So if I had Cien No EA eyelashes  . I have to download  2b version ? To use  as head default replacement

yup, remove it

in 2b version, is a head default replacement with tongue, but also remove ea eyelash. (its like cien mod but with add a tongue)

I'm getting a strange coloring on Sim's tongues when using either the tongue accessories or the head replacements.  One side appears to be black or missing a texture, and this occurs when using either V1 or V2 of the tongue accessory, and also when I tried to use the head replacements instead.

 

Using the latest version of WW and the Nandong tongue animation that was linked earlier in this thread.  No other mods in the folder.

 

Any idea what could be causing this?

texture overlap problem

 

this could be come from cc that your sims wearing at that time.

i need to know what cc your sims use.

you can check that using sims4tray importer and open your sims household. and see in the cc list section

Thought I'd give the tongue mod a try....working well so far Though where does the head slider pop up? I have it my mods folder.

head slider pop up?

its a default head slider, i just add adjustment for the tongue position, so when you change head shape or size for your sims, the tongue will also change accordingly.

i'm sorry it take long time to investigate it, i need to export the texture 1 by 1 and compare it to tongue texture and check the overlap one

i forgot one thing, have you update to most recent tongue mod?

i have check all for the texture, but i'm not seeing any overlap texture problem

 

if you use most recent tongue mod, could you export with cc of your sims using sims4tray importer and send the file to me?

with the new patch and 1st person view the tounge is visible in 1st person but idk if that's because of the 1st person cam not really fixed ( I saw some people could see teeth and stuff like that in 1st person) or if that happens because with this mod the tounge is a real thing inside a sims mouth and because of that will be visible

Somehow with the new patch, the Tounge mod causes the Invisible Face bug on some NPCs. I removed it and The faces where visible in CAS and i just needed to save them again.

did you do batch fix using sims4studio ?

any modification (even if you didnt do any modification, only open the file then re-save using sims4studio can make head default replacement broken)

 

i stop playing, because in this patch there are age bug when you entering CAS mode,

but i will test it in new game,..

what i notice is when you use first person camera, sometimes you can see some portion of the tongue (and i know this is annoying as hell ), but i havent found the right solution for it.

the most recent update is 1 april 2018, it fix some overlap texture on some ea hair.

there are many hyperlink to this thread (where the "test" word are included), i'm afraid the link will be broken. but i will give it a try..

Yes i used the Batch fix! i stopped playing a few month and with the new DLCs i updated the Mods and thought i should use the Batch fix in case i missed some CC not to use on Random NPCs.

 

After i Posted, i redownloaded the Mod and it fixed it, i just need to go to CAS for the affected npc and confirm it, and their faces are visible again.

Damn no fix for the tongue in first person? I don't wanna remove this from my game cause alot of animations use it, but its kinda annoying how it just floats.

Fix for first person = 

 Open file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\GraphicsRules.sgr

-Remove the line that says:

setProp $ConfigGroupEnableSoftwareSkinning true

-save the file, restart game.
