Main page has a FAQ to point you to troubleshoots, but basic gist is that a good amount of animations will line up poorly do to multiple circumstances.  That is why Sexlab includes hotkeys to allow you to adjust scenes while they are going.  Usually a "realign actors" use ( default key is [ ) will fix the issue of the actors not at least touching each other and facing the right way.  As far as them floating in mid air above a giant's camp, sounds like an awfully specific circumstance.... are you mentioning the giant's camp as an example or is it that sex animations are always playing there?  Sounds mod specific (whatever mod called for the sex) and wouldn't be a Sexlab issue.  One thing to keep in mind is that you're using both Sexlab and Ostim.  While technically they shouldn't compete, they are both sex animation networks and some mods have installed compatibility for both.  Make sure that the mods you're using are not specifying that they "require one or the other, not both".  I've seen mods state this before, which means that using both will cause issues.

I've tried those FAQ and most do not work on my part that's why I wanted to try asking here and maybe there's a new way. As for the realign actors, it realigns but goes back to the actors being opposite to each other, and for the giant's camp it always happen when I start sex out doors.

It's obvious - your screenshot shows auto-generated stats for... Bandit Chief, an NPC that usually dies soon after encounter and nobody sane cares about his stats.

Let's assume that issue is related to SL Defeat. Now continue search for clues considering that variable.

Too many different skins, too many high res grass and other textures.

To low budget for scripts, too high frame what bottle necks the budget further.

Tp prevent, reduce high textures, framerate the best 60, optimize budget or get this

mod everythijg on main thread.

The reason for giant camp, sexlqb cannot get the correct position, so it uses center of cell.

Yeah, I'd agree with PippinTom that the giant's camp issue is related to one of your defeat mods or other sex mods.  Anytime you get teleported for a sex scene, it's the individual mod doing it. Do you have any mods that modify a scenario for a giant's camp?  Sexlab has options to reposition actors for sex scenes for alignment purposes, but to teleport you from anywhere in the overworld to specifically above a giant's camp, that's not sexlab doing it.

Ah, true that I wouldn't care about the Bandit chief's stats, which is why I assumed it was showing mine, being that I didn't toggle over to the chief. Thanks for pointing it out. I missed that.

If you ever find yourself in the sky over Bleakwind Basin (or somewhere else) and falling to your death this command will take you inside the Drunken Huntsman in Whiterun I'd think it would be ok for sex scenes too. Just don't try it while riding your horse, lol.

Hello there! I'm having a few issues however, namely that my SL doesn't seem to be working right. The SL Framework page says that I'm supposed to "install" it through the MCM, however when I go to MCM SL doesn't say install, it just seems to be installed already. The problem is that it doesn't show any animations as registered in SL, and the debug page shows "sexlab.dll" as missing. Other mods like ZaZ show sexlab as not being installed aswell. I've ran FNIS and have gotten no errors, and can start the game and trigger animations using match maker but the actors stand in place tposing inside of each other for the kissing animations before transiting to the SL animations which do seem to work. I've tried reinstalling sexlab to no avail, does anyone have any idea what I've done wrong and/or how I can fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.20240915190646_1.jpg

The description page tells you which version of Sexlab you need for your version of Skyrim. Then just click the download button and select that version from the available options.

Install the right version of SexLab for your Skyrim version. Remember check the Skyrim version number because Steam probably update itself.

Hello, I'm probably not the only one that may be having this problem.  But I figured I'd point it out. 

 

So, I downloaded SL Framework AE v1.66b.  The mod page says you need to have SKSE 2.2.6, which I have.  However, when I started a new game it tells me the SKSE doesn't match.  When I checked out the clean & rebuild section of Framework's MCM, it says it actually needs SKSE 2.2.4 instead of 2.2.6.  As a result, none of the animations that normally come with the mod are actually installed when Framework builds itself upon starting a new game.  Also, animations that would normally be added via SLAL don't register.

 

On an old game, the mod will trigger an event, but things like "change animation" don't work, it will just keep repeating the same animation set.

 

If anyone knows a workaround or fix, I'd appreciate it.  If not, hopefully this will help the mod author fix the issue.

Edit:  All of my other mods have been updated to SKSE 2.2.6 and the game is otherwise stable, so reverting to the prior SKSE is not really worth it.

I'm having an issue where on a new game, after sexlab installs, the mcm menu goes completely blank. I've tried saving and reloading, made sure all my mods are up to date, tried 3 different new games. Nothing is working. Anyone got any ideas?

Could we get a visual reference for a basic installation? Like, for the load order including this framework and the bare minimum requirements: eg. SexLab Framwork, Animation Loader, etc? I keep messing up my load order...

This might not be the correct forum, my apologies if I'm in the wrong place. Having an odd problem that I think is related to SexLab. On some playthroughs, when my PC engages in vaginal sex with a female NPC, at the end of the sex scene a message appears telling me that "PC came in NPC # of ml". This also happens in reverse when my female PC engages in vaginal sex.  However, on other playthroughs using basically the same modlist, no message appears and when I check in Fertility Mode, the Debug page doesn't show any sperm in whichever character was supposed to be the receiver. If anyone else has experienced the same problem and came up with a solution, please share.

I think it must be a Fertility Mod thing, check out its support thread
