Four months after the bustdown at Evergreen Harbor, the relationship between the Simkuza and Vito's family has been contentious. The resulting seizure has seen the Japanese crime syndicate subsequently pressure Vito into altering their business agreement. Vito, however, has been hard on negotiations regarding the split of profits as he believes that the Simkuza was responsible despite his initial subterfuge.  

Within the last nine months, Frankie, Vito's sister, has married and given birth to her and her husband's first child, Victor. Now on better terms with her older brother, Frankie has asked Vito and his wife Rosa to stand as godparents to her newborn son.

Vito will receive his baptismal vows in front of his wife, his mother, his sister and her new family.  Unbeknownst to the other members in attendance, Vito has already orchestrated his revenge in an effort to isolate Simkuza chairman, Uncle Po.
