For me, the FIDs of the activators are 1507f53c and 1507f53d, and the FIDs of the static objects that appear are 1507f52a and 15045639. Sadly, no amount of attempting to directly enable or disable these objects actually does anything. As far as I can tell, you've somehow gotten stuck in a position where the quest stage hasn't advanced far enough for the crystals to appear. That means you only have these options: Use the skip scene button to skip the scene near the beginning, which should skip past the problem and allow you to continue. Load a save from before you started the quest, and use the skipping function, which will put you in the scene under the right conditions. Start a new game and play through the mod again, and hope it works.

I'm glad you like it. I don't speak any Russian, so all I did was take the google translated version and re-write all of the lines to use correct English and try to clearly describe what's happening. There are a few things that I missed, though, or that I can't find to fix. For instance, in the MCM settings the mod's name still shows up as a string of random UTF chars, and most of the achievement names are still just the machine translations like "Skorostrel" and "Pakostnitsa"... Hopefully whoever is doing the real translation fixes some of those issues. Then maybe I can leverage it and everyone can have the option of which version they prefer.

If you already buried the witch, then you don't need the ingredient for Kust's potion. If you already gave Zoe the ingredients, and she is already gave you the crystals, then the next step is to enter the Jarl's longhouse. You will need to talk with the guards in the barracks and find a way to become one of them.
