Kristus Kringle Posted October 25, 2018 Posted October 25, 2018 I tried the old Prison Overhaul 033, the MCM worked, it didn't give any errors or ctd's, but the mod didn't do anything. Guards behaved normally.

BUT: with SL versions before Beta4 you might run into problems because of missing features in the PapyrusUtil. I haven't checked the old version of PO, but it might have the same issues. (I had similar problems with SSX)
jim68 Posted October 25, 2018 Posted October 25, 2018 Pop worked fine for me, walking on leash and also teleport travel. No problem on release, even got wrapped up in dd gear as a parting gift lol. The prisoner in the cage scene teleported out of cage sometimes between punishment scene but went back in when it was time for next scene. Pillory xcross public whipping all worked. Only tried 3 holds so far. Only other thing was i had to keep close to jailer going through doors as if i was running to catch up when cell change happened, jailer and pc could get stuck sometimes. Also had to turn off approach or the required npc would be busy fucking and I'd have to wait till they finished so the next stage could start. Didn't break anything tho so just extra entertainment lol. And defeat triggered in one of the whipping scenes for some reason, disabled it mid scene and no problems. I did use nif optimizer, but i didn't resave esp. Was using beta2 version of game. Am currently doing a reinstall trying vortex out and upgrading to beta4 and skse 2.0.10 etc, so we'll see how it goes after that.... edit. was using dde as well and mask would equip

I had them working last week. What's probably caught you is that Lexy has you install some esl mods, and creature framework junk registration apparently chokes when it sees those in the load order. Try disabling them, running the game and using the Creature Framework mcm to re-register mods. The esls that Lexy uses won't choke your game if you disable then re-enable them.

Hey, I've been around long enough to know you're being polite which means my experience may be out of date. All I know from personal experience is two things: (and can someone tell me how to turn off this huge graphic when I just want a simple ... link?) Spoiler is about as trustworthy a source as I find these last months on the internet because pfiffy says over and over, here and there, that he could be out of date. So. one) I'm often out of date, and I know I can't particularly expect anyone to be up to date two) until this page says, for certain, that jContainers is known to work I'll take your more up to date info.
Pfiffy Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 Just to make it clear, ESLs are not a problem anymore from JC4.1.2 (As far as I remember, I still have to go there and get some Esl stuff from Beth to make sure...) SkyrimSE 1.5.53, SKSE 2.0.10 and JC 1.4.5 are working together, like SSE 1.5.50 SKSE 2.0.8 and JC 1.4.4 and SSE 1.5.39, SKSE 2.0.7 and JC 1.4.3 did. CF works with each of these combinations, as long as it has something to work with: I suggest More nasty critters SE. Problems usually come up if you combine the versions wrong or have other mods that overwrite JC with an old version. (This would be really bad Conversions) MadMansGun made a guide for installing CF and More nasty critters and has a lot of instructions for trouble shooting. He even made a guide for SE without using it himself. If nothing else works, start a new game with only Sexlab Aroused CF SLAL and MNC installed, check if it is working and then readd your other mods...

Well, POP is not one of the mods I usually play with and it is rather complex. 1st thing would be to test it without any additions, than slownly add one by another and see when trouble starts. I don't expect conversions to run from one day to another. (Even if there is not much to convert in POP) It might be that it just shows some inconsistencies of aother mod that you have installed.

Maybe it is doing some texture swaps. Are you expirienced with checking them in the CK?

Or is it still working with latest skyrim and skse, despite what it says on the mod page ?

Prison Overhaul Patched works fine so far. Got arrested by a POP bounty hunter and brought from Riften to Windhelm. The jailer once just stood there doing nothing after leading me out of the cell, but using the "Kill current scene" command in POP Debug menu fixed it.

It's not been converted to 64bit yet it so doesn't do anything last I heard. Other than that it works fine with the latest updates.

Only problem is the spider egg sacs were completely invisible. I tried messing around on NifSkope and managed to make them visible in the inventory only, but they're still not visible in-game, on my character. I don't know pretty much anything about skyrim modding so now I'm stuck on this issue. Does anyone know what I could do to fix it? And yes, I did run Nif Optimizer correctly.

Nifoptimizer might have done a correct conversion of a incorrect nif. You will have to do some tweaking to the origal before converting it.
