Armand Bouchart armor + weapon ported from Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines. Ported for Male Vanilla body shape but be worn by Females with no issues. No plan for female bodyslide for now.
Chest piece has HDT-SMP. Let me know if there are issues.

I made this bodyslide once again for her in Bodyslide studio. This is a very outdated pic and will not be the bodyslide she is using but the one I have created.
WARNING:
I did not create this, but only edited the bodyslide to work with CBBE 3BA with physics and still can be edited for which ever body you have by following this simple guide made on this Nexus post. Skyrim LE - SE Body Mesh - Texture Replacement Tutorial at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) If this ever gets taken down, then so be it. I didn't make it anyway and I'm unsure why it would be taken down but who knows. Just reuploading so this doesn't get sent to the void to never exist again. Don't expect updates because I'm not anywhere near as skilled to produce a mod such as this.
There may be a noticeable neck seam to some but for me, it was barely noticeable at all.

The Last Dragonborn," the slaver of Alduin and Mirraak, has returned to Skyrim to face you once you become level 81.
He has unique dragon bone weapons and armor.
This mod replaces "Ebony Warrior Quest" with "The Last Dragonborn" however does not remove the Ebony Warrior from the game.
The Ebony Warrior will now be found at High Hrothgar, mediating with the greybeards, the key to High Hrothgar being found on The Last Dragonborn.
The Ebony Warrior is now a potential follower and marriage partner.

Skyrim SE Exotic NPC Overhaul - Forsworn as Redguard

My first public mod. I'm sure I will have forgotten something so please be nice.
This converts the race of all original game Forsworn from Breton to Redguard. Perfectly valid and may make them more interesting foes. You may also appreciate the change in skin color to make them less like the Nords. I always play in a snow-free summer or tropical Skyrim so it works for me. This includes all the mobs as well as core NPCs. It also changes things like skin color but makes no other changes to the NPCs. In terms of AI they may fight better but less effective as casters? I really haven't seen enough of them yet to understand their behavior.
It also uses High Poly Heads to make them look nicer. Sorry if you don't have it but it's a must have for my playthroughs.
At this stage it only changes males, but converting the females is planned.

Conflicts
Potentially anything that affects Forsworn, especially if scripting or other behavioural changes assume that their race is Breton. This mod should only affect textures and meshes so if you put it late in your load order and let it overwrite the other information it should be okay.
Not sure on how it works with Devious Cidhna yet. I'll find out eventually.

Vampire (Serana) bite during combat.
What it does (tested and made for Serana only)
craft the spell tome Vampire bite initiation ritual.
cast this spell on Serana. This will add 2 unique daggers and change her combat style.
Furthermore, it will add a special amulet, she will be forced to equip it.
This amulet grants her 2 spells.
1. the vampire push, does what it says and might kill weak enemies.
2. now the special, she will bite during combat on occasion. (I tried to balance it with her standard spells)
This bite does 60 damage health and 500 stamina.
Remove any staffs in her baggage, good idea to remove any weapons, like bow, swords etc.
If you do so, she will fight rally nice with 2 daggers and rarely uses her standard spells (prefers new spells now).
If you are adventurous, you can try the amulet for player.
As said, tested with Serana, should work with other followers.
V3.0 vampirebitedeadly, a SL version triggering scenes.
adds a player spell and a initiation spell to give the power to NPC's.
NPC's initiated will get an amulet and 2 daggers plus a new combat style.
Remove all weapons and amulets before initiation.
V1.0 Serana battle bite.
works on Serana only, makes her bite during battle. No scenes will be triggered.
Remove all weapons and amulets before initiation.
Both mods can be used together. (player triggers solo scenes on victims, Serana just bites).

Fenris Follower & Playable Race (SE)

This mod will add standalone Fenris follower and his Playable Custom Race to Skyrim. His head and head parts were ported from the original Dragon age II game, with textures which have been upscaled and edited, face animation was created from scratch. Also his eyes texture was improved (base - DAI eyes).
You can find him in Falkreath in the Jarl's Longhouse on the second floor (to the right from the entrance).
LE version you can find here
Weight - 25
Class - 2H Warrior
Armor - Steel armor set (without helmet). Сan use both light and heavy armor
Body & textures - vanilla Skyrim with custom path for meshes and textures
Voice - MaleEvenToned (default). MaleSoldier (optional, for RDO)
What can you find in the archive
Data - the main mod, install this first. Just place Data folder to your Skyrim directory.
Optional - contains 3 subfolders:
- Body Patch - textures for Photoshop/Gimp (diffuse and normalmap only) if you want to patch your own body to avoid color mismatch between neck and body.
- Body Marks - resource files of his lyrium bodymarks (body and hands). Painted from scratch, as the original game doesn't have them. You can apply them to your body textures or make a Racemenu Overlay. The reason I didn't do it myself - my CK gave me CTD every time I tried to add them.
- RDO - modified .esp to use in pair with Relationship Dialogue Overhaul mod. Because Skyrim has some voice lines of Gideon Emery voice (original Fenris voice in DA), I changed his voice type to MaleSoldier. You need to install RDO first.
If you want to change his body meshes and textures, you need to replace files in following directories:
- Data/meshes/actors/character/DARacesSky/Fenris/Body
- Data/textures/actors/DARacesSky/Fenris/Body
If you want his armor from DA II, you can check this post (it should work with SE too)
Since it’s mostly the port of the head and facial animation, I don’t plan on doing quests, custom dialogues, etc. You can do whatever you want with this mod.

Had a thought to see if there were any "biological heels" made for Skyrim. After being unable to find any, I decided to make my own simple little mod for Touched By Dibella's feet.
Adds Bone Heels, a short spike of bone growing from the heel of the foot, allowing for "high heels" with bare feet.
Comes in multiple varieties: bare bone heels with no claws on the toes, bare bone heels with painted claws on the toes, painted bone heels with no claws on the toes, and painted bone heels with painted claws on the toes.
Install
Install using your mod manager or extract the files to your Data folder manually. Use AddItemMenu or equivalent to get them.

Let us dance, champion of Skyrim. Gaius van Baelsar armor + weapon + golden version ported from FF14. Chest piece has HDT SMP. There's only vanilla/sos bodyslide for conversion or other reference.

I think i found a way to replicate the same look of the original game so let me know if something looks weird. Golden version might not be exactly the same, i did my best in tweaking the textures since i couldn't find the original golden texture.
The SMP Skirt might behave weirdly when crouching, my smp skills are not that high to figure out how to mitigate the issue, i tried to do my best on not breaking too much the physics.
Install and use AddItemMenu to get the Set ingame. (There's vanilla/sos bodyslide in case someone wanted to make a conversion reference or other, in case the projects are called "[Rand] Gaius ... ")
If problems arise please let me know.

Hello there fellow skyrim friends. Today i made a mod similar to another mod you may know as "Cute Forces- Genshin ✔️" Made by me also.
"Honkai: Star Railway Official Account ✔️"
"Hoyoverse ✔️", again are releasing official MMD-format 3D models of their game, star rails, for free use. This has allowed me to rig them and put them into skyrim.
"Remodeling is allowed ✔️" "Allow modification of the model ✔️" "Do not use works, personal attacks, etc. for commercial purposes. Credits belongs to miHoYo ✔️"

The mod is very early in development the models are made with hdt in mind and can only be used for sse.
Bailu is a mix of water and electric type of p*kemon. If she uses water, she heals you. I didnt do much with her yet. Hook is a fire type. She summons some kind of claw and battle and (engine limitation ✔️) shoots fire. discount klee or klee 2.0. not as powerful.
They will be located in raven rock in the dlc. They start at level 20. they dont have a voice yet but the place holder voice is in japanese.
Mod requires all 4 of these mods -> RaceCompatibility, XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended - XPMSSE, Elemental Destruction and HDT-SMP

DESCRIPTION
I started it creating in spring 2019 and the same idea started bombarding game mod communities quicker than I had to finish it. So I reworked some ideas to match the later OVA. Model inspired by original and cosplay design.
This is an outfit armor mod ( with optional RM face preset (in LE edition) to create a follower or MC I recommend TKTK face texture)
INSTALL
unzip - drop files from archive to your Skyrim data folder
UNINSTALL
Delete files from meshes\textures folders (romeozero\Goblin Slayer) and delete esp
Use ItemMenu if you don't want to craft the armor.

Skyrim SE conversion and SMP adaptation of the ears and tails from the Inari Race mod for Oblivion by Hidemaro.
Equippable and standalone.
Comes in four standard color variations (red, orange, black, white) and a "haircolor" version that is scripted to match the player's hair color.
Tail mesh conversion by Siegmeyer.
Haircolor change script taken from Ashara POTW on nexus.

textures are now 4k (1k and 2k added) rebalanced the colors of the red and orange ears to better match the tails new normal map for the tail new spec/alpha applied to the ear and tail normal maps spec values in the NIFs rebalanced for the texture adjustments tails wont have the yellow/green spec most visible with ENBs added the big tail, 3 tails, 5 tails, and 9 tails to the ESP. all color and hair color options available SMP XML for the tails fixed and have collisions collision bodies now have the CBBE 3BA base shape collision bodies and tails now have 3BA sliders ear fur has been centered on the ears and now include a zap slider to remove them if wanted keywords added to the entries to be enchanted as if a helmet and jewelry fox pelt added to the crafting recipes sell value, based on crafting cost, given to the tails and ears so crafting xp is earned while crafting them ESP is now flagged as light so it doesn't count towards plugin limit the only asset that wasn't adjusted in some way was the ear SMP XML that should cover the bulk of it might be forgetting to mention some other minor changes

Kuand`s Inari Tails and Ears Racemenu addon. Here you can select which color options you want to apper in RaceMenu when you are creating and editing your character.
RE 3:
I changed the bodyslide collision files of the latest (2.3) version, now there is a full adaptation for the 3BA body, you can fit it to your favorite body preset (especially true for thick bodies). If there are no problems in the game, then I will add it to the main pack or make an additional version.
It is required to install after the main pack and create the desired body shape in the BodySlide Studio before loading the game. Tail size is also changeable for both body types (_0 and _1) separately.

I create 2 versions: "ScenicIdle" & "ScenicIdleDAR"
The first one makes all female npc (and you) have this animation. (ScenicIdle)
The second is a version for DAR (dynamic animation replacer) and only the female player play the animation. (ScenicIdleDAR)
Requirements
Latest SKSE64
XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - XPMSSE
Fores New Idles in Skyrim SE - FNIS SE (for ScenicIdle)
Racemenu
Address Library for SKSE Plugins (for ScenicIdleDAR)
Dynamic Animation Replacer (for ScenicIdleDAR)
Install
-Use your prefered Mod Manager (I use Vortex)
-Install ALL the required files before (AND THEIR REQUIREMENTS)
-Install my mod.
-Uses Fnis or Dar depending on the version.
