If Toris doesn't mention anything during the scene to help Igna, then you aren't. You have to had sex at least with three guys that ejaculated inside the heroine, and since there are only three possible fathers at the moment, at least one of them should be in the list (mild spoilers):

Old man in Whiterun, Lod in Falkreath, Druid, Cooli the Porter, Viarmo, Viggi the Cheesemonger (if you decided to have a date with him and help him with his back problem and have sex with again afterwards). Make sure that at least one of these are either Lod, Viggi or the old man in Whiterun.

Whats the command to skip to the pregnancy quest? the setstage ive tried searching on the topic "setstage" but not getting it. also is there a setstage to possibly skip that quest to the newer content in 1.3? thank you

idk abt new content but after skipping the game to last where u free runa.. just get outta sunkway and use bd_mq 1000 to finish thief quest and start playing pregnancy quest... u can also skip whole investigation part from preg quest and confront witch abt whole investigation and get to the point where u need to collect seed using bd_sq_db 70

Help. I'm currently stuck in the fog world during the ritual. 

Am I supposed to interact with something? Because there's nothing in there but endless fog.

i have a problem with breaking the codex in sun city; after being punished (the second time i broke the codex) after that my chararcter can't perform any attacks (draw weapon) and all animations fail i.e. they either don't play and the game pretends they are done (waiting by the fire) or the character freezes (sleeping in bed)

did u skip the seed collection part and used command to get directly at ritual part? for me it only happens when i skip it.. u need have sex with those 3 main fathers during collection part... during my playthrough i noticed that even if i have sex during collection with one of the father and skip to ritual using command.. in void i can only see him..

Yeah, I skipped that part by using bd_sq_db 150. Darn. That's going to take around half and hour to do.

@sagar123 thanks those commands worked. Im at the ritual now and i just seem to be stuck floating in the air during the ritual and nothing happens. do you know how to fix this bug by chance?

nevermind i just had to disable the witch then enable her again and it worked

I'm having real trouble with the phantom. I run up the path to the tower while time is slowed but I can't even see her anywhere. Then when the scroll runs out I'm immediately killed. Where exactly is she?????

I even tried the console command 'prid XX06F2E7 and moveto player' I type  prid 0002F2DD06F2E7 and moveto player (all in the same line) and nothing happens.

Also any reason why my skip function is always greyed out?

shes on top of that cliff. what i did was turn collision off tcl and then get close to her and kill her when she cant move cause no collision

How do you get married after picking the father? is there anymore content after leaving for your adventures again? also why isnt the bard headmaster in the fog when picking

what u can do to save some time is.. use command to skip investigation part with command.. tho when u meet hidera u still have to do that annoying catch the mushroom thing then go back to her and confront abt investigation... what i do to save time during those lenthy convos is to use Sgtm 3 command u can also use sgtm 4 or 5 but.. it increase gameplay speed but physics go crazy and game sometimes stutters for me so 3 is sweet spot.. now just collect a seed from only father u want to see end with then teleport near ritual well and use bd_sq_db 160 well waiting seen plays out.. and u will only see 1 father in void

one of the easiest way and bit cheating way is to use  tcl command near that area and just run toward that cliff... u will hear her laugh sound.. cuz of tcl she wont be able to move... just go to her and punch her once and u will get option to capture her.. hit her with sword multiple times and she dies as well

Well, too late for me to follow that advice since I just finished the whole thing a few hours ago. 

Currently there are only 3 potential fathers, but judging from the amount of seeds available I'm guessing Dogma's going to add more in the future.

If you're having trouble finding him, you could always use console commands to move to him.

 

You can find his RefID by clicking on him in an older save, and then jumping ahead to after the house blows up and use

 

player.moveto RefID

 

To console command over to him.

There isn't any new content after that. It was the last thing added to the story, chronologically speaking. But you might want to marry the NPCs using other mods that add them to the vanilla marriage faction and go through with it by speaking with Maramal. And Viarmo's father ending wasn't added yet. Dogma only had time for three characters.

I assume you chose the options that encourage him instead of the one that says "our path splits now". If you chose that there is no new content with him. Vikar should have told you that he would come up with something in 2 days. He will settle in front of Lod's blacksmith.

I guess it depends on your previous interactions with him and how you defeated Zoe. 

 

Did your character had sex with him or just the double?
