Note : i was actually looking for something whenever an animation happens female body doesnt strip the torso but strips anything else. Like female wearing vault jumpsuit and full leather armor, i want it to strip the armor but not the suit.

If i understand it correctly, when you put clothes A into the female container only (eg. NOT into the male container), the following happens:
- females do not strip clothes A (as expected)
- males do not strip clothes A (an error, males should strip clothes A)

Are you 100% sure you really did NOT put the same clothes also into the "Male" container by mistake?
Does the problem persist after using the Maintenance option "Clear male items"?

yes, but i got around it by editing xml files altough now females dont strip anything at all tho.

IKAROS Race, tried clicking on the Female, doesn't open a trade window, so I can't do anything with it.  (New install, game is less than a week of install, minimal GOTY setup.)

 

Nevermind, it shows up when you exit the Pipboy.

 

EDIT:  Okay, it let me add the items, but they still got unequipped during the AAF scene.

I’m unsure what’s wrong, I put the items into the container and they still get stripped (devious locked devices) and bc of that it messes them up being in a state where they’re unequipped but the lock script thinks it’s locked on and gives me the unlock box which doesn’t actually do anything.

Are you sure they're being stripped by something which actually uses this? Is the problem happening when AAF strips the character, or is some other mod which initiates animations (for example, Sexual Harassment) stripping the character before sending to AAF?

Just a question.

 

I noticed that when rape happens, character gets stripped of everything. Normally, it does work. But that seems to be only true for consensual sex.

Not talking about clothing per se but accessories like rings, and nails. I am using the HN66 french nails and the ring and ear ring set.

If you mean in AAF Violate, if you get robbed the robber will take anything you are wearing regardless of this mod or the AAF equipmentset rules.

No, i am running currently Raiders Ped and Harassment.

I wish there was a way to save some slots.

Yep, known behavior. I've pointed the authors of those mods to the instructions on this mod's file page (at least a couple of times in recent years) for checking the no-strip flag on equipped items, maybe someday they'll consider adding that support.

I mean i can live with it, but its odd if your nails are gone. I use overlay stockings so they can not be stripped.

Yep, I play with Myopia Simulator and put my glasses in the no-strip list, but when a mod which doesn't respect that flag strips me and takes my glasses, the sex scenes are blurry because I'm no longer able to see clearly.

Thats a pretty need immersive mod.

 

Yes, that sad. Not on topic, but i play right now with some drug and survival mods. It seems that sexy mods do not care. Raiders Pet does not feed me so i do of hunger. Other are kind of the same. Thats a let down. Plus, i have to pee sometimes and that gets overruled too. Though it makes sense in that predators do not care about your wellbeing anyway.

It looks like AAF stripping my shoes in scenes, no matter if I use this.

 

I've been relying on your awesome No-Strip Items Manager mod to allow characters to wear shoes during AAF sex scenes. (33 slot or Index 3)

I don't know what is the cause but characters are no longer wearing shoes I've set no be stripped.

 

After uninstalling and reinstalling many mods I've at least noticed that your version 1.0.0 of No Strip Items Manager lets me at lease re-equip the shoe manually from the AAF UI, but that is a pain still.

In the last version I tested v1.0.1 does not prevent shoe stripping and I did not see the shoe armor listed in the AAF UI during the scene either.

I've not seen slot 33 treated any differently by this and AAF than anything else. Are you seeing it happen to NPCs too, or just to the player's body double? Do the shoes come off immediately when the scene begins, or not until a few seconds into the scene? (If the latter, I've seen Random Overlay Framework cause that for the body double if not properly excluded.)

@vaultbait the stripping of shoes at slot 33 is happening to NPCs as well. In the past I've use Rogg'ss No-Stripp successfully to prevent stripping of shoes in both scenes and with NPCs.

Do things in other slots you've marked no-strip also get stripped, or is it just affecting slot 33 (which would definitely be weird)? Trying to rule out the possibility that the entire no-strip mod has stopped working for you, vs just things specifically worn in that slot.

I have both  "Cuenca" shoes and "TCN Earrings (Chunky Stone Gold)" to in my No Strip List.

I does keeps the earrings but never prevents the shoes being stripped. 

 

(I'm still testing, because it remember some AAF packages had options during installation that allow partial or stripping of clothing. One installed recently was Indarello's AnimationsAddonsAndFixes9.14, but I cant remember the original package that for that.

I don't play with any animation patches (other than Staged Leito because it's a dependency of Hardship), but my understanding is that those omnibus patches which alter stripping only do it by overwriting AAF_equipmentSetData.xml which shouldn't affect how it treats things with protected equipment keywords (such as the keyword added by the No-Strip Manager).

 

Is it happening even if you start scenes from AAF's on-screen interface, or are you only seeing this with certain mods that call AAF? If the latter, they may have their own stripping routines which remove things before AAF has the opportunity to decide whether or not they should stay on.

Yes, stripping of shoes (slot 33) is happening when I start AAF scenes manually from the UI.

I  just finished testing again with the AnimationAddonsAndFixes9.14 install options in both "Equipement Set" checked and unchecked and shoes still get stripped...

That sounds like a deeper problem. As I said, I play with no animation patches other than SLP (which isn't really an omnibus patch like Animation Addons or UAP), and am able to play animations with pretty much all available animation packs. I'm missing a few pose packs and dropped Farrell's and AJ's XMLs, but otherwise run with basically everything including the kitchen sink.

 

Do all outfits that use slot 33 get stripped for you? Like have you tested marking a vanilla outfit (the basic vault suit or raider harness) as no-strip?

In this screenshot I tested marking the vanilla Baseball Uniform to stay on, and I found it to still still be stripped after AAF scene starts.

What patch does the abbreviation "SLP" mean?

I'll do some more slot 33 tests as well to see if I can replicate the problem, since that will tell us if it's something peculiar to your configuration.

Staged Leito Plus Erection Fix which is mainly just a patch to make Leito's animation pack work reliably with newer AAF and erection morph conventions.
