okay, so I narrowed it down to Devious Device Equip I think, because every time that mod "Loads" after I start the game, the cape goes away visually together with the underwear. 

But I have no idea what to do about it? I tried looking through the MCM menu, but nothing clear to me.

Go into the devious devices hider settings, there should be two sections for it, in each of the sections it then shows set everything to non.  You might also be able to go into the sos mcm and use the set as revealing on the cloak as another option, though that may only work on the underwear.  No idea if devious device equip has a setting for it as I have never ran that mod.

What is the easiest way to edit armor piece weight? Should I use tesedit or CK? .Some older outfit like Crux vamp have ridiculous 100 weight each piece despair being light armor.

tesedit for that, it loads a damn site quicker than the ck will, and editing that sort of things is easy, now if you were changing keywords and such I would say ck as you could do block copy and paste making it much easier.

Im using pretty much basic stuff, uunp body, fair\pure skin textures, hepsy hair, some cosmetic mods i dont remember name, for outfit showcase i use default uunp body preset, face is sculpted in racemenu.

nope.

means your textures arent loading.

double checked you got them installed.

i have them, the armor works fine when worn by the player, but on followers, it doesnt work when i gave them to them to equip, funny enough, if i use the console to give the armor to the followers, it works just fine

That is a bit odd.

Is this happening on all followers? and are they a custom race?

Try giving them only boots and gloves (nothing else) see if this work fine.

 

something you could try.

equip the full set on a follower normally.

see if the problem presents, if it does try this.

 

open console click on follower and enter "disable" (to disable the follower)

close console wait 2 seconds.

open console enter "pcb"

close console and wait 2 seconds

open console and enter "enable" to enable follower again.

I'm having issues with some of your outfits (Catsuit and Crux Vamp)

Whenever I equip a piece of the set, doesn't matter which part, it just becomes invisible.

I already adjusted the Dev Devices Hidden part in MCM but that's usually just the fix if a certain part keeps dissapearing. Right now it's just the entire set.

I loaded up a save with DD disabled just to be certain that wasn't the issue and it's still invisible with the mods disabled.

Any ideas/clues on what could be the issue?

All that aside, I'm loving your mods Melodic, all the outfits look amazing. Keep up the great work!

if yes - DD is most likely the cause

if no - DD is most likely not the cause

 

Are you using a custom race?

does it equip on followers?

 

you can also manually stop the DD quest and itemhider.

 

stopquest zadDevicesUnderneathQuest
removeitem XX040f0c 1 (whatever DD is in your loadorder)

 

run it about 10-15 sec after save load (2x if need be)

do a showinventory to see if is indeed gone.

Not a single part shows up. I'm pretty sure DD isn't the issue because I loaded a new save with DD and it's components disabled (mods unchecked in MO) and it still didn't work.

On followers the items also come up invisible.

I've been at this for a few days now and I keep coming up empty, any other suggestions on what might be the issue?

 

EDIT:

 

I figured it out, turns out I'm retarded.

I had to build the meshes with bodyslide. I just pressed build the entire time instead of looking in which folder the meshes were being placed.

Nope there wont be all-in-one package for sure.

 

For non appearing parts - its either DD or custom races. In rare cases you just got out of VRAM or Skyrim is loaded badly by some random reason.
