It's definitely says that you not build FNIS or install zaz 8+

I installed zaz 8+ (the original post description states "version 7" so I wasn't sure if that meant "version 7 or more recent").

 

I have less issues, but I still :

- cannot fuck the merchants while on this quest (I always tend to be bound in one of the 5 corsets/suits even if deactivating them), I suppose this is the glitch you mentioned?

- have strange things happening when creatures want to mate when bound in specific positions (e.g.: dog trying to fuck the character when it is bound to a pillory twice his height...)

- I have a few minor visual issues (corset clipping into body, character's hands trying to cover its genitals while it has an armbinder...)

 

Honestly I installed so many mods in such a short time without fully understanding everything I doubt I will get anything better without spending 100+ hours reading/watching videos to understand everything about BodySlide, FNIS and MO2 =/

 

Anyway, thanks again for the answer. If you have a few more tips I will gladly read them :)

About bodyslide not much so know, but outfit studio is very useful for redesign or takes off clipping.

Those items need be fixing in outfit studio by rebuild sliders, bones for your body type and sometimes need a little increase size in outfit studio by editing and resaving with different name then build in body slide.

In MCM turn off covering animation when naked. But for NPC and sometimes for you it's normal when arms goes off from armbinder. Nothing can be fixed - that it works.

I hope it will be fixed in version 9. I think it's standard set for shopping quest and can't be configured in MCM. You can do it on your own risk to break something in game by adding to straitjackets armbinder keyword in xedit.

 

Edited: Also if you plan do shopping quest fast - all shopping in one day - then just take id for straitjacket on and put keyword on. After quest take off that keyword - seems it can't broke many if do it fast.

No this is for mod author - Kimy - i point in script source where is straitjacket code in script.

With this info you can't do anything - only if you have script programming knowledge and how scripts can compile in CK - you can temporally for you change a script and recompile DCL or wait while it be fixed by Kimy.

 

If you want force for sex in straitjacket there without danger nothing to do - only wait. But if you know how to use xedit, you can add armbinder keyword to straitjacket - but it's dangerous and nobody knows how it can break a DCL work.
