  1. This is not the whole story, but in this case it is true.
  2. Ok... I cleaned up the Vault. I removed the trash and most of the furniture and boxes, found the hidden exit and started to build a bit. In all rooms, except those that are modified by this mod, new furniture is sinking into the ground. I know, that this could be changed, but I don't know how to do it. I found out that the holes in the walls could be magically repaired by simply deleting the elements. These parts look new compared to the rest of the interior. Two of the three generators are working, but so far I haven't found any places, where the Vaul Tec connectors work, so wired connections are a bit of a problem. I tried to place parts of the Vault Tec Workshop, but they seem to be a tiny bit smaller than the used elements and I didn't found a snap point to start with, so I skipped my attempt to replace the whole interior. The good news: after cleaning up the blocked ways, NPC's start to wander around there, so the nav mesh is not a problem.
  3. I just started to play around with this mod and everything seems to work fine so far. I got the first Holotape with the item explorer because I use a mod that rebuilds a pre war Sanctuary, but I could complete all quests afterwards without any problem. I created my first own Hucows and build a few of the furnitures for testing. I only have a problem with Dr. Hope: She appeared not in a Settlement, but in the Raider Camp at the Federal Ration Stockpile. I don't have any Hucows there, so the dialogue with her seems pretty senseless to me at that point. Did anyone a worshop lay out or Blueprint for the secret Vault 81? Edit: I would do it myself, if I find one single snap point...

  5. I'm comming from the other side of the tool. When I did all this conversions from Skyrim LE to Skyrim SE it was just running tools and converting was much easier that converting clothing mod or other stuff. The converter itself came with the game and someone just wrote a little batch for automatization. There was no magic behind this. The active animators didn't want to deal with the SE specific problems at that time. As things settled down in SE they took back the contol over their packs. The animators, who were out of buisness usually gave me the permission to port them. There was only one that refused. When I look at dagobaking's work, conversions from Skyrim to FO4 might be possible now, but you have much more requirements and from the first reports the outcome needs some fixing that the usual gamer is not able to do. So the usage is limited to expirienced modders that have some knowledge about animations. The whole situation for SE at that time was different from the situation for FO4 right now. For SE we had nothing at that time. The packs for FO4 might be old and out of development for some years now, but there are at least some. And the mods that make use of them are out of development for years,too, but some of them require specific old animpacks. This make me think, that the abuse of this tool will be much easier to control. On the other hand new anims might bring ppl back to modding FO4, because there is new stuff to work with. In the end it is up to the authors of Skyrim anims, who have to decide if they want to see their anims in FO4. For the FO4 Anims in Skyrim I see no need, because there are more anim packs already out there than the game could handle. There will be only a few ppl out there, who really want them (this my opinion, I might be wrong there).
  6. Please be careful: I had the permission to release some of Anubs packs in the beginning, but as things settled down in SE modding Anub took control over the SE version again. In some cases The authors might be interested to release the ports themself.
  7. From my expierince it will depend on the original creator. Some will give the permission, some will not and some will not answer at all. When I was working on the conversions from Skyrim LE to SE one of them got really upset just for asking. You have to keep in mind, that some of them earn money with their work. I'm also not sure if it is possible to convert the anim objects used in most of the packs can be converted so easily. I haven't seen any anim objects in FO4 anims so far. Just to say it: the conversion of ZAZ will be a nightmare...

  9. i didnt realize how hard it was for modders to put there mods in compressed folders instead of just letting ppl download em straight into creation kit and possibly mess up their whole modlist, i legit didnt realize how hard that was until i came across this website.

Pfiffy, I'm having trouble with Slave Girls and ZAZ 8+.  I have used SG for a long time with 7.  Another mod required 8+ so, I upgraded.  With SG and 8+, I CTD when ever I get near any slave.  I have gone to the test zone for ZAZ and all the furniture worked fine.  Even with the ZAZ slaves in the room.  I have both the Hydra .esp and the Furniture .esp. Removing SG and CTD goes away. Any ideas?  I am using 1.5.97 Downgraded.  Would that have anything to do with it?

  12. Well, I was still waiting for 4 updates to .dlls from authors that stated, that they wait for this update before they start to work on them. Now I have to wait for all the others to do the same.... F4SE, MCM and XDI are already up... I think the others are waiting for Address library...
  13. Houston, I have a problem.... I'm using VTAW WD 5,8,9 Dicky's Pinups for my Followers and the Classy Chassys for the rest. Every time I put some boots on an NPC the Body gets wrecked. Except from the CC files, which seem to work without Physics. Since I'm using the conversion files that are postet here, I think that I'm doing something wrong in BS. I tried different preset, but ended up with the same result: All files that contain a Body are not built correctly and mess up the rest. I guess it is something stupid... Please help!!
  14. I came back to Fallout after a year or so, just got it set up and then the next update came. I'm on .169 now. There are 2 Mods that I'm missing: Looksmenu and Workshop Framework. I guess, that those 2 will solve most of the problems that I have or at least give me a hint where the culprid is... I don't have erections, I don't have physics, all NPC beautification Mod are bit wrecked.
