SadisticLiquid Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 i think something like dc mutation would be nice for wolf transformation where u get fur legs, hands, tail and ears and maybe more breast's like u thought about before. there's mod with tails and ears for fallout 3 on nexus http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/7649

Soap desu Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 I'll post, been stalking the forums for away and using the mods. Just wanted to say hey I really been enjoying the mods especially the mutation aspects of the mod. Keep up the good work user29.
kermit24 Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 The mob is always right, of course Clearly Im in the mood to update the farm episode. Is there anything you guys would like to see? How should the player get this mutation? I'm also thinking a milking shed would be appropriate. That would be awesome! How about a "special" radiated water in some kind of cowthrough you are ordered to drink from, or a special feed you get while being in the cell, or an injection when you decide to give in into being a breeding cow. Just some of my ideas Another cool feature would be some sort of bad end for the PC like losing sanity and ending up grazing among the other cows (something like betsy, maybe worse ) or becoming infertile and being sold to the supermutants as "meat-source" or something else.
Guest user29 Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 Thanks for the ideas, but I'm going to keep this one optional. I'm thinking it's something you can get after you've escaped from the farm and return to find Deb in charge. I'm still trying to think of how/why Deb would give you access to the mutation. (through a small fetch quest possibly) Or, deb can give you a quest which kicks off a different small episode where the cow mutation comes into play. Dunno yet. Also Bad ends work in text games, but they're kinda annoying in this setting. It would be more interesting to show through gameplay that the character's become a mindless cow. So if anyone's got any ideas for any of that, lay them on me.
windpl Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 user29 by any chance have you finished that plant behind doc house? And what happend to the alien idea? :3
Guest user29 Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 Oh thank you for reminding me. I need to ask asythma (might not have spelled that right ) to put the spore plant animations into sexout.
Daycrist Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 As for the Mutations you could always blame the remnants of the FEV that the Master Origionally worked on and the Enclave attempted to perfect both of these instances happened in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallouts 1 and 2 so perhaps a variant of the refined/upgraded version worked on by the Enclave found itself into the water supply after the destruction of the Oil Rig ((Which the destruction of the Oil Rig is canon and with underground rivers and lakes quite possible).
Guest user29 Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 The FEV and the player's own genetic disposition is the explanation for the mutations as explained by Titus.
Daycrist Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 Ahhh lol haven't quite gotten that far I am guessing Titus comes into play after the riverside takeover

Guest user29 Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 Yes sir. So I made this out of something in a clothing pack someone suggested in the maternity clothes thread. Seems like I should be able to make something using it no?
Guest user29 Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 (edited) Tunneler queen maybe Or a succubus but there isn't anything really like that in New Vegas. Edited February 18, 2013 by user29
Daycrist Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 Not sure what the succubus look would be good for but the horns perhaps would be useful for the bighorner ranch cow mutation. Never seen a tunneler queen...
Guest user29 Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 . Never seen a tunneler queen... Exactly!
Daycrist Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 though curiously the tunneler queen look could work well for the gecko
Guest user29 Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 (edited) Or I could die it's wings orange and go cazador hmmm. I think placeholder ant animations are functional in sexout now, so I might have some fun with that in a while. I know I haven't released any update in a while. I'm sorta just poking around and seeing if anything grabs my interest. Edited February 18, 2013 by user29
Daycrist Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 Doing the wings would be good for Cazador though the horns would be out of place hehehe

So if anyone's got any ideas for any of that, lay them on me. What about having the ending for the other characters vary based on your actions for a possible bad end? For the farm scenario, it's who ends up in control of the farm after your escape (Pan or Deb). Put in the extra effort to convince your fellow cattle to side with Deb and she'll take charge. Screw things up and Pan locks everyone away in a more "secure" cell. And if you end up wanting to continue the quest later, make the first post-escape mission getting rid of the current farm owner (kill Pan/imprison Deb) to get things back in a known state.
017333 Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 I see what you meant about the aesthetic of the coyote mutation, but even with it's faults it still looks interesting in it's own right. Now I'm wondering about what you intend to do for it in terms of gameplay, if anything? Like if you plan to give it something special like the deathclaw mutation, since that grants a small amount of rad resistance and the womb ability. Also, just because I'm (still) curious, how are you going to fit the additional breasts? I noticed that the model in the screenshot doesn't have them even though you mentioned it, so is that idea going to be scrapped? It would be a bit of a shame if it were since it's unique and fits the theme. They are coyotes after all and it would set it apart from the other mutations. Lastly, where does finishing this particular mutation rank on your priority list? It seems like it would be a good addition to the fenris stuff to top it off, since it's already quite developed. If you happen to take the time to answer my questions, thanks for putting up with them. Oh, and thank you for the mod as well. It's been entertaining to mess around in.
Guest user29 Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 I've actually already got a very basic coyote mutation in my build that I haven't released. Think there was something I had to go back and tweak.
Wolf470 Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 I have to say that I'm enjoying these mods -sexout, pregnancy, breeders, tryout and Cheyenne Replacer mostly- and I usually don't have a problem with the gameplay just small thing like having the console show 5.2 errors when two powder gangers try to link up with my toon at the same time. OK I've run through the Coyote scenario and have had no problems. I'm in the middle of the deathclaw promentary mission (deathclaw #1) and I have found in small storage room, 3 broken assault rifles, 1 broken sniper rifle, several (5) scrap metals, and no radio battery. Can someone please tell me where to find 2 more scrap metals and a radio battery? OK I just found the food storage room and 2 scrap metals, I also forgot to mention a scrap electronics found as well. OK I found the Ham Radio in the entrance to the queens chambers it had 2 scrap metals and a battery. Great mod it makes you think.
snakeleafclover Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 OK I found the Ham Radio in the entrance to the queens chambers it had 2 scrap metals and a battery. Great mod it makes you think. I know right. You're gonna love riverside. Very in debth tasks and stuff. Ironic for a mod that will (hopefully) soon involve you becoming a mindless cow. I cant wait!
snakeleafclover Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 Not sure what the succubus look would be good for but the horns perhaps would be useful for the bighorner ranch cow mutation. Never seen a tunneler queen... Horns? On a female cow? Cmon now. Brahmin dont have those.
