Oh, I can't take credit for actually making the NPC. I simply tweaked the one that was the same as the preset I use in xedit...lol 1

Ronin79 Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 (edited) Ringvild and her sex toys thralls saved the city of Whiterun from the Stormcloaks and pushed them out of Whiterun Hold completely after claiming Valtheim Towers and leaving a garrison of Legionnaires behind to hold it, so... General Tulius decided to put her in charge of an entire camp. For a vampire used to living alone in the wilds, she was happy at first to have a nice, luxurious command tent. Unfortunately the camp's old commander was a Mede fanboy, so she'll have to do some redecoration... Spoiler She's really not a fan of armor, or swords for that matter, but when you join the Legion, you don't have much choice... She turned Idolaf into a thrall when she first came to visit Whiterun, but he proved himself useful for more than just his blood. Small PSA for anyone considering using the Civil War Overhaul mod: Don't. Unless you feel like spending hours fixing it. It's extremely broken and while I love the fact that holds can be retaken by the enemy at any time if you're on the defensive, I had to do a lot of work just to get the rest of the mod to function as intended. It's also not a good idea to mess with certain MCM settings, especially giving the enemy faction a lot of extra troops. I've always just used sacrosanct, because as a vampire, you can take a perk that lets you turn any follower into a real vampire without breaking anything. The biggest issue with the mod was on Imperial side when trying to start the battle for Whiterun for the first time, where you can't get past stage 210 of CW03, leaving the civil war stuck at that point forever. I had to restart the entire quest after fixing it in the CK. Stormcloak side, the only issue I had was Ulfric not finishing one of his speeches, but console magic fixed that easily enough. It's a great mod when it works, don't get me wrong... I just wish it was given a bit more attention before release. For my next playthrough, I may give organic factions a try. Mh, still sounds bad when half the Mod is broken as fuck even if I would choose the Cloaks. Not too fond of adding broken things to my stable little fucked up Skyrim ? (the only one who breaks stuff around there is me )

I know you don't use it, and evidently have no need to, but I like how HPH just fixes the "vampires are zombies" face thing. Not even a thought. Like, doing the DG, and about to let Serana turn you? Using HPH = no change except eyes and teeth. I did hear good things about that one though. I just wish I could figure out how to give NPC Chloe the cool red eyes and fangs. She has "Serana Drain", and her slick wakazashi. Made her a healer with NFF lol No breath with W&C...a vampire in all but appearance?

Unless HPH works differently than vanilla. Basically all you have to do is export her vampire head with RaceMenu and select her vampire race in the CK. 1

As for CK, I did try changing her race in xedit, but it had no effect on her appearance. Then just tried using the console "setrace". That did the black-face thing.
