I've certainly been caught either forgetting there was another enemy around the corner or with AI mods moving NPCs to sleep or eat I miss one. Thinking that's Snapleg cave, I've forgotten that particular necromancer is there and had her or him surprise me a few times.

It really makes no sense to keep sneaking at this point.

There is nothing better than to humiliate the dying, with the excuse they might get up again. Ergo: better save than sorry ?

It's like one of those puzzles where if you hit the right piece it all opens up. ? Mind you, the other ninety-nine times out of the hundred it is an absolute pain in the proverbial.
