It's SE compatible out of the box if you just extract the BSA and run a nif optimizer on the meshes.

1. Download BAE
2. Extract .BSA file

3. Download SSE NIF optimizer
4. Place in same folder as the meshes, run with default settings.

Even if you get thrown an error saying it's incompatible in your mod organizer, it will work fine with SE.

After the 4th step should i remove the nif optimiser from the  meshes folder before re-zipping it.

Have a good day.

My bad I forgot to update this post right here. It is compatible with SSE after unpacking the BSA.

He was t-posing for me because I had LE animations for Rieklings installed which caused all Rieklings to t-pose and I didn't realize.

Did that, even removed Nifskope and it resulted in an invisible Tirk (except for spear)  I was able to interact with him on the Windhelm dock, but after agreeing to "satisfy" him, nothing else happens - no joining, no sex etc.  He just stays there.
