You mean the picture on the last page? One is an old sim, Veronica Guajardo, just in a slightly different outfit, the other is a WIP sim.

 Hi, these sims are from @mrrakkonn, you can find his collection here. I've just modified them a bit: I changed their skin, hair, make-up and clothes. Also I stylized their facial features and made their hips, breasts and legs more voluminous; among other things.
