Jenny has definitely developed a Mom bod, but Orrin couldn't care less.  Even autonomously, he immediately asks her for sex the moment he comes home every day.  

This particular day they set up a real WTF screenshot. 

 

 

They decided to use the same spot where one of the kids made a mess.  The X-frame conjures when that animation runs.

For those of you who don't know the story of Lara and Laura. When @erplederp uploaded Lara Croft, I added a second version in my game to play test her quicker. Both girls became hungry, so I had my sim cook dinner. He apparently took too long. The girls couldn't wait, and Laura began "eating" Lara. It was the first of several impressions she made on me, so I decided to keep her and named her "Laura". Even with the same traits, Laura tends to be more outgoing and playful. To commemorate all  this, I present to you;

Both kids have aged up at this point, it was actually Kelsey's birthday when I got the Christmas photo.  Now that they aren't as demanding of Jenny's time, she's started trying to get her body back.

Hi folks,

 

Windows 10 updated to version 1909 on the 23rd on my system. Since then, when I load the sims the mouse cursor is about four times larger than usual. None of my Windows accessibility settings have changed (still set to the smallest mouse cursor) and I haven't messed with any settings in Origin or TS4 (which is patched to the latest version). All of the text in the sims is fine as is the rest of the user interface. It's just the cursor. I also have not altered the "Change high DPI" settings under compatibility.

 

I should mention that I have a 4K monitor, (TV actually - they are quite inexpensive compared to a good gaming monitor), but I've always run TS4 at 1080p and with no problems until this latest gift from Redmond crawled down the internet chimney.

 

Anyone else see something similar? I've tried searching online but haven't found anything that relates to my situation.

 

EDIT:

 

OK, in case anyone else runs into this. Here are 3 fixes:

1. Set desktop to 1920 x 1080 - This will not be your native resolution, and will look like poop!

2. Set desktop scaling to 100%. If you can still read your icons and manage to select the TS4x64 one, great. Not ideal.

3. Find the TS4x64.exe in the Game > Bin folder. > Right click > Properties > Compatibility tab > Change high DPI settings > Override high DPI scaling behavior.  Scaling performed by (this is important): System. This will ignore your Windows 10 display settings.

 

Fixed. Never had to use this before with this game! Only ever had to use this for old, outdated games not intended for 2019 (oh, you mean TS4?).

The past couple of months have been kinda hard. In November, I had to stay a night in the hospital after "accidentally" overdosing on some pills – this is the story we gave to the hospital staff in order to avoid any unnecessary difficulties – and I'm currently seeing a therapist for that as well as for my depression and a few other things. I've been put on a low dosage of Zoloft and am being monitored by a psychiatrist. Oh, and someone else has to give me my medication every night since I'm considered a threat to my own life and safety.

 

My dog ran away after one of my sister's dipshit friends left the gate open, but luckily she (my dog) was smart enough to find her way back home the following day. She was shaking, covered in dirt and mud, her eye was swollen and red, the right side of her face was swollen, and her forelimbs were scraped and bleeding. we think she was hit by a car that slammed on its brakes or something. She's better now, but she's more nervous than she used to be and her eye is still bothering her. The vet told us that she has a minor fracture on the right side of her mandible, so we have to be careful when we pet or touch that side of her face.

 

And now, I'm getting over a mild case of strep throat that I've had for around a week.

 

It hasn't all been bad though. I've gotten closer to my family, I've gained a new perspective on things, I've been binge-watching Breaking Bad on Netflix (bruh, this show is so fucking good, holy shit), and I've seen Frozen 2 (pretty enjoyable despite being a children's movie), Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker (sloppy storytelling and dumb plot points, but the acting, action sequences, and special effects were pretty good), and Little Women (Acting and cinematography were great, but I was pretty bored watching it).

 

Mostly, I've been trying to better myself as a person and figure out what I want to do career wise. I'm 23 going on 24 and I have no idea what i want to be when I grow up. Me not posting as often on LL is just one of many side effects of what's been going on in my life. So yeah, RL has been keeping me busy.

 

Oh right, "Photography Corner." Umm... I bought University Life since it was 50% off on Origin, so here's a few pics of the no CC version of my simself doing homework in the lowest graphics settings possible:

We had a good time and had lots of family around last few days, they're an amazing bunch but my anxiety gets me a bit claustrophobic at times ? also I don't drink so sometimes gets a bit noisy too ?

Was good times though and I'm looking forward seeing out this year and starting a fresh one ?

@porkybork hiya! Sorry to hear you're having a bad time, I get it as I've been also wrestling with myself a lot last few months after some traumatic times,

Try not to put to much pressure on yourself as you only need to try and be the best version of you, 

Life is an unpredictable roller-coaster and planning it out is not easy and especially while your young, 

I'm almost 40 now and I'm still learning a lot of new skills, also a lot more about the world ?

I hope by this time next year or sooner your pooch is feeling more like her regular self again too ?

Feel free to pm anytime if things are on your mind and another perspective might help ?

I don't know what's special about this house, but Bella Goth drops by regularly, even though she never visited at either of the Sackett's previous houses.  On her latest visit, I noticed that MCCC said she had no spouse- looks like Mortimer has died of old age.  Orrin and Jenny asked her to move in.

 

I always get a kick out of the fact that kids don't have a problem with the outfit Bella is wearing, or that Mom is just barely wearing a flimsy little lace bodysuit.  That's Kelsey, having an "I'm a bear!" phase.  Help With Homework is a great way to build friendship between a kid and adult.  In the first pic everybody has just successfully appeased a gnome.

1rst screen it's a SavageSims outfit (Ni Hao Set) . Arm piece is from a steampunk outfit  and glasses are a standalone or part of something I don't have.

 

2nd one is prolly not an outfit, the pant looks like a SMSims stuff with a recolor and/or retexture. Other parts are standalone CCs I guess.

 

Edit  : for the 2nd screen I've cheked and I'm not so sure it's SMSims
