Sonic the Hedgehog Follower SE
The original Sonic the Hedgehog follower mod finally makes its way over from Oldrim!
Sonic can still be found at the entrance to Riverwood. I've left the file mostly untouched, the only change I made was scale the race by 50% to save most people a console command. The model is still as janky as it was back in Oldrim and I have no experience with modelling or rigging or whatever applies in this situation, so unfortunately there's nothing I can do to fix that. If anyone else wants to take a swing at that, go nuts.

Hel Rising - Norse Dungeon Quest and Follower Mod SE
“I may be on the side of the angels but don’t think for one second that I am one of them.”
It all started so simple: locate some bandits, clean out their hideout, collect the bounty... a normal day in a hero's life.
But then you stumbled upon an ancient ruin buried deep in the mountains. There a cult of the old Nords once worshipped a now long forgotten goddess and guarded the secret to an eternal life.
What reward could be higher than to live forever? Surely the undead lurking in the derelict ruins won't stop you, neither the deadly traps and tricky puzzles. But beware, some dangers can't be faced with sword or spell, and one misstep might be enough and the Goddess of the Dead claims your mortal soul forever...
Hel Rising is a quest mod spanning multiple dungeons and locations. Also there is Hel as a potential follower available for you at the end of the quest line with a custom voice created by editing vanilla voice files, and some other cool features. She is based on the Norse goddess of the Underworld with a story of my own added in, and a very unique visual appearance and personality.
How to start the quest:
Travel to the Windpeak Inn in Dawnstar and ask the innkeeper if he heard anything interestingly of late. He will give you a bounty letter which will start the quest line.
In case the innkeeper and their replacements are already dead in your playthrough, you have to pickpocket the bounty letter from the current Jarl.
What awaits you:
A three-part quest line as the main story with three major locations. There are also some miscellaneous mini-quests, some old school RPG-style puzzles, and a good bunch of secrets / hidden areas for you too find. The dungeons are designed to be less linear than vanilla dungeons and will give you some room to explore and discover both interesting stuff and story.
One of the locations can be used as a player base after finishing the quest line, and of course Hel will be available as an interesting and rather distinct follower.
Requirements:
Latest version of Skyrim Special Edition
Optional: XP32 Skeleton, but the installer includes an outfit option that does not require the xp32 skeleton.
Installation:
Use your favourite mod manager that can handle a FOMOD installer, simple as that.
Uninstallation:
Uninstalling a mod midgame is never really a good idea, but if you have no other choice:
Dismiss any follower you have from this mod
Go to a location which is definetely not part of this mod (e.g. Riverwood)
Open the console and type: setstage N78TrueHelDLG 1000 (This action can't be reverted)
Wait for 24 in-game hours
Save game and uninstall the mod with your mod manager

About Hel
Character & Personality:
Hel is described to met those who lived a good life with warmth and friendliness, while traitors and murderers were faced with cruelty and harshness. So her personality switches between these two sides: while one is dominant, the other gets in the background.
During gameplay Hel will change her active personality every few days. How long such a phase is and how often she changes will be decided by some of your actions during the quest. Everyone gets their own personal Hel.
Neither of her sides is simply good or evil, and as a being from a different plane of existence she has her own mind on some things in the mortal world. But generally her light side is nicer and more helpful than her dark side.
Voice:
Depending on her currently dominant personality Hel will switch between two voices. Her dark side will use the FemaleElfHaughty voice while her light side is based on FemaleYoungEager.
All her dialogue is heavily edited with Audacity to create a unique sound, and she has numerous new lines which doesn't exist in the vanilla game.
Player Base:
After finishing the quest line and recruiting her, you can obtain a certain location as a base for storing loot and offering the usual crafting stations. To get there simply talk to Hel, she will show you the way ?

Marriage:
No, she isn't available for marriage
Location:
She will remain in the location where the quest line ends, and will wait there for you to be recruited. She also returns there if dismissed.
Combat Style:
One-handed / Heavy armour.

Heavy Armor: Juggernaut (Rank 1), Well Fitted Block: Shield Wall (Rank 1) Archery: Overdraw (Rank 1) Sneak: Stealth (Rank 4), Muffled Movement, Light Foot, Silent Roll
Abilities:
At the start of combat Hel will summon a soul to aid in battle. Depending on her active personality, this will either be a Tormented Soul which fights as a close-combat focused tank, or a Benevolent Soul which prefers ranged combat and has the ability to heal both Hel and the player.
You can tell Hel to not use her summons in combat if you want.
Level:
Hel levels with the player at a rate of 95%, her minimum level is 5
Protection:
Hel is set to Essential, she can't be killed by NPCs or the player
Body Type:
CBBE
Her default outfit version is standalone, so you can have a different body installed. The lore friendly outfit version will use your installed meshes. Her skin textures will work with any CBBE-type body that uses the same UV mapping.

Compatibility:
Hel has her own follower system. This means while she won't conflict with any mod regarding followers, she will be ignored by them and their respective special features. It's not recommended to use any force recruit / manage features from other mods on her as this certainly will mess up things.
To put it simply, she will follow you when you ask her to, and do so until you dismiss her. Through dialogue you will be able to manage her outfit, toggle her summon spell, and while she is your follower you will gain a Lesser Power to summon her to your side.
If you're using Path of Sorcery, there is a compatibility patch available. Use it when you have a crash when drinking from the fountain.

Hel's BaseID is xx000D64, her RefID is xx017B15 (xx depends on your load order)
Questions & Answers
I'm stuck in the quest, how do I advance?
Some parts of the quest are designed to be non-linear, so if you're stuck you are maybe just in the wrong place right now or missing an item or hint laying around somewhere else. Look around and explore everywhere.
Unlike vanilla Skyrim the quest markers and log will occasionally be more of a guide than pointing you exactly to the next step.
If you still have problems, ask away.
I don't like follower mods, what should I do?
You can still enjoy the quest part of this mod (which by the way makes the biggest part of the mod). While Hel plays an integral part to the story, she is at no point forced to you as a follower. If you want, you can simply ignore her after the quest.
Will you release her preset?
No, her look wouldn't work on the player character without some modding work. Also I don't really like the idea, sorry.
Is this thing really lore friendly?
Technically not of course xD But it's definitely thematically fitting and the story told isn't too far off. If you have concerns about Hel's outfit you can simply install the lore friendly one.
I get nasty crashes when meeting Hel for the first time, what do I do?
Either install / reinstall the xp32 Maximum Skeleton or switch to Hel's lore friendly outfit during install.
Will you make a version with a "normal" appearance?
No, this would ruin the character.

Lunari Race - SE

Lunari Backstory
The Lunari are rare women of the ancient bloodline born of the unlikely union between the famed Nord hunter Saeryn and Rae'Li, the legendary archer and huntress of the rare Sun'Li tree elves. The Lunari 'gene' bearing their traits passes on only through the female. They are stronger and longer lived than Nords, and exhibit the slightly pointed ears born of their elven mother. Lunari are gifted with quicker regen and they inherited the combined combat prowess of both of their first parents. Their skill with weapons, particularly bows, is second to none.
Lunari prefer to live in nature, away from the bustle of city life. They have been known to enchant trees into massive, spectacular dwellings, choosing to live inside the tree, or sometimes in majestic homes built far up in the high branches.
Specialities
Base stats when starting out in the world of Skyrim:
+10 to Archery
+8 to One-Handed
+8 to Two-Handed
+9 to Block
+9 to Light Armor
+8 to Speech
+8 to Restoration
Plus, Lunari enjoy greater overall health and strength, with faster regeneration in combat (Magicka, Health, and Stamina). They have a natural resistance to shock (50%), and may cast an immunity spell by voice (assigned to the z key like shouts) that will cure disease, and heal.
If you find that the Lunari women are too strong in base stats for you, simply increase the difficulty of the game or try the Lunari Diminished option when installing the mod!
The Lunari race assembles many elements into a cohesive whole, designed to present a certain look to its characters. Some of the features include:
• Customized, seamless, high resolution textures for the bodies and faces for UNP & CBBE.
• Custom face texture that is the result of hours of layering and adjusting many elements.
• Custom specular body/face/hands textures.
• 26 character presets, lovingly designed and crafted.
• 45 custom eye textures.
• 24 different custom eyebrow textures.
• CBBE, UNP, 3BBB, and BHUNP body meshes.
The SE Conversion of LE's v1.7 of the Lunari race now gives you the following body mesh options during the FOMOD installation:
CBBE CBBE 3BBB TBD UUNP BHUNP (Of course you would need to have previously installed the matching body mod)
Requirements
• Install TMPhoenix's RaceCompatibility mod before installing the Lunari mod.
• You must have the XPMSSE skeleton installed
Installation
The easiest way to install your Lunari race is to download and install via a mod manager such as Mod Organizer 2, Vortex or NMM. The FOMOD installer will then let you choose your options as you go (Body type, tintmasks, etc.). Resize the installer window to properly see the comparison images.
Alternative 4K Textures
HeroedeLeyenda has a great alternative skin texture pack with direct support for the Lunari race and can be found here: Leyenda Skin 4.0
Warpaint / Tattoos
IF USING FACE WARPAINT OR TATTOOS: Please know that the Skyrim exe forces the tintmasks (the textures used for the tattoos/warpaint) to a measely 256x256. It looks terrible, and for the longest time I avoided using warpaint or face tattoos, but with the use of SKSE you can place a few simple lines in an SKSE INI file in your Skyrim data folder to tell the game what resolution you would like to use. If you like using warpaint or face tattoos on your Lunari character, I HIGHLY recommend the following tweak:
Download and install the latest version of SKSE (Skyrim Script Extender). Gopher has made a great installation video for this at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTGnQIiNVqA Once you have SKSE successfully installed, you'll need to: Locate your data directory. Create the SKSE folder inside your data folder, if it is not already there. Create the SKSE.ini file if it is not already there (inside the SKSE folder). Add "[Display]" category within your INI file. Add "iTintTextureResolution=1024" or "iTintTextureResolution=2048"
And enjoy a whole new world of warpaint and face tattoo resolution! There is an option during installation of the Lunari mod to choose the HD face tintmasks and tattoos in addition to the high res textures and HD body skin, but the regular high res and low res textures look great when using the SKSE hook!
PLEASE NOTE - If you are experiencing problems with your character's hair not changing in the race menu, try the following fix via the console in game:
stopquest lunariracecontroller
resetquest lunariracecontroller
startquest lunariracecontroller
Exit the console and you should be good to go. Remember to resave. These three lines in the console will fix your old saves and make vampire compatibility and hair changeable in the race menu!
To uninstall the Lunari mod use NMM. If manually uninstalling, remove the 'bhakti' folders from your meshes and textures folders within your data folder.

Note this :
This conversion is my old project which I have redone but still found few flaws, so don't expect this to be perfect. Expect it to be shit before using it.

Now to the Mod :
This Mod adds one Outfit of Oboro from Taimanin Series, This outfit has three optional build
1. Default : Oboro Bodysuit
2. Bodysuit with Claws (Claws do not function, i.e extend or do damage like weapon)
3. Wolverine (This build makes use of existing mod called Wolverine - Requires Wolverine Mod)
with wolverine mod, it works like this :
What are the Requirements? :
1. HDT SMP
2. CBBE 3BBB
3. Heel Sounds (Optional)

5.Wolverine Mod (Optional)*
* Wolverine Mod requires a fix to work properly for SSE,
You can either manually download the fix from this place or use the fix from here (available in downloads). Just overwrite the fix after installing Wolverine mod

There is also another fix provided incase claws are not extending completely
How to Install this Mod?
Install it normally with MO2
Build one of three Bodysuit of your preference
Wolverine Mod Install Order : (This mod does not affect wolverine mod whatsoever [except for fix mods], so order does not matter for oboro mod)
1.Original Wolverine Mod
2.Fix by persumi
3.Fix for claw not extending - (Only if you encounter the problem of claws not extending completely)
How to use this Mod?
Use additem mod to add the outfits from Oboro.esp and Wolverine.esp (If you installed Wolverine mod)

Dezirae High Poly Follower CBBE3BA and Standard Body

Dezirae Is a young Redgaurd that uses High Poly Head. KS Hairdo's, and The Eyes of Beauty. I used Demoniac 2K glossy body textures and CBBE 3BBB when creating her but should work with any body and texture. Looks may vary depending on ENB and lighting as I am not using either I can't really say.
Dezirae is available in two versions standard and high poly head, make sure you choose the correct version when downloading or you will have issues with her face being messed up.
Added CBBE 3BBB body to the Hi Poly in V2.2 PLEASE let me know if there are any issues.
Dezirae is a young Redgaurd assassin that is well skilled in 2 handed combat. She can dual weild weapons or destruction spells, she is known to use both at the same time. She comes with two Ebony Daggers and DB Armor.
She was made around and tested with Nethers Follower Framework which I highly recommend, although should work fine with AFT. I do not use any other follower framework so she may or may not work properly.
LOCATION She is behind the stables in Whiterun on the hillside.
She is level 50 and romanecable if you wish to marry her.

The armor used in screenshots is Bladedancer from the Tera Armors collection.

Nerida - Imperial Rogue Follower SE
"She spends her days making cakes and poisons... Maker, tell me you didn't try the cake!"
Nerida is a woman always on the run, never looking back. Usually because she has a talent for getting into trouble with the authorities, but she is also running away from her past, disappointments, and bad decisions.
Life in Tamriel is harsh and she has learned that lesson. She is out for coin and treasures, taking it all and never giving anything back. She can be nice, but be careful when she offers you a drink... it might be poisoned.
Just recently Nerida had came to Whiterun, where a guard took her away for questioning about the sudden rise of vanishing coin purses. That was the day when a stranger came into her life and changed everything.
Nerida is an Imperial rogue / archer follower with a customized voice and her own idle comments and combat lines. It's based on FemaleYoungEager, but pitched down a bit and edited to fit her darker nature.
She isn't sweet and sugar at all, but a person who looks out mostly for herself. She will be loyal to you, but don't expect her to turn into a gallant heroine, she's a material girl.
Voice:
Nerida comes in two versions: the custom voice one will have unique dialogue, interactions and personality. The vanilla voice one is like any normal follower using the standard FemaleYoungEager voice and will have none of the extras.
Location:
At first you'll find Nerida in the Dragonsreach Dungeon (Jail) in Whiterun, later she'll go to the Bannered Mare if dismissed. If you choose to use the vanilla voice version of Nerida, she'll be always located in the Bannered Mare.
Extras:
Nerida has an extra dialogue option ("Let's talk for a moment") where you'll find several options. Once a day you can ask her for potions, poisons and lockpicks, or she can teach you in rogue-related skills. You can also give her a share of of the loot in form of plain gold or valuable items. All this will affect her affection towards you, which has influence on her responses and the possibility of marriage.
Marriage:
Once her affection is raised enough by giving her loot, she will have a short conversation with you. After this she can be married like a normal NPC (Talk to Maramal, wear the Amulet of Mara and ask Nerida if she's interested in you)
Combat Style:
Nerida prefers to fight in ranged combat, but she can also dual-wield when in close quarters.
When she's in danger, she also can use Voice of the Emperor once per day.
Equipment:
Nerida comes with a darker coloured version of the Tembtra Thief Armor. For close combat she has two daggers, but since she prefers to fights dirty and from afar, she mostly relies on her special bow, the Poison Ivy. The enemy might realize the hit, but then it's already to late. Additional she has some healing potions, lockpicks and 200 Elven arrows.

UNP or CBBE. She is standalone, so you can have a different body installed. Height: 0.97 / Weight: 75

Nerida comes with 2k resolution skin textures, a 4k version is available as a seperate download.
Compatibility:
Followers with a custom voice type like Nerida can have sometimes a few issues with follower management mods. Use them at your own risk / discretion.
The vanilla voice version of Nerida will be of course compatible with every follower management mod.
Technical Information:
This mod edits the cells WhiterunDragonsreachBasement and WhiterunBanneredMare.
The subtitles for Nerida's relationship dialogue don't match the spoken lines, this is done intentionally and not a bug.
Nerida's BaseID is xx000D64, her RefID is xx008520 (xx depends on your load order)

Converted to 3BA bodyslide by me, the original UUNP bodyslide files are included but I didn't test them, should still work though. The SMP skirt is slightly wonky on 3BA but I have no idea how SMP works so I can't do anything about it

Faster Mod Setup Notifications SE

This mod can increase the amount of notification messages (or use vanilla settings) and makes them fade faster. Handy during mod setups
This is based off this mod on Nexus but I didn't like the bright hud colours so I used the stock Interface assets

Here are some timings with different settings (based on 261 active plugins)..

Anything that does not touch "interface/exported/hudmenu.gfx"
If you do have a mod that touches on it you can modify it (hudmenu.gfx or hudmenu.swf) yourself (might need to extract it if it's in a BSA).
Steps To Modify Or Change Position:
Open gfx or swf file in Jpexs ( if you get a "this uses assets from gfxfontlib.swf" just select no (twice).
1) In the left pane navigate to Scripts then click on Messages
2) In the far right pane click on "Edit P-code" and modify either the "MAX_SHOWN" (default 3) and "END_ANIM_FRAME" (default 80) to your choosing.
3) To change the position navigate to line 71 and change the x,y coords to your choosing
4) Press Save under the Pane, then Press Save on the main file menu voila your done.
