I'm not actually a modder, so this is a good question that I don't know the answer to.  I'd ask in the Request forum here if such a thing can be made.

Here's some thinking out-loud for my *guess*: 

On one hand we know that the various breast replacement meshes don't change the breast shape of clothes.  For example, there's a lot of EVE specific clothing from creators like MYOBI so the tops match the shape of the breast when unclothed.
On the other hand, gtaman9 made pokies for heavy Boobs that you could apply as an accessory and would be visible through clothes.
On the gripping hand, those pokies would only change the shape of skin-tight clothes, and would poke through other clothes without changing the shape.

So ... maybe it's possible to make, but my guess is that it would only work for skin-tight clothes (and ones that aren't longer than the transparent item, so crop tops and the like.

But that's all a guess.  I'd ask on the request forum and have people who actually know things answer.

This repurposes the standalone accessory file, so just replace/add the SA file to your mods folder.

Is this still working? I see it in the lists of tops, but when I select it, nothing changes on the sim's body. 

 

What I did was add it to the heavy Boobs folder. Does it actually require I replace the original HB Nude Top file?

 

Hesistant to start replacing things because the Sims that already had the Heavy Boobs extra attachment still have it, I just cant add it to new ones.

@Troutmonkey1 @karazin make sure you have a WW Body Selector add-on. You should have these 2 files;

There is a (very slight) size difference, but that's it. The meshes otherwise look the same, basically nothing like how the screenshots for the mod imply it should work. They are essentially vanilla but slightly larger.

 

Which is fine I suppose, since that was the goal I had when I installed the mod, but the description and screens rather raised my hopes that it would be doing other things in addition to that. So I guess i'm hoping that something else is wrong and there's some dumb thing I did to prevent it working completely.

This is probably a bit late but that top is not covered by heavy boobs, you can tell by the underside is vastly different from the ones that are designed for it. Speaking of which, I wonder if it's that hard for someone to continue on with making all the non-CC stuff into proper heavy boobs format?

I second this, been trying all sorts of mods to get that done and on my final attempt.  But this is the only place where I think that sort of content is willing to be made.

I recently downloaded you mod however, I can't seem to get it to work. I have tried starting up the game without any other mod on, and I've tried with wickedwhims mod only. So when I start up the game it doesn't say that this mod is active. I don't know if this causes any problems as it has worked for all other mods, but I download mods and open/save them as a note because I don't have any other tool to open them with

Hello, not sure if this is the right place to post, but I have a question regarding CAS. Is there a way to remove the in game CAS functionality? I'd like to have the sims in CAS have the default wickedwhims breast mesh if possible, and not the HB mesh. Should I download the files quoted below and replace them with the files I got from the main mod page with this?

Get rid of the HeavyBoobs files you have, and use those. They will let you select HeavyBoobs in the WW Body Selector, and in CAS (if you want) as a top, but it won't be a default mesh. NOTE: If you select HeavyBoobs in the Body Selector, it will show as the default in CAS (for that sim). To change this, select the WW default in the Body Selector, then they'll have the WW one in CAS.

I did that and they do not appear as a choice in the WW Body Selector. It worked fine before July's patch but now, even after re-downloading WW and the two add-ons for HB they just don't appear. Are they still working? Am I doing something wrong?

 

I deleted WW altogether and the add-ons, used CCleaner and deleted the localthumbnailcache and re-installed everything but no progress. Makes me sad as it was (for me, my opinion, not bashing everyone else) the best shaped boob mod ever.

 

(Sorry for my english and I hope what I wrote makes sense)

 

 

Edit: Nevermind that; I'm an idiot. It works fine I just forgot to delete the full thing the first time.

I want to thank everyone who's commented and provided support for this mod in my absence.  R-Lo, swimfish, 2cool4u_1, Chipendale, soporosyntic, and anyone I might've missed; thank you so much for helping others to get this mod working and even going so far as to update it for a new WickedWhims feature!

 

The good news is I plan on posting an update!  The bad news is that it's in a terribly frustrating state.

 

I bumped up the breast size slider max considerably, but I haven't updated the old Heavy Boobs meshes to match the larger slider.  The nude, tank top, and bikini mesh hold up ok, they just aren't great.  The bra mesh might as well not be there at all for those who want their characters at 100% breast size.  I've also added two more tops to the mod!  One is from before the size increase and looks a little rough, but the low cut base game tank looks pretty good and I finally updated the cleavage overlay to accommodate the increased size.  I've also started a side project I'm going to include where I've added 3D navels to some legs meshes with exposed midriffs.

 

There's a lot more I want to do; I wanna update all existing meshes with the new slider max, I wanna add more swatches to the tops I have, and there are so many tops I wanna work on that I haven't even started yet.  But I honestly have no idea if I'm ever going to have the time or resources to get this mod to a state where I'm really happy with it, all I can do is submit what I've got.

 

There's a bit I still have to do before I can post the update though.  I gotta figure out WW's top selector, expansion-lock the legs navel meshes, and move everything into a ReadMe because maintaining the first post was getting out of hand before I went AWOL and was a big factor in my burn out.  Hopefully I'll be able to get it updated tonight, or at the very latest some time this week!  Until then here's a preview of the new slider and top:

Alright, update posted!  It's technically not the end of the week in some time zones, so I just managed to pull it off.  I know it's not much and the mod's hardly in a complete state, but at least now everyone has the option to decide if it's "good enough" and play with it anyway as I do.

 

Thanks for the comments everyone!  I'm pretty wiped out after tidying up the original post and file page and I'm sure I made some mistakes packing up the mod, so be sure to let me know if something's broken!

The new slider is only just barely larger than the old XL slider, though it has marginally different proportions.  As seen in the preview shots is just about as big as they can get with Heavy Boobs without going wild on the weight slider.  I'll include a new XL slider option with the next release for those of you still unsatisfied with the available hugeness, but I gotta warn ya with the meshes in The Sims 4 being what they are it probably won't be pretty ?
