I think you have to click on the button for home goods. I seem to recall that some stuff shows up there that does not show up on the view that is supposed to show all items.

I don't know if there was similar problem and answer for it, so I just ask for it again.
I have problem with wrong gender display during passion. All my male sims plays as female, and all females plays as male. I have "use strap-on for females" disabled, so it looks like they'e humping male with air, lol. I tried "exclude invalid positions" to enabled, but then they get naked, and after changing into naked they just end passion with relationship gain and change into everyday clothes.
I always had problem with genders, but first it didn't bothered me - I couldn't only play vaginal passion when using male and female. The problem lasts since like 2 normal days, not in sims, and I didn't change anything and didn't install any mods which would conflict. I'm not familiar with XMLs of animations, but I don't think that's the problem since I don't see anybody complaining for this issue. If anyone had a similar problem or solution for wrong gender display and not being able to do vaginal passion, I would be glad to read your tips. Thanks:)

I ended up resetting the whole town and it suddenly appeared in my buy mode! Just got some and put it in my sims inventory, sort of sucks that townies can't automatically get condoms as apart of passion but whatever! Thanks everyone x

how do i change the genders for solo passion? when they do it together, the male and the female animations are done correctly, but when they do solo, the girls jack themselves and the dudes finger themselves. how do i switch this?

It's not just with your game.  @Clydie can explain it much better, as I've asked him many times...  In my game it happens too, but now less often because I've noticed that when a female asks to passion, it happens;  when male asks to passion, it happens less.

In fact this happens for me everytime I play passion and my male wear clothes or pants. If he is nude. I do not have problem with gender for now.

 

The this happens, it is possible that your male sim is corrupted. I have not done it for a long time but as far I can remember you should save your sim without any mods in his face or body, without the skin as well. after you should use a clean game.   Do not forget to  backup your directory you just delete.

 

When you start again, the sims will create a clean directory. you copy your sim in the directory simssave. Load it in the CAS and save it again.

 

After you save your .sim and backup it. and quit the sims

 

Before to enter again the sims, you can copy your backup in the directory and play again with your sim.

Does anyone else get a warning that an outdated mod is installed when starting up the game with Passion? This is the only new mod I have installed. I got every part of cmar to play nice with Nraas MC Integration last night, and when I re-added Passion, it's still throwing this warning at me. Is this normal? Is it okay to keep running?

 If u want to use another skin just skip Cmar's.

I also suggest using Lucas penis mod where u simply add his - cmar_amBottomNudePenis_map2 + cmar_emBottomNudePenis_map2 + cmar_tmBottomNudePenis_map2 They will overwrite Cmar's original and add PenisButtBones.package in the overrides folder in your mod folder.

I suggest u use S3pe to merge the Cmar's (and Lucas if u want) together as the games runs faster if it does not have to read so many files.

 Can't help with the Barmaid sustem as I don't use it because of Nraas mod conflict.

Hey, can't search through 154 pages, so apologies in advance if this has been previously raised.

 

I'm running TS3 v 1.67.2.024002, Passion didn't work for me even after trying many different ways. So alas, I did a clean re-install, I re-downloaded Passion, installed all the required and optional packages in the Passion zip file. (and ignored the ones labelled .disabled as appropriate), and even cleared the cache files.

 

I have had it working with mods previously so this isn't an issue of whether or not I understood how mods work.

 

I followed the instructions on the ReadThis.pdf file within the zip.

 

So, the problem is, even with a clean install, and no other active mods, Passion simply stops the game working for me.

 

As in, the moment I launch the game, it hangs on the first loading screen and nothing happens. There's no music, loading bar hangs at 0%, the mouse cursor turns into the loading spinner.

 

The green bar does not move, nothing at all.

 

Is anyone facing this problem? What can I do to fix this?

I hope I'm not just stupid but when I do the animations, the female has no nipples or genitalia whatsoever. And also the male's penis sometimes isn't lined right with whatever the animation is doing (blowjob, etc.)

The option for "Exotic" isn't showing up still after installing. Anyone know why this is? Yes I've unpacked everything and read the pdf.  I've tried many attempts and still cant figure out why this is? I'm using steam version.

I've been using Passion for several years now (thank you TwighlightStorm). I've noticed that the option to 'Ask to join Passion' has disappeared. If the sim is solo, you get the option, making it a twosome. But a threesome or more is no longer possible. Have I missed something?

The information about the TV channels is on the first page. They are not included with the base Passion download.

Any way to tune out or turn off the interactions:  ".OutFit" and ".Max Motives"?  Along with the one that came with XCAS/Dresser puts two outfit changers on the first page of interactions along with a cheat I don't need and wouldn't want there if I did need it.  This pushes my flirty wizard girl's Romantic interaction top-level to the second page thanks to curses, charms and spells each having their own top tier, and Romantic should always be on page one.  If that's not enough, you're also adding the animation starter and the mod settings menu at that top level in the first selection of any interaction with every sim.  Can't you shove all that under one heading for the whole mod like Twallan does with NRAAS having all the mods and settings under one top-level interaction instead of cluttering the top-level interaction with FOUR entries that most people don't need more than once in a while.

 

I don't mean to complain, at least not without offering a solution.  Here's what a streamlined menu could look like.  It'd reduce clutter and make the experience of playing this mod a lot more pleasant.

• Passion... (top level, with Friendly and Funny and Romantic and Nraas)
  • Passion
  • Solo Passion
  • Join
  • Stop/Reset (Stop usually takes 20 sim-minutes to work and sometimes leaves jankiness behind, so just skip straight to your reset as the default stop method)
  • Advanced
    • Motive Cheats  <--- considering anyone who is coming to Passion also uses NRaas, we have other ways to do this, as well as testingcheats and just clicking the bars, so if we use yours at all, it'll be so infrequent that it wouldn't hurt to take two extra clicks to get to it.  It could be dropped entirely and I don't think anyone would miss it.  Yes, it's more convenient if that's what you're looking for, but it's also in the way for the 99% of the time you're just trying to play.
    • Settings <--- outside of initial setup, I need this only when I'm setting up sequences which I do once or twice in a full day of playing, so I don't even need it on the sim menu at all, it could be moved to City Hall or page four of a computer's menu for all I care.

All that said, I do appreciate this mod in all its glory.  I wouldn't be making this post if I didn't love the project; I'd just quietly uninstall it and walk away.  So if I come off harsh, that's not my intention.  I would write the menu myself, but I've been retired from working on code for around 12 years and I don't even know where to start relearning.

Hey everyone! Really appreciate this thread. Although im having a problem, I can't seem to call the Maid service, it won't even show up. Same with the TV Channels. I successfully installed the new 4 TV's but every time I open the game it says the custom channels are missing even though I put them in the folder. Help plz!

If yes, then it should work.

 

As for the Bar Maid mod, I would remove this files because this is a core mod and causes trouble sometimes.

I'm pretty sure that both of those are separate packages that are included with Passion. You just need to either rename the files so that they do not end with a ".package" extension, or move or delete the files from your Mods folder.
