It's not WickedWhims.
I tested the deactivator via Sims 4 mod manager, and it did the same thing.

As Athley said, all the script mods are broken.

So we'll have to wait quite a while before we can play with all our mods again.

EA screwed up big time with their update, which broke a lot of mods.

Just to toss in my two cent help. I had an issue where I couldn't load any households without it throwing me back to the household selections screen. I had a couple of old mod scripts that I just deleted that was causing this issue. I'd recommend anyone having similar problems to clean out any old mods with .ts4script at the end to see if it'll work. WW works like normal after I did this.

Can both of you please test the game with just WickedWhims, no other mods installed and see if you still run into the same problem?

Same for me. I played only on one of my several rigs since the last update and it was working normal, so far, after eliminating Cumshine cum layers mod folder containing a ts4script.

It's not WW. I just pulled the mod file annd went with a clean install of v185b. The extra animation files are clean too. Every time EA does an update these days, the mod file has to be pulled because of errors. Why even bother including a mod folder if you're just planning to hamstring creators like that?

Eh, they gotta work on the game first and foremost, this is what they get paid for.

If whatever they want to do breaks mods but works for them, they're gonna do it.

 

In an ideal world there would be a much better synergy between the mod and the game devs but we all gotta play the hand we're dealt.

I don't think it's The Sims Team being malicious.  Although I've got no insider knowledge on that myself

For some reason whenever I try o initiate sex between two sims, nothing happens and they just start a conversation instead.

Hey lads!

I've been relaunching the game on a new PC. Getting all my favourite wicked bits in it. But I've encountered a problem, and any way I looked, there doesn't seem to have an explaination...
My sim's dick seem impotent. I tried with different mods and the basic one, that comes with WW... Sometimes it appears for 2 seconds, then limp again.
Does it have to do with the latest update of the game? I tried all the old tricks I could find but it doesn't seem to work either...

Vanilla game - Loaded fine

Old save files added back - Loaded fine

CC added back - Loaded fine

WW added back, script mod enabled unchecked - Loaded fine, but received pop up indicating WW scripts did not load, WW will not run.

Checked script mods - Map loop

Hi, im also having the same problem, after the update my UI was somewhat corrupted. After reorganizing my mod groups, repairing them from Steam, and creating a new file folder, of all the adult mods, WW is the only one that gives me an error warning and returns me to the world selection if I have it enabled, even though WW is on its latest version.

Now if I disable scripts, all the mods work normally, but WW displays the script loss message. It's annoying that this update left me unable to use WW.

I am having an issue with Wicked Whims in which one of my adult sims is able to choose "Watch Porn" as an option on the TV, but the other adult sim in the household has no such option. Is this a bug or is there an individual sim setting that can turn this on?

Test with WW only and remove your CC for now.

I'd bet you have some broken cc.

 

Don't forget to delete your localthumbcache.package whenever you add/remove mods or update game.

I followed the procedure that EA themselves put out. I didn't have any problems until I installed WW.

You gotta add WW first, test the game then and see if WW works by itself.

Hello sir, can anyone help me?.

 

So, for some reason I'm having trouble with my sims not being able to get naked with the actions/prompts I usually use.

 

Shift + Click / Instant Outfit / Change into nude.

 

But my sims can't be completely naked. But other NPCs are normal. So I have to use this Action/Prompt to get my sims completely naked.

 

Wicked/Action/Outfit/UndressCompletely.

 

There are any wrong settings or changes, or the CC is broken, Idk .

I can't imagine what those are. All I have in my mods folder is WW. It was, as far as I know, the only mod I installed.

Can you send a screenshot of your Mods folder?

Game freezes if you made a screenshot in first person mode (with hidden interface). Tested with WW only.
