Not sure if this is the forum for this. But I've been messing around with adding my own .wav files to replace the default sexlab ones. If anyone is experienced in this I'd really love to know...

-When does the voice shift between mild/med/hot? (My character never seems to make it all the way to the hot sound files, even during the big O) Could this be a conflict with SLSO?
-Is there a .wav file limit per voice?
-Some files seem to play far more frequently than others. Is there a reason for this?

Thanks y'all. Best!

The lips sync isn't good so better avoid the morning and orgasm sounds with more than 4 seconds.

The reason why some voices are more frequent than others can be because the random on Skyrim is anything except random, plus the option were the actors can remember they sex voices or depending of what you have installed the sex voice can be selected based on the real actors voice and the tags on the sex voice.

I dunno if this is the best one to ask a question about a creature but well, see, I have werewolf follower, custom mesh and patched the MNC and Creature framework stuff and everything works so far, the aroused and normal states are good. But see I decided to create an armor for him, not by changing his base/normal and aroused mesh with the armor on, but actually giving him an equipment where he wears it. So my problem is, how do I get him to remove said armor during a sex scene like it normally does to human armors. See his normal and aroused state still works with the armor on, his dingalong is out in both states and is working perfectly as is hard and soft.

My first failed solution was adding a CFNormal keyword to the armor but while it does get him naked, the problem is I still want the armor on when he's aroused and only removed during sex, so this was a no go. Another one I tried was editing the (Strip Edit tab- I can't remember what it's called but it's the second to the last tab in the SL MCM) in the Sexlab MCM and change his armor to 'always remove' during sex scene but that doesn't seem to work. So any tips?

Things I didn't know. That's really helpful :) Thank you so much.

I have the latest version on up to date Skyrim AE and Sexlab was working fine. Now, suddenly, it does not start any scenes anymore. When a scene should start nothing happens at all. The player control is still present and nothing else indicates that anything should happen. What could be possible reasons?

I have a question for anyone here. I am a le player and I plan to upgrade to se or ae. Are se and ae mods compatible with each other?

There is no AE, only SE. What people erroneously refer to as AE is merely the most up to date SE.

Indeed. What you must look at is the game’s version number. YMMV, but I’ve observed that 1.5.97 is the last “SE” version. But make sure the mod(s) is for your game version.

SE is 1.5.97 version. AE has versions starting with 1.6, the most recent Steam one being 1.6.1170, which is very well-supported now and my recommendation to go for.

It's GOG counterpart is 1.6.1179. I do not recommend going for 1.5.97.

I got an issue where another mod (Deviously Cursed Loot) stops performing one of it's functions randomly but works again after I make a new file.

That mod is supposed to ask for a call from sexlab which results in an error. Then the cursed loot event refuses to work. One of the devs there took a look at one of my papyrus logs to find the issue and they think it might lie on sexlab's end but don't really know what exactly it is.

Could someone take a look at it? I got the papyrus log right here.

Is there a way to use the animationprofile.json files from LE?

The ones in the SE framework seem to be structured differently, which is why the LE json doesn't work.☹️

Thanks.

Hi! Can I use Nemesis with Sexlab instead of Fnis if I don't need the creature pack?

You have to use a combo of Nemeses and FNIS to get creatures  but I would recommend going even further to Pandora its a better system.

Вам придется использовать комбинацию Немезиды и FNIS, чтобы получить существ, но я бы рекомендовал пойти еще дальше, на Пандору, это лучшая система.

So if I'm not going to use the creature pack, I can do without FNIS? Did I get that right? Thanks for the answer!

You write: For Skyrim Special Edition (1.6.1170, aka AE) use SexLabFrameworkAE_v166b.7z

but the MO tell me that it is the wrong version...

I play with the Steamversion which is the 1.6.1170

Any solution?

Gender animations is different than SL animations for males and females. That's for animations replacers specifically trying to replace an animation for male or female actors. It's honestly a thing of the past since nowadays if there's a replacer for let's say a walking animation that only affects female actors, you would use DAR or OAR to load it and replace said animation. Your FNIS is actually picking up 6.6k animations for characters and almost 1k creature animations. So far seems fine, but you must check in game if everything is working correctly after installing SL in game and enabling or configuring any other SL related mods too.

So thank you for the help but I found the problem and it was the dumbest thing in the whole world.

I'm sure it is my fault but Sexlab P+ essentially doesn't register the correct folder so it will always retrieve 0 animations. I probably didn't install correctly but whatever. Well it is finally fixed. And I can finally go to sleep knowing that I wasted so much time all because of one mod.

Sarcasm: I am so glad I decided to uninstall LE skyrim for AE skyrim and just spent 6 hours downloading everything and then spending another 12 hours trying to get the damn thing to work.

That's actually funny because it's a true story. When I made the jump from LE to AE I also spent a whole day installing mods after mods and requirements after requirements, a pretty fun time. Now that I recently switched to Pandora something quite similar also happened but now, I have quite entertaining combat animations. Honestly, the activity of tuning/pimp your Skyrim is not that complex, but it does require investing time and dedication to achieve a successful modlist. I'm glad you got it 👌
