Hiya! 

Sorry for being a pain but when you quote a post with a string of pics, could you remove the images please ?

It kinda chokes the page and affects the loading, sometimes causing pictures to not load properly too! 

One or two pics is cool if you want to reference something or refresh memories of course ?

@ecobotstar thanks! It's a preset I've made myself over time and still improving as I learn, it's down to the machine, it can be heavy on lower specs but my current machine can run it depending on the environment and how many npcs walking around and things with running fx like TV and fountain etc,

My preset runs about 16 shaders so I removed the rest and I have a slightly lower build for recording vids, 

Ultimately its not good for gameplay though as it tears through the UI ? 

I won't be uploading this as I have spent a lot of time on it to make my game look unique and to my personal tastes, I have edited some shaders, there's also some stuff in there I'd feel bad to take credit for as I had some help from a good friend ?

 

I'm using a much older version of Reshade to achieve this, I've not updated it in +2 years ?the older MXAO is a lot better and wraps around the game much nicer than the new one, it'd stress me out too much as a lot of people won't read info and throw it straight in, messing up their game in the process

Thanks for the reply and it's super understandable! I think I'll try tweaking my preset a bit more too, maybe just for taking pictures this time. Where might I go around to find the cel shading FX through? I actually never want the cartoonish looks but yours just looks so good!

No problem! 

I don't think I've ever stopped tweaking my preset ? I don't really get to play with much of the actual game itself and it's more like my own virtual studio ? you can get a bit of that effect with the cartoon shader, that one tends to work better indoors or with something in the background to shoot against ?

Angela cosplaying as Samus Aran, the heroine from the Metroid games. The Zero Suit is my edit of zz2tommy's original (available as a part of my catgirl set here). The hair is Vivian by NolanSims. I already posted the pics in one of my mod threads as a response to a question, but I doubt many people saw them there (and the pics turned out decent even though it was a low effort thing). Glad you Like! ? I needed a way for Mikan to grab Fifi's attention so I quickly made something up ? wondering about maybe doing a pose pack with some more ?

@JMTe A lovely witch! I like the outfit, with the fishnet tights matching the top. I used a similar approach for Angela's witch costume, only with a bodysuit instead of a short dress.

@mrrakkonn The "making of" pics are great! (And they involve a bunny girl, so that's an auto-like from me.)

@R-Lo There might indeed be some untapped potential involving the cat tail. More so if it was rigged. ?

 

A new sim, very much still WIP. I did not have a redhead among my sims and decided to fix this shocking injustice. You might not recognize her, because she's based on a very minor character. I'm not sure how well I captured her appearance using the few available drawings of her. As a creative exercise I did not use any in-game or gallery sim as the base, so she started as a randomly generated black lady with green eyes, huge sunglasses and hair wrapped in a cloth. More pics in the spoiler below.
