Billyys Animations for SE

Well I should have written "guide for dummys" but ok. You did give me two keywords after all ? (Nifoptimizer, hkx conversion tool)

I downloaded an Oldrim SLAL Pack.

Unpacked it.

Ran Nif Optimizer.

Downloaded and ran converttoskyrimSE.bat, HavokBehaviorPostProcess.exe.

Converted the ESP file with CK.

But all of this will still give me T-pose because afaik the FNIS behavior files (FNIS_Anubs Creature_dog_Behavior.hkx for example) won't get converted with the methods above. Fore talks about that here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2970/?tab=posts

The FNIS tool for modders was suggested but I get an error there:

Spoiler

>>Warning: Behaviored object "" not found in any BehavioredObjectList. Using "returnToDefault" as default AE.<<
Generating FNIS mod Behavior File xml...
Converting mod Behavior xml to hkx ...

ERROR(2012): Could not generate: FNIS_Anubs Creature_Behavior.hkx

Tried as admin in Windows 10/7 with turned off Anti Virus btw.

So I'm out of ideas now......

Well, you resaved it...That the first step you should skip for a start. Next thing is that you should have read Fore's comment correctly: It sais, that the tool sometimes stops working, so it is not so relyable. I usually don't have that problem. Because I don't run it in the gamefolder as it is written in the instructions and I don't run it on more than one pack at the same time.

I have problems to give any further guidance: The steps I told you are exactly those that I did for ALL anim packs, that I have converted... Nothing more and nothing less.

Alllllllllright, so first thank you for answering!

I have no idea what the problem was but the T-pose problem was something unrelated to the conversion of the packs because except Billyys pack, all gave me t-pose. So I uninstalled every animation mod I had aswell as Sexlab and associated mods. Installed slowly one mod at a time and guess what: T-is gone! Even my own conversions are working ?

Does anyone else think of the movie "Midnight Express" and say "oh, Billy!" every time there's an update to this file? Just me? ?

What is the standard procedure to update animation packs? Just overwrite, activate the animations and re-register?

something like that...

Hey brother, can u help me understand. Why i can fuck with all creatures, but cant fuck with: strom and ice atrronach? Here dont help spells like sexlab on target, SL tools. Cant use defeat, they just ingore, all this things. I can fuck with flame atronach. And can use all other animations. But not strom and ice=(. With flame atr, I just call, it near to me with usual flame atr spell.. and use sexlab on target, and its ok. But with other atr it dont work. Maybe i need unusual storm and ice atr? ? And i cant find them in SL tools, their meshes.

Is there any reason why when I select "creature-humanoid" for giants, gargoyles etc. the game CTD's on a save file load or new game? I can have every other option checked, and it loads fine so long as I don't select that one option. I even tried only clicking that to see if it was just too large a load and it still crashes.

Thanks for this and Sir Nibbles pack updates Pfiffy.

Sorry for the delay, I have been short on time lately and I had a lot of connection problems with LL, too which doesn't make things easier....

any help ?

Remove some other anims,

don't install the full pack,

deinstall heavy mods...

it's usually not the fnis limit, the skyrim string limit kicks in first...

oki sorry i did read the posts above, but seem like it's not a annim number probleme ...

I use => FNIS Behavior SE 7_4_5 XXL-3038-7-4-5.7z  for Skyrim SE that allows for 20,000 animation

I just ran again FNIS with SLAL_Billyy_Animations_v2.0SE

Here the result

FNIS Behavior V7.4.5 XXL   07/04/2019 07:14:55
Skyrim SE 64bit: 1.5.73.0 - C:\Steam Skyrim SE\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\ (Steam)

10136 animations for 33 mods successfully included (character)
4118 animations for 13 mods and 45 creatures successfully included.

But again i got a CTD ... Installed back v. 1.9 and everything's  oki

Also i observe beetwen v1.9 & 2.0 is almost the same number of annimation ... The probleme seem elsewhere

Sorry but v2.0SE get a probleme ...

Thx again for this good job, sorry with my bad english have a good day all

For testing, remove one of the other installed packs and try again... I have it running and it works fine, but I had to kick out some smaller packs, too.

Note: 20000 is the max number of anims that Skyrim can handle with just a minimum of mods installed (This means Skyrim, SLAL, Sexlab and nothing more) Every mod you add reduces the number of anims your system can handle, no matter what kind of mod it is. (It is the string limit, not FNIS) Also playing the game and going throu the quest line raises the string count and reduces number of possible anims. If you reach the critical point of your system you will no longer be able to save/reload your game.

Oki you're right ! Its works well now !!!!!!!!! I did nt know that =>

If you reach the critical point of your system you will no longer be able to save/reload your game. Know i understand why since years i was sometime unable to load some save thx a lot Pfiffy :D

Merci beaucoup :)
