The only way to deal with her is by using console commands. The second impossible fight is the end of chapter 6. Look at the walkthrough, they said it outright, "The fight is broken since 0.9.0" The mage summons hoards of skeletons and zombies, and hides herself in the ground completely invincible. Each wave summoning stronger and tougher enemies. All in all she summons 7 waves. Before I'm showered with the braindead "Git Gud" commentary. Look. Players are encouraged to play this using a new save. I'll repeat, "NEW SAVE", this means our characters start at level 1. I don't think level 1,2 characters should fight 3 atronachs at the same time. It's just common sense. You can always tell a developer is going bananas when they put large numbers like 5, or 7 stages in a game, like that "Touching the sky" Quest from Dawnguard. They trail off to an orgasmic high, and the work is completely off track. Another thing is, the MCM or console commands don't really works. God Mode and Fast travel are also disabled during those fights. Kill doesn't work on the mage. Tai simply buries the mage in the ground instead of ending the fight. Once again the only way to beat any of this is by using console commands. I typed so many lines of code, I felt like, I'm some kind of exorcist typing holy scriptures at the demons. "Kill" "Kill" "Setbqv_bd_stage01" Instead of being a "Loverslab" thing, it ended up being like a "Vatican simulator" I recall reading there's a "Skip" button, but nothing is skippable. I sit through those 5 minute boring chats with Zoe and suffer through the boss fights. Here are some suggestions. 1. I strongly suggest stop making those invincible boss battles. Non-invisible phantom and 3 rounds with the mage is already enough. 2. Make a skip button for all minigames, dialogues and dog fights. Just give us the option to say, "Fuck it, move onto the next stage" Even nicely documented setstage code is enough. All in all you did good work, I am only mad because these minor flaws are like glaring birthmarks in the middle of a pretty face. I can tell the work is top-notch, but these flaws are going to make this unplayable. I look forward to seeing when there's a solution. Falkreath is the only part of the story that has those difficult fights. The author didn't include any of those after that, so you can play the rest of the quest without fighting anyone. And you didn't even reach the half of it, so there is plenty of content left. The Phantom is supposed to be dealt with by using slow time scrolls that Zoe will give to you after you are knocked out in the first encounter. You probably already know that, but just being clear since you didn't mention them. Even if it's still difficult, it's still possible to defeat her with them, but without using them, it's definitely impossible. The skip function in the MCM is only used before talking with the Thief in Riften, it serves to teleport players to further stages of the quest, so you don't have to play everything again when the new update comes. If you decide to use it (by loading a save before you talked with the Thief), you can skip right after the boss fight in Falkreath, in case you still didn't defeat her. Then you can proceed to the rest of the story without missing anything. The new update that will be timed exclusive for top tier patreons will have an option to skip that boss fight. It should be coming in a month, or two, if you are interested. 1

Geben Sie uns einfach die Möglichkeit zu sagen: „Fuck it, move on the next stage“ Sogar gut dokumentierter Setstage-Code reicht aus. Alles in allem hast du gute Arbeit geleistet, ich bin nur sauer, weil diese kleinen Fehler wie grelle Muttermale mitten in einem hübschen Gesicht sind. Ich kann sagen, dass die Arbeit erstklassig ist, aber diese Fehler werden es unspielbar machen. Ich bin gespannt, wann es eine Lösung gibt. Well I didn't have any problems with the minions even on low level, my only problem with the Zoe fight are her fireballs at the end, because they rob me of 90% health. And yes catching the phantom is hard. But fortunately these are the only flaws of this mod. As for the skipping of dialogs etc. there are already those in some places: Madam Petit - Dates, Sunkway - Arena Training; Of course you could do that for the other explanations as well, but the conversations already have their sense, since this is a STORYmod with sex scenes and not the other way around - there is finally the possibility to play through completely without sex.

I just want to clarify that you can defeat her without them--since if you do this you can continue along the path with the corporal and private. That being said, the only way I've been able to beat her without the scrolls is to use a bow and arrow yourself and shoot in the area where she is supposed to stand (since you can't see her). It's definitely a pain going through the Phantom part blind. I'm pretty sure the Zoe fight scales with your character's level, so it is technically possible at level 1, but if you have other combat mods I'd guess those could cause issues. 2

I look forward to seeing when there's a solution. 2 quick tips to avoid those fights or complete easily; for the phantom, there is no actual reward for killing her, so i just used add item menu to get her head, and gave it to the captain. for the zoey, yeah its broken and hard, so i used vorpal sword (type help vorpal, and then add it to your inventory by using player.additem command) its a sword that made for tests, deals extraordinary damages to anything (enough to kill a giant in one shot even at lvl 1) also you can skip the Zoe fight entirely via skip option, its the end of falkreath part (forgot the version name but you'll know when you see it, or you can search this forum) and start right after the end of that fight. and as Highborn mentioned, there isn't any boss fights furthermore, and you didn't even see the half of the content. so it'd be a shame if you quit now ^^ Edited April 17, 2022 by Seyhtan31

I did it once with setlevel 1, after I was up to level 10, made no difference with Zoe. Even if I take my health x10 she kills me with the fireballs. I never hit Phantom with bow, even if I shot exactly at her, the game did not hurt her.

But, using the console is about the only way to defeat her by teleporting her to you. The key to winning the Zoe fight is using the Atronach stone and having some good potions. Melee and archery are too slow for this fight, so fire bolt is the best option since it is fast. The only problem I have had with high magic resistance is that sometimes her paralyze spell fails to affect you and then you have to reload. The fights in the arena were much harder IMHO.

The fights in the arena were much harder IMHO. if i remember correct, that scene isn't shown and camera just slides to the side and then its morning. (idk if its changed tho, been a while since i last played that part) also i just remembered another way to defeat the phantom, its the tcl command, disabling collision makes every npc idle (similar to tai but sometimes they still react to you or speak), it allows you to walk in the air, just sneak behind the phantom and punch her once, then disable tcl again, it always works for me. although sometimes it bugs the imperials but i never tested it any further.

The version of console.swf included in the Thief archive is intended to provide the bindings necessary for mfg console to work. Consensus on these forums is that it doesn't work very well, and as a result both the first page and the FAQ recommend installing an appropriate version of mfg console alongside Thief. As a result, you should be able to overwrite console.swf with a version from other mods, so long as you maintain compatibility with mfg so you get working facial expressions.

I'm trying to play this mod but for whatever reason the scenes keep getting stuck after one or two lines. I seems to occur when an NPC replies to the player, at which point the animation will keep going but nothing will change.

I've set up a public github repo for the translation toolkit that I've been working on, but I've reached a point where I'm just copying the same ~80 lines of code into nearly identical use cases, and I feel like there has to be a more elegant solution. I think there are only a few things that I still need to do before I have a workable beta version of this thing. Once I get there, I'll go ahead and link to the repo so anyone can play with it. If anyone thinks they might be able to help before then, msg me and I can share the link for you to look at.

If the bug also causes you or Stanius to turn, the setangle z command will solve that.

Sole_Survivor Posted April 24, 2022 Posted April 24, 2022 @kamenlollo I had the same problem at the Falkreath, jarl's long house. Basically, no commands work. Fast travelling/loading previous saves will put me into that box in the sky. I thought the game broke all my saves. I fixed it by disabling the mod at MO2, run the game, then enable the mod then run it again. I also avoided that save where the bug happened, I loaded the closest save to it and it was back to normal. Anyway, hope it helps.

In the mod file format, Records are identified by an 8-character hexadecimal value called a formID. The first two characters are the load order index of the mod file. Since this index varies for every user, we have to use XX for formIDs in the FAQ. You need to find out the load order index of your Dogma - Thief.esp file and replace the XX with the correct characters. All of this is explained in the first section in the FAQ, called Preface.
