Hi All! Trying not to go crazy from cabin fever ? not easy with a kid and feels like total claustrophobia, feeling frustrated on all kinds of levels and struggling to get a breath ?? hoping this week will be easier to create a routine once the school has sent the work for her to do at home ? going round in circles with housework yet the place is constantly untidy ?

I took a few pics of my twins last night and hopefully some more later xx

P. and Q. Faba getting to know their grandmother, M.  M. was born Madalyn, P was Paige, and Q was Quinn.  Shortening their name is something of a tradition in their family, their mother is O (for Ophelia) and they have an Aunt N (Nadine).  Yes, M looks fantastic for a grandmother- in fact O is still a teen!  I've been getting impatient, so the new generations have been aged up the moment they finish their toddler and child aspirations, and O was shipped off to a new household to immediately get to work getting pregnant and getting this project OVER with already.  So at last, a pair of freaky pale spellcasters, with Ancient Bloodline and Sulani Mana.

 

Something about them made me think they should have a lot of ink.  I may create my own full-body tatts for them, with loads of magical symbols and such.

Nina the Barbarian in...

The Monster

 

This is the place. The legend tells of a cruel monster dwelling near these cliffs.

 

Spoiler

A terrible beast, an abomination which plagues the land. It must be destroyed.

 

A mere sight of it can drive the weaker minds insane with fear.

 

This must be where it feeds on the vile mushrooms which give it the unnatural strength.

 

The den must be close!

 

The beast appears out of nowhere, grotesque and misshapen in the full light of day. The sight is revolting.

 

The barbarian's resolve is tested.

 

A battle cry pierces the sky!

 

The beast's gaze is lifeless as it readies its claws to maul the barbarian.

 

The barbarians leaps into a mighty strike...

 

...and steel tears deeply into the beast's flesh!

 

The beast falls to the ground.

 

The barbarian catches her breath as the beast writhes in agony. The wound is mortal.

 

Finally, the beast draws its last breath. Even its motionless corpse is unnerving to behold.

 

The barbarian's dirty work is over.

 

The legend tells of a cruel monster dwelling near these cliffs.

 

As with all my costumes a special care was taken to ensure that Nina's outfit is historically accurate. Unfortunately, I could not get her to ride a dinosaur, as one would expect. Oh well...

Impressive slashing poses! You are really good at catching the perfect points in the action.

Wendy and Cooper (my doggies) think that the "Monster" was just another sim in a bear suit. They are getting harder to fool as they get older ?
